My husband and I had a great experience at Patterson Nissan of Longview! We were taken care of by Donny. He was so patient and let me to test drive a used Murano then a new Murano, but I just was not convinced. He was actually listening to all of my demands, and then he said he knew exactly what I needed. He brought out a 2015 Nissan Rogue, and it was just perfect! It s roomier than a car, but not too bulky and the awesome gas mileage was the best part since we spend so much time on the road. Plus, it s just so pretty and glossy. Finally, we met Dava and she just made everything even better. Thank you to the entire team at Patterson.

Great customer service! My salesman was Clay Walker & he was amazing from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay & actually left with a newer car as well as very reasonable price and monthly payment.He's not one that try to force you to get anything you're not comfortable with. So if you go here ask for CLAY WALKER I GUARANTEE HE'S THE PERFECT SALESMAN FOR YOU!

Rented a Nissan Rogue recently. The total experience was outstanding. I called Anton, and he set up my rental over the phone. Patterson provides quality, safe vehicles that are clean and easy to drive. The return process is fast and easy. I highly recommend Patterson for any car rental. We came in due to a key faub issue. Both service men assisted and listened to my problem. They diagnosed it and came to the same conclusion I had bad batteries that I kept putting in the faub. A new set was placed in both at no charge. What better way to take care of your customers. Thanks and that has appeared to fix the problem.

I am very satisfied with my two experiences with Patterson! It s definitely a low-pressure environment which I personally love. The finance department explains everything very comprehensively, Jose is especially good. Sam went SO ABOVE and beyond what s necessary to get me in a car in the best possible terms on very short notice.

Chris Sheehan is the best!!! He is perfectly fine with me calling him on his cell phone and just asking anything I want to know about my new Murano! Trey is the greatest and I appreciate him so much for #1 having the vehicle I wanted and #2 running such a well organized dealership! Thanks Chris and Trey!

I just bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima from this deale...

I just bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The dealership has some nice cars and they try to treat you fair. A few months ago, I bought a new 2018 Traverse from Patterson in Kilgore so i had knowledge of this dealership. I have also bought a new 2008 Nissan Maxima years ago from this dealership so I was expecting VIP services.
It actually made me mad that the dealership did'nt have a record of my buying from them and they were not networked. I usually buy all my cars at Peters Chevrolet but after I visited with them they didn't want to play. The car buisness is cut throat and loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.
I decided to stop at Patterson Nissan and I experienced the Patterson difference. After some negotiation over a five day period I was able to take my 2018 Nissan Maxima Midnight addition SR home. I recieved a crazy outstanding deal and I would definitely buy from them again. If you need a new car, SUV..please go see John..he will treat you right.Yes Neal McCoy, I experienced the Patterson differece.

My granddaughter and I came in to purchase vehicles. Troy did a fantastic job of helping us trade in two vehicles and leave with two new ones. He answered all of our questions and got us the best possible deal. Dava did an exceptional job explaining the warranties and providing information.

We both highly recommend Troy, Dava and the rest of the Patterson team.

Troy and Jose were great! I would suggest to not bring a third party in to the dealership. They added extra stress to buying a new vehicle. I am thankful for Troy and Jose who stepped in and fixed the mistake of Randy from KBB.
I will definitely refer and come back again. But only when KBB are not there.

Their service department mis-diagnosed the problem...

Their service department mis-diagnosed the problem with the manual transmission in our 2000 Maxima. $1700 later we still have the problem and no offer to make it right from the service manager. I will never refer anyone to Patterson Nissan.

My 21 year old daughter was so excited to make her...

My 21 year old daughter was so excited to make her first purchase of a 2014 Chevy Cruz with Patterson. My daughter got approved through her personal banking institution for this car. My daughter had her car approximately 2 weeks and then multiple warning lights appeared on the dash. My daughter returned the car to Patterson for repairs. Trent was the salesman, and let me mentioned right now this car was never checked for problems prior to sell to my daughter. To make a long story short, my daughter has had to return this car up to 7 different times for the same repair that was guaranteed to be fixed along with new problems. Currently, the same warning lights come on with no solution found along with oil leaking profusely from manifold. How do you not see that prior to sell? A blind man could at least smell the leak and know there is a serious problem. To add to the stress, the driver's side window is off track and won't roll up. Prior to this problem, my daughter paid over $300 out of pocket to get fuel engine coils and spark plugs replacement. Lastly, to add insult to injury, Patterson assigned a new salesman by the name of Troy who told my daughter she needs to make a down payment of between $2500 to $3000 to get out of the lemon into another vehicle. Why would we trust Patterson to sell us a dependable car after selling us a lemon? FYI, if you make a purchase at Patterson take the vehicle to a mechanic and not trust that they did a thorough check prior to sell. Both Salesman were very rude and unprofessional, however the women working at the service counter were very polite and tried their best to help, but unable to fix the problem. I am pursuing legal action.

