1 star is still too much. Canceled package trip and so we were not allowed to call or email because this would not promote the handling !!! Ultimately they offer a voucher for the cruise. We have to wait and see the flight and hotel booked with sea tours. We preferred money back due to personal circumstances. Immediately received a message that they would take a long time. Voucher also does not contain the regulations as drawn up by ACN.

Booked and paid !. We are happy !! We were really looking forward to it. What does our surprise paint ...? We received an email that the cruise could not go on because "somewhere in the world" someone had booked the same cabin!
We angry and very disappointed !. Call to Zeetours !. Yes that could happen. Very sorry for you !. No more!. Immediately asked us to repay our paid money euro 3051.10. Whether we wanted to send a proof of payment that we did transfer this ??? They are sniffed by the rats !! The proof sent and then it took 2 weeks before our money finally came back! And ........ hahahahaha twice paid back to us. Thank you Zeetours !. The fact that we had to pay back the second amount of course is obvious, but we have been at the forefront of this by waiting a long time to pay back! Does not feel good Zeetours ?? Customer SERVICE gets sea tour cruises from me 1 star, customer service is very important for a company but sea tour has a really cold heart, my next booking will be with another cruise company.
During payment there was a disruption, and during that disruption we changed our mind, but that is not interesting sea tours, and now I have lost 1400 euros, if there was no disruption I would have just gone on a cruise with my girlfriend instead of 1400 euros We still want to go on a cruise but no longer on sea tours
