We used Grab multiple times throughout Singapore. The positives are the fare is set so there's no guesswork when booking ... However the few times we got a really good price no one accepted. We tried to schedule a trip to the airport (by scheduling in advance you are supposed to get a discount) no driver accepted the trip so it just cancelled. We then had to book a trip normally with no discount and the ride was accepted straight away. It works well but at a cost. Where possible, better off taking the MRT.

2 consecutive drivers cannot make it, wasted 35 mins to wait. To make matters worse, grab app seems to be able to detect that you are in meed of a ride and the prices surge up to 120% more. This is extemely unethical and leeching. The damn problem of being the only sole provider, dominance equates to arrogance and tyranny.

I ordered my food at 12.20 am and because of your new ways of delivering
(which rider takes multiple orders to deliver)
I have waited 1 hour 30 mins.

I can t even cancel my order.
Do you think this is efficient? How is it efficient?

I hope you think of a better way to serve your customers in a proper efficient way.

sometimes I like to be surprised with each time the Grab application version always updates up to date, why is it always error 'even very influential on the multifunctional performance of the role of its use as well as the optimization of order service from deserted passengers even uneven distribution of orders. how can we prosper? while IT plays in the back with the driver partners who order the members so smoothly.

I am grab food rider. Normally, cycling in Toa Payoh area. When I am going to hit the minimum diamond incentive, sometime grab will allocate the order where very far from me and deliver to further area. For example, I at Toa Payoh, take order at Novena and deliver to Boon Keng. I have no choice but reject the order, cause my acceptance rate drop and not entitle for incentive. They can save the incentive cost. Other than that, grab will allocate stack order but pay only one time gems. They pay lesser, I earn lesser with same amount of sweat.

Your london cab driver is simply obnoxious. We took our ride at 12.04 am, saturday 14th April. He was so rude. Firstly by shouting at us to ask for our destination. Then not slowing down when driving on a hump. Music playing loudly hence unable to hear us when ask for our destination. Then asking sarcastically if we had ever took a ride on a london taxi.

Grab driver didn't like the low fare so she hid behind my block & waited for 5 mins while I desperately texted her & called. She never replied. After 5 min she cancelled due to my no show (which she schemed) then penalise me for No Show fee. I have 2 neighbors who saw me waiting & calling. Also my handphone logged the call to driver.

Passengers will be automatically charged for waiting fee for exceeding the waiting time grace period. I am now seeking clarifications from Grab if this policy also applies to the driver who is late? I am not demanding compensation in this case, but to ensure we are protected from these errant drivers for future rides.

A selfish driver who cares only about himself, his own benefits and doesn t consider others. He will not show up and would stopped his car at a certain location waiting for the passenger to cancel the booking! Despite my repeated calls and messages, all to no avail. He finally cancelled the trip, and by then, it was 13.32 pm. From confirmation to cancellation total 52 minutes.
All this while, the status was driver is on the way . I have complained to Grab CEO, Chairman and Operations Director.

Case 1
Avoid GrabCar6 SMP7869B.
On 14.12.19, we booked from Fortune Centre to 213 Henderson Road. After a short distance from FC, due to an unsatisfactory performance argument, the driver suddenly stopped the car on the road side, auto-opened the door and chased us off the car, compromising our safety. There were 6 passengers onboard including a 68 years old auntie, and it s raining then. The driver even challenged me to call the police when I refused to alight and reminded me to feedback Grab.
I called Grab hotline immediately after reaching the destination at 1348 hours and had follow up with an email to the Grab CEO. LTA was informed subsequentl.
This is an isolated case, other Grab drivers are good.

Update 7.1.20 - Grab concludes that the driver is not guilty because none of the passengers actually get off the car. Grab investigation is bias.

Update 9.1.20 - Grab manager informed me today that action will be taken against the driver. Had informed LTA to cancel our interview appointment on 10.1. Will not pursue further.

Today is the 5th time that I had to feedback to Grab for their dangerous services.

This driver starting driving off when my elderly father is still trying to get off the car.

The other 4 times was when my elderly father was getting onto the car when the driver also start driving off.

As usual, grab replied with a standard template and said will penalize the driver.

Guess the way they educate the drivers are not effective at all.

It is common courtesy to fulfill a booking - your divers consistently fail to follow through on their commitments. If you accept a booking, at least keep your promise. Head office need to make it harder for drivers to randomly cancel jobs.

If i can rate 0 star I WILL, last time they screw up my food order im like ok fine i'll accept promo code,i was at my brother grab account i log out and logged in to mine and im very sure that i entered the activation code to log in to my account guess what the app somehow log in to my brother account again(which is under his phone number and it is impossible to receive to code through my number) and i entered the promo code they said location error which i checked multiple choice it is correct, after that i realise it was on my brother account and after that i canceled the order i can't even use the promo code on my account again.See grad expand so fast but cant even clear their own shyt properly worst type of service ever.