I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (used). I needed a truck for work. Salesman was nice, as was the financial advisor. Car looked nice at first glance but after a week or so that s when the problems started. There is a laundry list of issues and it seems like it was polished up for the sale. The extended warranty I purchased was suppose to cover everything for 2 years or 24000 miles. Well, that was a lie. Oh and the warranty doesn t kick in for 30 days so if I could use it I had to wait. Turns out the warranty doesn t cover anything and I still have the 30 days tags on it. Anything for a buck. I am in sales for the government and I would never do this to anyone. Now it s going to cost me a $1000 to get it fixed or just pay my $135 inspection fee. It s not really important but I couldn t even get floor mats.

How is it I paid to get my tires rotated and once I get down the road I had to turn around and go back because my tire pressure light came on? They never even checked the pressure!!!! Seriously!!! On a tire rotation?? And then I watch them put air in the tires & then go work on another car. My car sat for 20 additional minutes. For what???? I had to go to my lady advisor and tell her my car was ready. Ridiculous service....

Exceptional customer service! Our salesman, Sam Manning, was fabulous from start to finish. He did everything possible to make sure I was able to drive away in the car that I wanted. I recommend him for all our car or truck needs because he goes above and beyond.

WOW, what an experience! Talk about customer servi...

WOW, what an experience! Talk about customer service and team work at it's finest! After researching company vans for a year, I found a New 2014 Nissan Cargo Compact Van on-line, added my contact information because I couldn't find this van locally to view & test drive. 11 pm, YES 11pm the same evening I received an email from Troy Patterson that the van would be in Longview in a few days to test drive. I replied, not sure I want to purchase but I want to drive. Talk about teamwork, Troy, Ray and the Orr Nissan guys had my dream company van in Longview as promised. I drove it, loved it and left with it! Edible Art Specialty Cakes & Cookies is extremely pleased with the performance and continued service of the "Prettiest" commercial compact van in East Texas!
Thanks for a great experience, we will be repeat customers!

Everyone here is very friendly. Not in a fake cust...

Everyone here is very friendly. Not in a fake customer service way, but in a genuine, we are all people who have our own interests and don't mind chit-chat while work is being done. They also helped us out with a new screw for our license plate. We've asked for similar tiny things at other dealerships and received grumbling and sometimes we were told no very rudely. It's fine to say no to a customer, but you don't have to be rude about it. Patterson always exceeds our expectations. We will definitely continue to bring our vehicle to them.

So this is a little late, but if you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Everyone is so nice and friendly and make a "could be" stressful situation, into something very peaceful. Matt Jackson pointed me in the right direction for my vehicle and I am a proud owner of a vehicle I know will last me for years. When you are looking for your next car, Matt has your back and not many people can truthfully say that.

Went in with the intention to trade in a paid off vehicle for a cheaper vehicle. The negotiations are not in good faith. Wanted 25 percent more than DFW dealers and offered 5k less than any reputable online car valuation .website. I walked out after the first round of discussions. Thief's if you ask my personal opinion. Life long nissan owner, but will never buy from patterso. Do your self a favour drive just up the road to peters and get a straight price and a fair trade. Did a deal with peters in 1 hour including test drive.

Came here last year for a scratch off thing I got in the mail saying I won something and turns out when I arrived there, they offered me a scratch off lottery to see if I can try to win something but this guy won t let me do the rest. How are y all gonna send me a something in the mail saying I won something but didn t really won nothing? Y all couldn t have gave me a free gas card or $100 cash or something instead having me coming up and wasted my time for nothing. Next time if I ever get a mail from y all again, I m gonna throw it in the trash

At first I was happy with the service. They said it would take 45 minutes and were done in 25 minutes. Was curious how they finished so fast but when I headed home and tried to clean windshield no washer fluid. What else did they "not" check. No longer trust the service department.

When I made the appointment, I requested the recall and some other issues be looked at during the servicing. When I showed up to drop my car off, I was told that those additional services could not be done. I spoke to a person when I made the appointment who told me they d handle it all that day so now I have to wait, have a ride and everything again. Very frustrating.

The selection of cars is nice. The salespeople are nice and informative. The finance manager didn't go over our contract, didn't tell us what we were paying. He just said sign here, here and here. We got paperwork a week later.
