They are average to stay. Basic rooms are not clean enough

Beautiful hotel. Marble lobby is amazing with a bar in there. Good place to chill out. Staff are just so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is great. House keeping were on top of it all every day. Also about a 4 min walk to walking st and across the road from the beach. You can hear the music pumping at night though, so if that would bother you, you might want to stay further away from walking st. I would definitely stay here again.

Service was great upon check in and rooms adequate. We were, however, stopped by the same security man TWICE at the gate when entering to go back into our hotel room. On each occasion we presented all the valid identification, recipets plus room key and was still kept there, waiting for a call of confirmation in which the security man did not even make. When management finally arrived, he handled the situation very poorly with no apologies and no form of compensation for the grief caused even though we rightly paid to stay there and had all verifications. A very dissatisfying and disappointing experience. Not a great example for someone visiting Thailand.

No wifi in the room..they didn't mention it..inside the room it looks horrible..only bed n mirror..no wardrobe nothing..spoiled my vacation

Unforgettable stay here...the resort encopasses inhouse swimming pool, very large restaurant, superb steak house on top floor, italian restaurant, other restaurants like Marvel Lounge and a very very nice arrangement to spend your evening by pool side-Beer 79 Garden, where you would get beer @79 THB with complementary snacks and band worth listening!!
Their buffet breakfast is the best in all over Thailand!!

Location is nice. Near to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. All the facilities and room amenities available in the hotel. Staff is good.

Best vacation ever! Do not fear to go into Bangla road at night, it is a great experience. This resort has easy access to night life, but in such a way that when you go to your room, you would not even know that there is a bustling night live just around the corner. There is plenty to do, just ask one of the local guys, they will give you good prices and take you to all the best places.

Resort is quite good however staff is a bit of a concern.

The location was great! Walking distance to everything. We were lucky enough to score a room that was in the middle of the resort so we couldn't hear the night time craziness. The room itself was bland but was well lit and felt safe and clean. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and the breakfast was garbage... so much so that we walked through both days we stayed and opted to eat at a great cafe out back that was much more fresh with better Thai and Western options. They also make you pay a 2,000baht deposit upon checking in and refuse to take a credit card - what hotel does that??? They also threatened us with fees if we lost our keys to the room and security box - also NOT necessary - we are adults and would obviously pay if we were that irresponsible but it wasn't a pleasant check in. In addition to this, there was a sign on the bed that also mentioned a surcharge if there were makeup or any other stains on the sheets or towels that you would also be charged. Lastly, when we checked in at 1:44 they said our room wouldn't be ready for over an hour so then I pointed to the 2:00pm check in sign miraculously a room became available 15 minutes later... Hmmmm???

4 star for maintenance rooms cleanliness but 1 star for hospitality must take hospitality lessons

Very good experience. The staff are very welcoming and good place to be if you want a not so expensive accommodation and near to the lively Bangla Road in Phuket.

Staff non co-operative no early check in for indian ppl in case of emergency

Very central location, just 3 minutes walk to the beach n Bangla Road, 5 minutes walk to Junceylon shopping mall. Lots of massage places, restaurants n shops on the road, n yet, it is pretty quiet in the evening.

This time I stayed in the 2-story room facing the garden pool. At night, I could hear little bit of music from Bangla Road. But that didn't effect me much.

Staff were friendly n helpful. This is the 3rd time I stayed in Patong Resort, highly recommended.

Amazing location and beautiful resort. The garden rooms are so peaceful and tranquil. Very clean rooms and great housekeeping. The breakfast also has a large variety of foods along with western food. The garden pool is an amazing place to chill out and relax. Best location in patong!!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The way they treated my mum well she was staying here was DISGUSTING. My mother who is Thai and my dad who is Australian have been married and been together for years, my mum checked in with him at the hotel on a Thai passport and the security had the audacity to ask her if she will be staying with him the whole time insinuating that she may be one of the girls that work in the bar that someone just takes home however when girls do go with someone back to a hotel from a bar they share a Thai ID not a Thai passport! The whole time they stayed there everyone was very rude and treated my mum like she didn t along there, when reporting the incident and other incidents relating to some of our friends that also stayed there the hotel gave them a bowl of fruit??? And when they weren t happy with that they said you should of just been happy with the bowl of fruit u received . As a Thai I was very disappointed when I heard this as Thai people are meant to be nice, generous and treat one another with respect not solve things with a bowl of fruit I can buy myself for 50 Bhat at a Thai market.

A true 4 star. Large, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and good variety of proposals. Very friendly and nice staff. Extraordinarily silent despite being practically on Bangla Road. I would go back without reservations.

Hotel is a bit old and has a massive premises. Centre of patong

Rooms were nice and spacious with access to balcony. Only con is the resort doesn't provide free WiFi access. The only area for free WiFi access is the main lobby area.

Good hotel in terms of ambiance but staff seems rude & rigid. Not liked by Indians much as hotel norms are not customer friendly & staff is very rigid in terms of customers handling. We reached hotel at 12PM but they unable to handover hotel rooms till 2:30PM.

One of the first major hotels on Patong Beach. It has a nice pool area with a two storey building around it featuring pool view rooms and a 5 storey hotel building.

Four star hotel. Super location, just next door to Patong Tower

At a stone's throw distance from Walking Street, rooms are quiet. You could just use the rear entrance which leads directly to walking street. All major nightclubs, and happening bars are located at walking distances. Good for Solos and young couples. Families can avoid.

Very strange behaviour, every tourist is seen with suspicion, no WiFi in the rooms.

Hotel is on the best place,the beach is not to far and the hotel is near Bangla street.
We take rooms with garden near pool so we have all privacy.
Breakfast is fool,we like it.

Bad experience, no water in bathroom. So many people did check out. Hotel is good. But that day there was water problem from 2 days. So i didnt check in. Just cancelled

Awesome resort. room are more spacious, have 2 pools. indian food available so no need to worry for vegetarians. 2min walk towards beach. But one disadvantage is there is no WiFi in rooms only you find in hotel lobby. Apart from that everything was awesome.

Nice staff despite mouth guard and nice room overlooking the sea.

Location is very near to beach, breakfast is also good.
Biggest problem is they don't provide free Wi-Fi to guest. Also rooms don't have cupboards and no drawers in room. (Stayed in SUPERIOR ROOM). Also they ask for 2000 baht security deposit.

The staff is very rude and think you have come to rob the place, I was disgusted at their way of behavior, they dont know who is good and bad and speak very rudely, although the hotel is good and stay was comfortable, but I found the staff wanting in etiquettes, expect such high stature hotel to train their staff to be courteous, given 3 only because of room

Loved staying here. The rooms are big and comfortable. The pools are nice

I loved the room and hotel. Staff was very friendly especially house keepers and security. Location was perfect. I had two issues, check in and check out took a very long time. The wifi was so slow in the room it was unusable.
