The room is divided into the old building and the new building. The new building is the second floor with the wing. The old building is the old building. The key is the key building .. The deposit is 2,000 baht. I do not have a mango, but there are 2 swimming pools. There is a safety deposit box, but you must write your receipt at the information desk at the key. The floor is not a carpet but a floor, and a little things crawl around .. It's a nice location .. If you go out to the side gate, you can see the peak of night culture right away.

Very near to Janceylon. The other side of Hotel opens to Bangla Street, which means the hotel is very large in size.
Moderately expensive, but its worth the stay.
The tourist information centre in the hotel is quite friendly and we booked tours from there. But recommended to check with few others before booking.

Nice hotel. Cool place to stay in Phuket.
Biggest advantage is proximity to the malls and marketplace.

Location is right in the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd, but the hotel is basic and very outdated. It has an very old mouldy smell to the rooms, probably wouldnt stay again, 3 stars for location.

What a horrible hotel! Maybe it is due to the holiday season but my entire checkin experience was bad.

The front desk was rude and unhelpful.
The wifi costs money? Seriously, it is almost 2018 and there are still hotels charging by device to use the internet? Come on!
I would never stay here again- there are so many better options in the area.

The hotel is a nice property and there new wing is good place to live in. Basis availability they have also upgraded my room on there on. The only area where things need improvement is about courteousness of their staff. They need to understand the issues of the guest and not just a talk about hotel policy.

Great hospitality, easy and fast check in and good rooms. Location is the best. It is far enough from bangla Street and road to be quiet and close enough to just reach the beach or bangla street with just a 2-3 min walk. All in all we had a great 3 day stay.

Centre of Patong city. The beach is very near also Bangla Street the happening place is also near. Almost connected to this resort. Must visit place. Recommended for family and couples.

I only visited a friend here at the Patong resort. It seemed to have really nice clean rooms with a good price and handy to Bangla rd.

Not a worth staying property at all.only location is + about this resort otherwise very bad hospitality.lacks basic amenities,very old and outdated condition of rooms.staff was very rude not helpful at all they want only money all the times. property is not as shown in the images.they give you rooms in old wing actually very partial with indians.never stay in patong resort

perfect... All of these reviews should be 5 stars, given the price, location, service, breakfast buffet, pool, etc. The beach is at the end of the driveway. Jungceylon is 5 minute walk. Many great places to eat close by. Great room with a well padded chair and desk. The only problem I found was the potatoe at breakfast... you just cannot reheat potatoe in any form. It tastes gross. Great stay. Highly recommended.

Found this Resort to be in a really good location for most things, but unfortunately they must have a thief among their staff. All the beer and soft drinks were taken. We replaced it ourselves as we did not want to be charged an arm and a leg .. No use talking to them , they only understand what they want.

There is a quiet place to rest in the downtown area, which is worth less than expensive. The security guard is doing very well. If the outsider needs to pay 1000 baht to enter the room, everyone should pay attention.

Large rooms but annoying staff. Not at all cooperative towards the guests.

List of penalties is the most hilarious thing one would find there..

Great location but need serious renovation to maintain the service. No wifi in rooms or lobby!! Good breakfast and nice staff

Rooms are large and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is plentiful and good.

Very noisy when living out on the entertainment street. COOKER LAKES ON THE ROOM. Price a little too high in relation to the room and its design. Service ok and prices in restaurant are cheaper than in restaurants in the streets.

Not good staff they are not guest friendly but location is very good

Price and locations were great. Hotel is aimed at an older crowd and families. Rooms were ok

Not a good place...stone aged rooms...front staff not good..Don't know how to talk to guests...charged for kids breakfast even when it was included in package...didn't allow to take milk from buffet for kid in a bottle..

Nice rooms but no wifi available in the rooms it is paid. The staff is cringy.

Staff is not polite.They no doubt help me searching my mb lost in swimming pool area. Bt they should be more polite.
