This guys are the best the help me out with my taxes and they help me out to get the most refund from taxes i recommend this guys

I've been a loyal customer to this place for the past 10yrs. This yr that I went to file, the atmosphere was very different than before. I went there on a Saturday on March 16th, Andy wasn't there. The ppl that took care of me were all pretty much new faces. I went there around 1pm, I felt rushed and they didn't get to know you like they did in the past. When I was getting ready to pay they were confusing me with someone else's account, I didn't think of any of it at the moment. I had asked for direct deposit and I was waiting for it and I think them getting me confused with somebody else had something to do with it. Turns out my refund never got deposit because, "the bank rejected it" so they had my check at the office and told me the state check would arrive in 10 business days, it's been a month and still nothing. The yr before that, the person that took care of me didn't write down my address correct. The IRS was trying to get a hold of me and I had no clue about it until they contacted my job. Andy is great and if you want your service done with him he is a 5star. You would have to make an appointment cause he is very busy. The kids he has running the place are not really all there especially when he isn't there. This will probably be the last yr I file with them, I rather do it online myself it's not that difficult. I only kept going cause of Andy if I'm being truthful. His hospitality was what kept me going.

Amazing service they help you out however they can and answer any questions you have 10/10 recommended this was my 4th year going with them and they are extremely helpful and kind every time

A tad bit pricey lol but hey I'd say it's worth it. I got Victor he was great. Very knowledgeable. And they have wifi and a lil play area with toys for kids which was very helpful in my case. AANND u get 50 bux cash when u recommend someone Soo everybody put my name down giving 4 Stars cuz they charged me almost 300 plus 100 for picking up my check at the office. So 400!! But I got a good tax return so fine. 4 Stars it is. I'd definitely recommend them even without the 50 bux

I'm not sure about this place. Im starting to believe that this place scams people who do direct deposit. For some reason we were told our fee was $180 but in reality they are taking more money out for them.

I was with my tax guy for over 15 + years older gentlemen he was very good.. However my X kept insisting to go with "his tax guy" that his was better than mine... Lol... Im on my 3rd year and stood with IRSERVICES Andy is amazing at what he does!! Love how he brakes it down to you and always willing to answer every question and concerns you have for him.... With that being said the girls and his staff are also very kind and professional which makes it very greeting and comfortable to customers... Ive refered colleagues, family and friends whom also are very happy with his services.. Highly recommend this place!! His prices are fair to me based on his work ethic and does eveything possible to get you your moneys worth!! The only complain i have is i wish when i referred all those people it would have been $50.00 cuz then it was only $20.00

He made it easy to understand how the refund was calculated, and answered all the questions we had! fast, friendly service. great tax return. this guys are absolutely state of the art income tax company. the serice was great, the coffee was good...I know I know some of you dont care about my coffee review but it is important! free wifi and movies playing while you wait. that made my wait time feel ever shorter...you basically have to go and get your taxes there to find out!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. How can you tell me that I'm going to get back roughly $900 after fees are taken out and then only $424 show up in my account? I should have listened to ALL the people that told me how much of a rip-off your company is. Definitely NEVER coming here again. I work hard for what? So you can steal from me? ha.

When I first came here (2013) I knew nothing about the process for filing taxes, it was my first time. Did my taxes here 3 years straight. This last year I tried h&r block and was surprised to find out Atlantic tax services had filed my taxes wrong, they advised me and my girlfriend file jointly which you can't do unless you're legally married but they didn't mention that. They were only trying to GET ME MORE. Now I have to ammend my tax returns and pay back over 3k. Thanks IRBusiness!!
