I think there are bats (awesome, because they love mosquitoes!) Geckos, different birds, fish and what looked like a baby alligator?).

the staffs are nice and helpful! the hotel was build in 19xx, but the maintenance is good. the facilities are still in good conditions. the jacuzzi in the room is very good! 0.5 marks is deducted because there is no socket near the bed. but still highly recommended the villa if you come to phuket.

The Villa was fantastic! Decor just as seen online. Pool facing the lake was scenic. Sufficiently private from the rest of the resort.

The breakfasts are great! In the evenings, music, cocktail bar. At prices - we are not guests of the hotel, but we have a club card Laguna, so a 25% discount: breakfast for three went out 1700bat
We were given an extremely cold room but the air-con was unable to be adjusted. This caused condensation on the floors and our stuff. The hotel then made it up to us by moving us to a villa room. In general, the hotel is pretty run down. However, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food and they are of good quality.
We had a wonderful stay @ Dusit Thani. Suda welcomed us to the property and made our stay perfect. They arranged a car to pick us up from airport and our adventure began in Phuket. The hotel is beautiful with a great beach location. We stayed in one of the villas, wow! We had our own pool on the roof and many other accommodations. Any issue we had was quickly taken care of. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at dusit laguna for 3 nights, beautiful hotel, clean, right on the beach. Recently the beach and the sea are beautiful. Deluxe seaview room, 2nd floor, beautiful view, clean room, old bathroom, but fully equipped. Shower cream and scented shampoo in the room have hand sanitiser and mask. The phone beside the bed also smells musty. Breakfast is not buffet But can always order, delicious food, have a chance to take the kids to rest again
Bit old but the facilities are pretty complete and well maintained, location and place were nice, direct access to the private beach. Nice hotel on the phuket beach side.

The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket has an excellent restaurant, Casuarina Restaurant and Pub. The restaurant is located by the beach so you can choose a table on the beach or inside with air-conditioned comfort. For a fixed price they will barbeque as much seafood or meat items you wish to eat. The price also includes a large range of hot and cold dishes, buffet style. Between 6-7pm is Happy Hour, 2 for 1 drinks. Highly recommend the buffet at Casuarina.

Charming resort with private beach and Thai hospitality. It is a great time to travel now to Phuket and see the beautiful nature. The air ticket is also very affordable and not too crowded. Food at the hotel is delicious, ask the hotel for local delicacy.

The air conditioner is not cold. The breakfast is not as delicious as expected.

A very family friendly resort with lots of young babies and mothers. There are a lot of Russians visiting, which isn't a problem. Just a fact.
We stayed for 5 days, and the hotel was very helpful when my young daughter fell sick. There is a medical clinic (with Dr) open 24 hours just outside the main gate
There is also a free shuttle bus to the shops and restaurants just outside Laguna.
The Beach is amazing, clean, clear, and not populated with tourists. The sand is so soft.
The Thai restaurant is especially nice, and all restaurants have high-chairs.
The only issue are the mosquitoes as there is a lake in Laguna.
We will come back.
Our go to resort when visiting Phuket! From the moment you arrive your immersed into a different world making you feel like royalty. The property is located on the west side of Phuket on Bang Tao Beach where lots of resorts and high net worth housing are located. It s literally on the beach you don t have to cross a road to get to the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the resort and beach. Excellent service by the staffs. Will be returning when we visit Phuket again!
Still at the Apartment hotel. Wouldn't give this place more than 4 stars. Swimming pool is undergoing renovation and we were not informed of this till we arrived - furthermore contrary to what the website and internet depicts, the ocean waters are actually grey not green or blue. Lastly beach front is a small stretch of sand cut off by the next hotel having built walls to indicate where there part of the beach begins. Wouldn't stay here again as it's far too overpriced for what is offered.

I think it's a good hotel to relax with your family. I could move between neighboring hotels by boat, and I didn't have any problems with meals.

We booked a villa and it was very clean and nice; Breakfast is ok and their seafood night is fantastic; I didn t however like the fact that bathrooms around the pool area are very dirty, and the restaurants were not very clean (especially floors)

Good hotel, clean gentle beach. Smiling staff, cleaned 2 times a day, flowers and fruits updated daily. Beautiful landscaped area with a pond and fish, and many flowers. You can ride a river tram along the lagoon. Rest was very nice.

We live in Laguna Park and often go to the Dusit pool. Two adults 1000 baht, do not charge for children, give four loungers and put two umbrellas. Good large area with access to the sea. Children's pool is shallow with a small slide, but we need it for safety reasons. There is a cafe with a children's menu, in season - scooters and other excursions.

Like everywhere some limits included,which we liked to make several recommendations for improvements about room and environment.
The personal care and friendlyness of the DUSIT THANI employees, especially by Khun YOLLANDA from the Reservatio department, Khun TUNYARUS from the Reception and also Khun PANIDA from the RUEN THAI Restaurant are best remembered and will always be good reason to return. Also big thanks to The orange car Phuket for great service and friendly people

This review is covid related! I chatted via Facebook with the hotel before booking. They confirmed me an Ocean Front room. When I checked in, I was all of a sudden told that the whole ocean side of the hotel is closed due to covid and that they upgrade me now to a villa with lagoon view , which was rather a street view with cars and the lagoon in the background. For me the ocean view was very important so I checked out immediately again, which was no problem. The staff was very friendly, therefore 1 more star, but it s not acceptable to fool guests and promise something what they cannot hold. If I book ocean front, I don t want street view and no lousy excuses that it s the ocean wing of the building. Room for improvement urgently needed!
We stayed for a week with the kids in one of the lagoon villas with a pool on the roof.
The good:
- friendly and helpful staff
- great beach, very clean and very few people
- the hotel is directly on the beach
- walking distance to a shopping area
- a lot of places to eat and shops 5 minutes away by car
- nice atmosphere
- the hotel s Thai restaurant was outstanding - fantastic food and decent prices
The not-so-good:
- the rooms OK but everything is a bit dated; the hotel could do with an overhaul
- other than the Thai restaurant, food was choice was limited
- the life guard at the pool was nowhere to be seen for a couple of days
- kids club is very small with few things to do
Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent hotel for those who come to Phuket is not the first time and does not want to visit the sights. All the fuss typical for Patong is far away. On the first line is a clean beach. The hotel has three restaurants, a massage tent, a gym and much more that catches your eye. Also at the reception you can ask the Russian-speaking administrator. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

It is rather quiet compared with PaTong. There are few chinese. You can enjoy relaxing holidays. If you want to go to PaTong, you can pay about 600 bahts for shuttle bus.
We had an excellent experience here. There is a beautiful lagoon view or a sea view from one's room. Resort looks nature friendly. We found it very quiet and calm, the way we needed. Breakfast was amazing and staff is super friendly. Very cautious about hygiene and cleanliness.
The rooms are really nice and they send cleaners frequently. Also the WiFi is fast.
