I had a duplicate order n trued to cancel but i was unable to cancel from my booking order. The cancel order button was unable to activate. N i tried to explain to your customer support, he said that it was me who send the order so nothing can be done. Its your technical clinches n i have to take the penalty
Drivers tend to lack proper etiquette to be working in the service industry, the poor app design and penalties to both drivers and users do not help with the situation either. Overall, I find the Comfort delgro app more reliable, at a similar cost too. One should definitely avoid Grab and hope for a more competent competitor in the market.

Grab driver lacked courtesy and forgot that we left our luggage in the boot. As I was trying to retrieve my luggage, she drove the standard taxi away and did not respond to our signals. Later on, when I tried to contact her, she claimed that she had to send her other passenger first before letting us get our luggage when our bus trip was in another 30 minutes time. She even demanded for $5 when she returned our luggages because she claimed we were at fault for making her cancel her trip for the other passenger when it was her fault for not responding to our signals. Almost couldn't catch my bus ride to Malaysia but fortunately did.
Terrible help center over there. Not allowing you to stay and check your equipment, forcing you to get the hell out after you are done. Not recommended to anyone.
I'm a grabfood rider for pmd, I from North area.. This few weeks order was very slow. And yet order per delivery as drop the prices. And also new rider are getting more and more. What the hell is grabfood doing when order so slow yet hire so many rider for?? Previous I work from 8am to night 10pm I can get mostly 20+ to 30 order. But now I work 8am to 10pm only can get 18 order if lucky.. From causeway point go until admiratly mrt ahead was less then $6 per trip. Previous was $6.20 to 6.40.. Hello grabfood pls wake up ur mine.

Anyone got punished for pulling down your face mask to chin only for couple of minutes for the mist to clear up? Well, Grab banned me for 3 days without even calling me to clarify matters. So it's they do as they please.
Took 1 month to process my application of the grab food account, callup to apply ever since 29 of march,online register again on the 2/4 ,finish my online lesson long time ago and asked to submitted (non-related) car documents 2week after but yet,3/4 weeks pass, still no smell and not seen the legendary plastic food bag of yours.
Driver collected cash payment when there was a credit card charged. Sent feedback to Grab since last Saturday but till today no one replied. Not going to call any Grab taxi any more
Terrible customer service. Emailed 6 times, waited for 7days till they responded to my issue. Worst of all, my account was suspended so when i needed to activate my account, i had to wait for another 7 weeks and had to reapply again. The hotline was no longer available so there was no other way to seek advice from. Bad experience with Grab. Hope they fix this issue as soon as possible.

Good customer service with Service Representatives eager to please. As the representatives are relatively young, they may not be able to answer some queries; however, experienced Service Supervisors are quick to help.

I just saw I got double charged for all the rides in March. I can't upload the screenshots to help centre. I call the hotline and I got shouted at and he never apologize to me! WTF service
I quite disappointed with the latest app as there s no way for us to send feedback or make complaints for poor services of driver. I have wrote in to request for explanation regarding one of my booking on 30 Aug@19.05 but no answers from any person in charge. When I make a booking (30Aug) for two pickup & was confirmed time pickup at 19.05 but the driver SHD1076J Mr Ong Loy Yong didn t show up. I try calling his hp (7x) from 19.15 to 19.26 but he don t bother to answer my call even I did 2 msg to him in English/Chinese, yet he didn t bother to reply me!! I wasted almost 30mins then I saw my booking was cancelled!! I was then reconfirm with another driver. I was quite annoyed as we booked Grab is because we are in hurry but my experience through this incident make me wasted my time & have bad comments from friends that I fetching them!! I do hope Grab would kindly look into this poor services & please get back to us if we need assistance.
When to sign up for Grab Food. First entered the Grab Driver registration area next door. It was nicely laid out and organised. Even have a reception which I went to ask if Grab Food registration in there. They replied that it was next door. So I went next door and it was like a storage area, lol. The 3 staff infront of the door have reaction delay. I was standing in front of them for about 30 seconds before they acknowledge me. The staff at the back was just a little bit better with their reaction. The Chinese girl who served me was overall satisfactory.

Waste of my time. Experience with grab not too bad, however experience with grab food is horrendous. Firstly, they messed up my orders twice, but I'll close one eye as they have compensated me already. HOWEVER, I ordered grabfood for my brother and paid using my card, but when the driver came, my brother paid again in cash to the driver asked the driver asked him for it. My brother is naive and young, thus he gave the cash without knowing I had already paid for him. Grab pleas look into it. Your drivers have no integrity. I don't think all your drivers are dishonest, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Never using this app ever again for food deliveries. Edit: They settled my issue professionally, however this experience really made me think twice before using this app.
Fairly good experience overall this year ! I was able to get the rides on time,to the destination that I'm going, and the price was quite reasonable too!

