I've been in several hotels in the area and this one is the worst BY FAR. No hot water in my room for seven days and leaking toilet - I was promised that maintenance will sort this out but nobody came. The whole hotel is infested by tiny ants running all around. It also seems that the walls are very tiny as I was able to hear my neighbours all the time. Early mornings the hotel was booming by the maids yelling and laughter. The only redeemable feature of Patong Buri was the pool at the 10th floor, but at the 4th day it became clear that the water was not being filtered and became more and more dirty. In short if you have to absolutely stay in Patong do yourself a favour and book another place.

In the heart of patong city... this hotel is very close to the beach... within 500metrs one has a mall.. the famous bangla walking street in patong and the amazing beach... Also the resort has 2 huge swimming pools n lots of other activities for guest... gave it 4star because it doesn't have free WiFi in the rooms

Location perfect, close to beach, clubs, restaurants, shops etc.
Staff friendly, respectable and professional. Nice breakfast daily. Rooms has ample space and comfortable. Minimal noise from night life. Very satisfied for the price range.

I loved the room and hotel. Staff was very friendly especially house keepers and security. Location was perfect. I had two issues, check in and check out took a very long time. The wifi was so slow in the room it was unusable.

Reading some others reviews we just cant believe how miserable some people are. This hotel has it all. Great accomodation, swimming pools, and the location is incredible. Out one exit and you are 200m from patong beach, out another and you are practically on bangla road. Great buffet breakfast and how can you complain about 99bht cocktails at happy hour! Cant speak highly enough of this place.

Property is good but rules and regulation are not friendly

Clean and big room. Perfect for two people. Even had a balcony perfect for drying clothes.
Bathroom is fine too. Unfortunately, the shower doesn't make any sense, because the curtain is really stupid and there is always water in the bathroom afterwards.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great with a good selection, there was even one or the other dish that you normally eat for lunch. There is also a separate kitchen for dishes with eggs.
Pool area is clean and right near the room. The beach is only 200m away (just down the street)

They have a good tailor. 1400 sc for suit with shirt and tie

We have stayed at this hotel 7 times and would not consider any other hotel. Absolute A1 location only a minute walk to Bangla Road and is centrally located within walking distance to the beach and all other amenities. The rooms are very spacious and clean and their buffet breakfast was great with a large menu on offer. Apart from the hotel my 5 STAR goes to two young ladies named Lucky and Pekae who work at the main reception desk. These 2 lovely ladies go out of their way to assist the hotel guests including myself during each of my stays. These girls are a true asset to Patong Resort with their friendly smile and lovely personality. They truly make my stay at the hotel so much better. Keep up the great work Lucky and Pekae and I look forward to my next visit to Patong Resort.

Rooms and bathroom are big. Bathroom has got everything for your daily use. There was balcony too.

One of the best and secure hotel with all facilities like big pool, bar, gym, restaurants, security at all entrance, big room with becutiful city view and pool view, good breakfast with lots of varities and main thing it's located at the cenert of the patong. Everthings malls, restaurants, bars, clubs, massage centers, beaches and ur favorite Bangla Road are om walking distance.

Didnt like the stay much. Rooms didnt have good view and we were not told what kind of room will we b getting. Only advantage is it is close to Bangla street.

Resort with all amenities, wonderful location, neat and clean big rooms, very good food. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed buffet with lots of options.
This resort has lots of greenery and my family loved the overall experience. Hotel staff is very supportive. If possible ask for pool view rooms.
You have to pay 2000 THB as security deposit while check-in but that's standard rule over there. I gave this for all hotels I stayed during my visit.

A four star property with close proximity to Bangla road and Patong Beach. Full points for location. Good buffet breakfast spread. Nice pools. Clean and well maintained rooms equipped with all essential amenities.

Very service-oriented hotel, very friendly staff and above all very clean rooms. The deluxe rooms are really sufficient. The few standard rooms have, instead of terrace, a conservatory aligned to the exit. I would not have liked that. The deluxe room was great. No five minutes to the beach and super centrally located. Two outdoor pools are always quite empty and enough beach chairs. No one comes up with the idea of reserving them with towels. Towels for the beach chairs are ready at the pool. So you do not have to use your beach towels. It was a great holiday and I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience!

Superb location. It's peaceful at the same time it's bang on the Bangala Street in Patong.

