I am not sure how the service went since I haven t gotten to enjoy my vehicle really since I bought it. The vehicle has manufacturer flaws In the paint. The dealership is made to use their own body shop that has had my vehicle in now 3 times and my car is still not fixed correctly. I am very disappointed in the body shop and for Nissan delivering vehicles to dealerships with flaws. If it had not been cloudy and had sun light I would have seen the flaws the day I purchased. I did not see until next day after I drove the car off the lot. I also am not happy that I have had Sirius XM and it will be expiring soon and only have gotten to use it for a few weeks. I am making my second payment to my car and no car to show for it. My salesperson John is amazing. No matter how bad this has been he has went above and beyond to try and fix things. He isn t the head boss so he does not have control of who repaints my car. If my car is not correct this time I will have to pursue other options.
