The salesman (Donny Stanley) made the purchase as smooth and stress free as possible.
All the staff from pre own sales manager ( Justin) to ( Dava) owner loyalty Manager made it all so simple.
We highly recommend if your looking to purchase a vehicle go see them.

First class place to buy a car or truck new or used. Ask for Nelson, he still treat you with respect, dignity and find the right vehicle for you. Steve is the man who will make sure you get everything deserved when you purchase your vehicle without the pressure. Then when you get to finance, Clayton is the man to make it fit your budget for alll your family needs. Remember these 3 men are going to make sure that you leave without wondering if the is a better deal elsewhere. Believe me the deals are only at Patterson Nissan of Longview. God bless these all these fine men and I can't forget about Reuben Perez, he cares even if he didn't make the sale.

Be sure you check the milage on the odometer and they don't have it set to trip that's what they did to me and it have 2000 miles on it that they never reported on the paperwork this causing my warranty to expire faster beware sneaky

Just bought a new van for my wife from Patterson everyone is very friendly and helpful, Chris Starling did an awesome job! If you are in the market for a new car head for Patterson and ask for Chris! But whatever you do, DO NOT allow them to set up reoccurring payments for you. The "bank" they use for this changes $3.00 per payment and a "membership fee" of $399.99. This is a scam. ALL auto loan banks will let you pay them however you what as long as you pay on time. Don't let their finance managers trick you into this. But other than that... GREAT place to buy a car!!

Bait and switch place. Don't trust the ads you see on TV, internet, news paper and not what the sales people have to say.
Low low trade in appraisals.
Best thing to do is go to another Nissan dealer not associated with Patterson.
I even feel bad giving them 1 star.

Don't let Jose charge you more than the advertised price, don't let him scoop your rebates or down payment and try the crooked car dealership scams. Dillon in the office also dropped the F Bomb over the phone once called out on their scams. Better off going across the street.
Also the $777 addendum on new cars is a rip

Please, if you are buying a new or used vehicle do not waste time at another dealership! I went to a bigger dealership in Longview and they didn't even give me 5 minutes of their time. Drove over to Patterson and Jeff Lee was amazing! Down to earth and not salesman like at all. He was what I want out of a car sales man! He never made me feel like he was doing anything other than working for ME. Because of him Patterson has earned a lifelong customer out of my family. Too bad the other dealership lost a sale. I purchased my used vehicle Feb 14, 2019. I was guaranteed that Patterson Nissan had just put new brakes on the vehicle. Last week on Nov. 14, 2019 I brought my car in for an oil change. I was notified that I needed new front and rear brakes. I also needed 2 different flushes to my transmission. I told the VERY NICE lady who was helping me that I had just bought this car in Feb. Why should I already need brakes? She said that was really soon, and fluffed it off that the service dept. has recommended it so it must be done. Since I had only planned on staying for an oil change, they offered to shuttle me home in the van. While I thought that was nice, the young man who drove me home was texting and talking on the phone while he was driving me home! This was just one of the few terrible experiences I have had with Patterson.

Went in to get a new battery. After getting it installed I was hit with over $20 of misc charges and a $35 labor fee. I felt these fees were unnecessary for the service being provided and after asking the service representative about them he just kept repeating what was on the paper and wouldn t say anything more.

This review is only regarding the Finance guy that...

This review is only regarding the Finance guy that handles the paperwork at the end of the sale. His name is Joe Rodriguez. He talked us into getting the warranty (which I never get and shouldn't have). I didn't know that the warranty was through some company called Line 5. We had to set up automatic payments through our checking account. Joe said that was the only method of payment. When we received paperwork from Line 5 in the mail, I Googled them. They did not have good reviews and I was no longer comfortable using them. When I called to cancel the warranty, Line 5 said that I had to contact Patterson to cancel it. Even though the warranty was through Line 5! My husband called Patterson and they said that we had to come in personally to cancel. We live 45 minutes away and my husband is a truck driver so his schedule is crazy (the vehicle purchased is in his name, not mine) When I asked if we could cancel it anytime he said yes. He NEVER said that we would have to come to the office in person to cancel. My husband never had free time to drive 45 minutes to cancel until today. We bought the truck month's ago. He said when he arrived Joe asked him why he wanted to cancel and he told him about the bad reviews that the company received. Joe's response to my husband was "Well, that's you!" I guess implying that if something happens to the truck, it'll be my husband's fault for not having the warranty. Joe has a bit of an attitude and try's to scare you into getting the warranty. But that's his job right? My husband said Joe printed out the cancellation papers and NEVER HAD HIM SIGN ANYTHING! They had my husband take time off and drive 45 minutes for absolutely nothing! This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and we will probably never do business with them again.

I went to Nissan to purchase a vehicle that I had seen on line. When I got there I did not like the car and my salesperson travis found me a beautiful rogue with gorgeous interior . He worked with me for 3 days and never once seemed put out or too busy to answer my thousands of questions. Then he introduced me to mr. Friend in finance where he managed to do the supposedly impossible and got my payments and an extended warranty that I could afford. Thanks Nissan for having such great helpful employees.

We always feel very welcome here at Patterson Nissan in Longview Tx. We never went thirsty and never got hot. Everyone here is very polite and kind. The main reason we want to buy from Nissan is because the salespeople know there stuff. Our salesman Dakota is new but tries his hardest to make everything great for us and his company. We recent just bought a 2019 pathfinder and our family absolutely loved it. All thanks to Nissan!!

My Fiance and I were traveling back from Galveston when my A/C went out in my car unexpectedly. We looked up the closest dealership and found Patterson! Once we arrived Chantelle, one of their service advisors greeted us to discuss our concerns. She was friendly and very informative of the process and how to proceed, if we need to move forward. When all was inspected, sadly we ended up needing a new condenser. Under the circumstances of having a newborn and just getting off a cruise we were in no way ready for that news. After, much thought we agreed to the repairs. Chantelle and the Technician were honest, dependable and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you for getting us back on the road safely with A/C again!!!!

I initially gave this a 5-star review but this vehicle has been in and out of the service department ever since the purchase. I have driven this car twice since the purchase. Worst experience ever.
All good when selling but if there are issues you see the other side. I went from being blamed for the issue to now you can pay for the repairs to no we will cover the repairs to we thought everything was repaired then we will make it right if you can pay more money for your monthly note and we put you in a newer vehicle (different color or downgraded vehicle to keep same payment) to leave with us again and we will make sure it is repaired correctly. All within 3wks and I still don't have the car I purchased and everyone blaming the other person for this complete failure.

The financing department pushed hard to for me to buy an extended warranty. I said no 3 times, and the response was to crunch numbers with financing and change interest rate to be able to buy it. I even asked why it was so important to buy the warranty.The answer is the same as why I buy health insurance. I felt so much pressure at this point that I just said yes, and now that I am home,I dont seem to have any paper work showing how much was paid for vehicle, ttl and warranty. Be forewarned. I feel taken advantage of.
