very good location excellent breakfast big value for money

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. This time I had a deluxe room in the main building. The rooms are very big and you have a lot of space. The location of the hotel is just great. It has three exits. One to the beach, which is within 5 minutes walking distance, an exit to Bangla Road and an exit to Rat-U-Thit Road. The hotel has two large, very nice swimming pools. The breakfast buffet is very rich. There is something for everybody. Unfortunately missing sausage and cheese.

Good value of money, occupied in good location which have access to walkstreet, Club Street, beach street. It just take u five mintues walk, it s a very good deal comparing with other sections

Rooms are neatly kept with nice breakfast and cleanliness maintained through out the resort. Walking distance from the Bangla Walking Street and the Patong Beach. Staff is courteous. Enjoyed the stay.

It's very beautiful and peaceful place and has a couple of options to choose from - either the hotel or the resort. We stayed at the resort which was beautiful.

They asking for 200 USD deposit before check in perhaps we have a reservation by big agency but they insisted to take 200 USD !!!

It's very near to the one and only happening place Bangla Road. Walking distance. Hotel is good. Rooms are good and spacious. Pool is also good. Good place, if you are coming with friends. Avoid if you are coming with family.
Guest entry is chargeable 1000 Baht.

Decent resort. No free Wi-Fi which is a major disappointment. The food is good

The best thing about our stay at Patong resort was that it's in the centre and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Bangla road is just a minute away where most of the action is and the beach is two minutes away. Mall is also a minute away. To go to other places, we rented the bike for one day and we were able to see a lot of places. And to get to the the events like Fantasea show, Dolphin show, they organise their own transfers in mini buses from and to the resort. Hotel staff was mostly nice as well. The only thing that was a bit of a downer was that sometimes the housekeeping didn't top up the shower gel, toilet paper and we had to call them to get it topped up. All in all, the stay was very nice and it's good value for money being so close to everything as I mentioned before.

Worst rooms and more worst room service...the staff is not cooperative...they feel like they are the kings....and we are staying without paying

Beautiful resort in the proper center of the location. Walking distance to the beach. Surrounded by Market. Most of the amenities are available. Good place to stay with family. Two big pools surrounded by greenery. Nice continental breakfast. Very reasonable charges according to resort. I must advise to stay there.

Great location exit gate of the hotel takes you to Bangla street.The beach is also at walking distance.Limited choices for vegetarians for breakfast.

Hotel complex large but clear, the beach is 300 meters away, unfortunately the beach is very littered. From the hotel there is a direct path from the back to Bangla Road to reach everything quickly food and drink everywhere in the immediate vicinity Prices in whole Patong in my opinion expensive almost everything costs from 100Baht 33Baht currently corresponds to 1 drink prices as in Germany's upscale

5 stars minus 5 stars .. I was terrified every night for cockroaches on the bed. The bed was dirty. At the moment we found cockroach pills. The hostel already knew that there were cockroaches in the bed.Worst service.Worst unbeatable quarters.The male staff in their fifties, whose face was very black and had some under-eyes, seemed to be in charge. The information workers in their 40s were also very unfriendly. To the new staff, it made me nervous in front of the guests. The staff at this hostel made us feel bad about Phuket.
I don't want to go to Phuket again.

Five stars minus five stars.Zero-point accommodations. I was terrified of cockroaches on the bed every night.The bed was filthy.Our body was bitten by worms everywhere, dropping things under the bed. The moment I looked under the bed ... We found a cockroach medicine. The shelter already knew that there were cockroaches in the bed.the worst squalid quartersthe worst unfriendly staffA male employee in his 50s with a black face and a hint of under-the-eye was in charge. The man was very unkind. The female employees in their 40s were also very unfriendly. The new employee got on his nerves in front of the guests.
We were very uncomfortable. Because of these hotel staff, we have a bad image of Phuket.
I don't want to go to Phuket again.
Worst living quarters with zero points

Great staff and facility!!!! I only took off one star because the resort and entrance itself is hidden from view so you may get lost trying to find it when you walk back

Good location and service... price is higher than expected

Patong hotel is much worst than I stayed before! The booking is mase. I have booked a twin room but you staff give me a queen size bed room when I check in. I need to tell three staff in order to get a pot of hot water when I have my breakfast. The wooden hanger is broken in my room. I ask for a handy hair dryer as my daughter has long hair at the night time. The night housekeeping staff did not say anything and just run into my room impolitely to show me the wall mount hair dryer! What kind of service attitude your staff have now? This may be the last time I stay in Patong Hotel and I will not recommend to my colleagues and relative any more in the future.