If your fares are set at a reasonable price all Drivers will maintain a high acceptance. But your fares set so low and so many restrictions, it s worst than a Mcdonad s staff.
Have been a loyal Grab customer for sometime now. Till recently, my opinion about its services was generally good ... there have been a few bad experiences (mainly due to cancellations by drivers) ... but on the whole, the drivers & rides have been pleasant & commendable. However, over the past week, that positive opinion has plummeted! Ironically, thist state is not due to drivers or rides but due to administrative sloppiness and lackadaisical attitudes instead!!! Complaints to Grab's help centre is registered by friendly staff who make promises of prompt resolutions & callbacks (within 24 hours) but neither happens in reality and your problem is conveniently forgotten. They are setting a new, unprecented low in Singapore service standards! After registering a simple complaint more than a week back and doing 2 followup calls, my problem (which they acknowledged is of their fault) remains unresolved and the reimbursements due to me remain unpaid. It would seem that clocks at the Grab office work differently, because when they say 24 hours (to resolve the problem), it actually means: a) more than a week; b) no status feedback; and c) no resolution!
I have been trying contact the company at 68550055 but seems like it is unlisted. On 14 May 18, at about 12.15 pm, I was charged $11 upon confirming a booking but no drivers were able to pick me up. I had to book a second one at 12.32 pm at $12 and was successful. Please refund the $11. I am contactable at 91256250 and am happy to discuss this with you. Thank you
Registration is very horrible at counter 5, need to wait and queue almost more than 2 hrs but the number have yet to be called. Only one person to entertain the customer. Need to improve the service.
I lost my mobile while my ride. And safely I return my mobile with in next day. Im happy about there service and staff. They work smart. And if someone comes Singapore download this app will useful here. You get rewarded credit for everything single trip you go with. I had 11$ for my history. There drivers very friendly and they have good vibes with your ride. They are nice to talk and see what s going on Singapore and what are the trends now you able to have your conversation. Really nice
Grab rider registration and gear collection very slow it can take up to few weeks, but compare to panda you can do it between 24hours for the registration and collection of gear. Perhaps grabrider department can also consider opening more collecting point just for rider to collect their gear.
Stupid system. Wasted my bloody Saturday and Taxi fare. Came down to their Sin Ming office today to reactivate my account due to non-driving for above 6 months. Came in at 11am & was informed waiting time about 1 1/2 hrs, number only got called up at 2pm. Supposed to do the short training course but because we re closing soon , I was asked to come down another day to do the course. Damn waste of time! Should have informed us from the start of registration. Your staff are the one doing such a damn slow job, end up we re at the losing end when called up near your closing time. And Those 2 lady staff at Counter 1 were just lazing around, talking among themselves instead of serving the waiting lines.
I had an extremely bad experience with Grab. First of all, the ride that I booked from VivoCity never arrived, and it was shown in the app that I was on my way back home when I clearly wasn t. Apparently the driver, Clayton Mark Xuan Yuan of vehicle number SLD5564T picked someone else up and was on the way. I tried calling him so many times and even dropped him a message but there was no reply and no response. I tracked him on GPS and apparently he never made it to the address I keyed in (Tampines), but rather made a stop at Jalan Daliah instead. My card got charged $12 for a ride I never took at all. Plus, the extremely dishonest driver, Clayton Mak, indicated on the app that he fulfilled the ride all the way to Tampines.
I contacted Grab Support via email and a person responded. He told me that Clayton, said he completed the ride and he picked up an elderly Indian couple (when I am a Chinese) and that the couple had his details - whatever that is supposed to mean and help, and the Grab person had the audacity to tell me to check if I had ordered a Grab for my friends or relatives and if I had shared my card details. Till now I have no response from Grab and I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the abhorrent and pure dishonest attitude of the driver, Clayton Mak, and Grab blatantly not helping out in this issue despite me emailing them again.

A high handed company that do not treat their driver partners well. A company similar to GLC, similar to comfort delgro, now they know without drivers, they will fail.
At 1120hrs, I book grab from block 24 Marsiling to Khoo Teck Phuat hospital. Reason my mum complained headache and vomitting. I had an extremely bad experience with Driver. After pick me up, on the way to hospital, he stop and said he cannot continue the journey. Reason, if she vomitted in the car, there will be problem cleaning. But my mother have a plastic bag with her. After we drop off at the main road along admiralty park, I ask her to sit at the pavement and hail taxi. Unfortunately, she collapsed. I have no choice but to call ambulance service. The journey did not completed and there was a credit card charged. I used to love Grab, I am Gold member. But lately this driver that I have been assigned to have been either horribly unprofessional or just plain lacking of customer service skills. It is inconvenient to me and I want service recovery. Thank you.
Grab is a scam, i did food delivery for 25 trips on weekend but was only counted as 24 trips and gave me the incentive of $25 instead of $45. Called them regarding the hour long wait for mac donald s to prepare food say will compensate then call them second time say no compensation.
I am so sorry to Grab for this post. I am involved with an accident on 6 Aug 2020, I refused to be conveyed to the hospital because I need the witness contact number as the Traffic Police took that as an minor accident because I did not conveyed by the ambulance. I tried so many times to make an appointment to come to the Grab Hub and it always prompt it is full. Now what I am suppose to do as grab does not have customer service hotline anymore. I am really regret for buying the PERSONAL MEDICAL ACCIDENT PLUS. Chubb refer me to Grab Grab refer me to Chubb so I was confuse. DO REALLY GRAB TAKE A GOOD CARE OF THEIR RIDERS OR DRIVERS?