Stayed there twice in 2001 and again in 2014. Loved the location. The hotel has an openness about it everywhere, not a closed building effect. The super breakfast buffet is laid out in a restaurant which is having options to sit in open. The two pools are large and clean. Step out from the hotel by any of the 3 exits and you are either on the beach or in a good market area. Full score to them for maintaining it over the years

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. I mean perfect. equal distance from all the best bits of Patong. Very little noise filters back from the night life. Rooms are good. Pools are clean. Would recommend to anyone if they are in Patong

WE HAVE BEEN 2 TIMES, IN 2 EXTRAORDINARY HOLIDAYS IN THAILAND, GREAT QUALITY AND GREAT COMFORT, EXCELLENT, BUT I BELIEVE THAT THE PHOTOS ARE ALREADY VERY ELOQUENTLY, UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

This is a great place at off season rates. Easy access to Bangla walking street where all your journeys should negin and end.

Good resort to stay in the heart of phuket
Hardly 2 minute Walking distance from night walking street market.
Food & services are average.

It is pathetic palace to stay. We paid 5300 INR per day without breakfast. The rooms were very basic and no wifi. Everything was on charge. I needed a safe to keep my money and passport. This hotel given ages old safe which can be locked using key. They threaten if key is lost they will charge 3000 Bhats. They don't provide Iron box you need to request and get it for 1 hour and they will come and collect immediately afterwards.
They charge even if you ask as basic as a plate to eat food. They treat guest as schools kids and explain as if they dont know how to use even coffee maker. So overall I felt that I should leave this place as early as possible without getting fined. I wont recommend this hotel.

After I checked out on the last day, I order a taxi to go to airport from the front office. After I got into the airport, I just realised my wallet was left in the taxi. I call the hotel and ask them to check if the driver found it. Turns out he found it and they were all manage to sent my wallet and my money back to me in Bali. You guys were very helpful. Amazing team!

Resort very nice, rooms also good, location also perfect, nearby Indian Restaurant, but in resort breakfast no Proper Indian Food Choices...

There is only Patong resort name, and it is hotel in lively area in Patong area.

There are three way entrances to the hotel, and you can walk to Patong Beach, Junk Ceylon and Bangla Road within a short walk.

There are convenience stores (Seven-Eleven, Familymart) or more nearby, so it's very convenient to go shopping or to eat.

There is also an ATM in the hotel, so even if the money you have is running low, you can always withdraw, so you can rest assured.
There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel, so you can play in the water even on rough days.

You can choose from many types of rooms. The cleanliness is always clean and comfortable.
There is no problem with the water pressure in the shower.

However, I was worried that the shower was not a hand shower but a fixed type.

Pavoroti Italian pizza and pasta .Restaurant in Patong .Walk through between Patong Resort hotel and Patong Motel .Delicious food .Highly recommend the Carbonara and Mexican Pizza .Praise to the chef for an enjoyable meal .followed by a swim i the pool on the premises .Bellisimo .

Very spacious and worth staying as beach walking distance

Very nice resort,well looked after, staff are great, close to everything you may need, would most definitely stay there again thoroughly enjoyed it.

Awesome resort. room are more spacious, have 2 pools. indian food available so no need to worry for vegetarians. 2min walk towards beach. But one disadvantage is there is no WiFi in rooms only you find in hotel lobby. Apart from that everything was awesome.

This hotel is good, less than a hundred meters from Patong beach. The rooms are tilted together, upstairs, looking to see the view. Below the wide area is systematic and peaceful.

Good hotel. Not many options for vegetarians in breakfast. Walkable distance to beach. Just around the corner. Indian food is accessible from this hotel. Staff find it difficult to talk in English.

Breakfast, Free Wifi in the room, etc. are not included for the amount exceeding Bt2000.
The safety deposit box also has to go to the front desk to pick up the keys. (No explanation)
Somehow if it is a true state of staying without meals.
When I first checked the Wifi issue at the front desk, I was told that it was Free without a password, but I went to the login-payment website (after all, it was charged).
If you think about cospa, the correct answer was to stay overnight on PhiPhi Island!
At the time of Check In and Out, the front desk was busy with the correspondence of the group and it took time, and it took 45 minutes to go to the room only by Check in.
At Thai hotels, there is no choice but to respond slowly, but unfortunately this time, 3 cannot be added.

It's situated so near to Bangla Street for food, party and bar, yet a quite place to have a good sleep when you need it. Not far from a shopping complex and night market. A very decent hotel considering the price with pools facility, WiFi and strategic location.