Excellent location of the hotel. Located in the middle of everything. 2 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to bangla street, 4 minutes to a large shopping center. I liked the hotel myself and I boldly give it 5 *, because everything is always clean, air conditioning works everywhere and personnel are always kind to you. In the photo I will attach the view from the room.

There are a lot of cockroaches, killing ten people in one night, and fleeing. Sound insulation is not generally poor. There are two wooden doors connected to each other in the room. Speaking next door is very clear. The facilities are too old.

Place is good, but staff is v rude and non cooperative. They are v un professional.
If travelling as a couple you would find the same v good,
But this is not a place to be with family if we count same in terms of amenities and other

Hotel near Bangla road, close to patong beach which is hopeless. In the hotel rooms cleaned as little as sometimes overflowing cockroach, you can hear the noise from the street. Snaiadania delicious service nice and helpful.

Although we had a two nights stay The room was good though but the fuse was gone and the room was sunk in darkness without any defenite reason and though many hotels have wifi free, they were charging 150 Bhat for one night wifi and the signals were poor. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was just because of their breakfast which was good

Have stayed at patong resort for the last 4 year and found this year it has change. The staff are no longer very friendly the garden area pool you have to ask for towels and mattress if you want to swim before 9am. The staff cleaning the rooms forget to replace tea coffee and water a lot. Overall very disappointed

Internet is a clean and good hotel in general sense that there is weakly everywhere different WiFi name is so often breaking up

Resort is very good maintenance is good but Indian food is not available

The room is divided into the old building and the new building. The new building is the second floor with the wing. The old building is the old building. The key is the key building .. The deposit is 2,000 baht. I do not have a mango, but there are 2 swimming pools. There is a safety deposit box, but you must write your receipt at the information desk at the key. The floor is not a carpet but a floor, and a little things crawl around .. It's a nice location .. If you go out to the side gate, you can see the peak of night culture right away.

At this beach, when it came here i was love it. I never seem something like this before that was cool and i very love it. it has more food , more activities to do with . it also has more hotel where locate close to the beach which also cool . You can choose which one you like and you will see the sun shine at the end of the day at that will it is favourite place i could say.

Excellent top five for a hotel! Swimming pool, bar and reception. The room is very good. It was hard to get a taxi from the hotel when we wanted to take a ride to the Big Buddha and the beach with planes. On a bike, such a distance is very difficult, especially since we had no rights with us, we were afraid that they would stop. But we used the Toun taxi app (promo code SLLWKK for the first ride). It turned out that the drivers were Russian and that it was much cheaper than other Russian taxi or telegram services. We were taken there and back, with waiting;) though you have to order a taxi in advance, so as not to get into a situation when there are no free drivers!

I advise you too! And in terms of the hotel, we will come back here, as we really liked it!

Just a great hotel. Location on 5+. Walking distance to the beach, BanglaRod, Jangzeylon. Huge (relative to other hotels in Patong), clean and comfortable territory, two large swimming pools, two restaurants, a bar, a fitness center. In the evenings, quiet and peaceful.

Patong Resort is a great place to stay in Phuket! It's very close to the famous Bangla road and the Patong Beach. It also has a 7 eleven and all kinds of food and massage places nearby! It's also very close to the Jungceylon mall.
The rooms here are really good and they have two well maintained swimming pools. They also have a person inside to help you plan trips from Phuket.
Breakfast was good and the spread was great.
The only drawback would be the lack of stairs in the 2nd block! We had to use the ramp always!
But hey, it's barely anything in comparison to all the good stuff!

Racist Resort.
The place did everything to ruin our vacation, despite the nice rooms and infra it is the incredibly rude staff which makes it an abhorrable experience to stay. There is no communication between front desk and staff. There is no guarantee that what is being promised is getting delivered to you. It is non credit card friendly with insistence on a cash being paid on every service at time of service. We personally felt that they were racist towards Indians too, little things like Tea/coffee getting served on the table for white people and we being refused and staff directing us towards vending machine made it awkward for us. So if you are someone who appreciates service I would recommend to avoid this place.
