Basic hotel, good location , Quiet at night given that its location is just off bangla rd

We stayed here as we part of a three city tour of Thailand. Although staff was honest, they were not friendly. We were place in the side building with a horrible view. When asked to upgrade there were apparently no rooms left. Our bed was terribly hard and bathroom was mediocre at best. There is wifi but you must pay for it unless you're having dinner/breakfast in the hotels restaurant. When asking to pay for it, staff informed me it's. Waste of money because we don't get good signal in our "building". Breakfast was plentiful and offered variety. The best part of the hotel is the location, it is close to just about anything that you would want to do.

The staff is very rude and think you have come to rob the place, I was disgusted at their way of behavior, they dont know who is good and bad and speak very rudely, although the hotel is good and stay was comfortable, but I found the staff wanting in etiquettes, expect such high stature hotel to train their staff to be courteous, given 3 only because of room

Resort is bit old but well maintained. Nice big room (deluxe category). Breakfast is good as well, just at 10:30 everything is taken away. Location is very good. Staff is polite. For the price its a good option.

Rooms are not very clean although spacious. Very old features such as manual key for safebox and main door. Staff was rude when checking out.

We stayed at this hotel from 21st to 23rd September 2017 for our annual company trip due to changes by our thai agent last minute from another four star hotel.

We were greeted warmly by nice coconut drink as welcome drink and the lobby is full with colourful furniture which give a vibrant and cheerful environment.

Breakfast spread was great too. A variety food were offered and the foods were refilled all the time. It has a great huge swimming pool with depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.8m.

Overall the stay was great except we were greeted badly by the housekeeping lady (Level 6) at our room when we were about to check-out. The lady staff was very rude and don't even respond when we are trying to talk to her but she just ignored us. It was such a shame to have a nice and beautiful resort manned by rude staff.

Nice place , good location , nice pool . Rooms are ok but location is the best part. Located at walking distance from good places.

No wifi in rooms, safe usage is chargable. Everything good otherwise.
AIS traveller sim can be obtained from 7/11 across the street, has 7 days unlimited data usage. Charge for 50 bhat calling and you should be good to go, it has excellent coverage even on islands. Spacious rooms in hotel has, garden area is awesome.

old rooms with not inuf wall plugs no wifi and also they charge you if you bring a guest the only good thing about this hotel is the location as bangla road is close to the hotel and you dont need to cross any road this is why i gave it 2 stars because of the location the breakfast is ok - not the best but a little bit less than average but the breakfast room is always packed and it is difficult to find a place to sit. the hotel also offers massages to your room at around 500 Bhat each and there is also an ATM out side of the hotel

Very friendly staff. Bed linen is changed daily. Close to the nightlife. Very quiet. Small outdoor pool. Price / Performance Top! Can only recommend it.

Won't even send plates to the room unless food is ordered from the restaurant. Free wifi only works in the Cafe and exorbitant charges for having an open extra guest

Budget hotel. Bangala walking street very much close by. Good restaurants near by. Morning breakfast was excellent. Christina massage service at a phone call.Massage Charges normal if you are staying in this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by this resort. Had a great and spacious corner room with large balcony overlooking one of the 2 pools. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower, and double basins. Small but adequate wardrobe in dressing room area, sofa and armchair, separate dining area with fridge and microwave and kettle. Service all smiles and helpful throughout. Great sushi upstairs plus steakhouse and Italian restaurant as well as lobby and pool bars with drinks and food menus. Short, direct route to the beach and 5 minutes from Bangla Road. Although this hotel is off the main drag in Patong, and all you might want is on your doorstep, its grounds are huge so insulates it perfectly from the hustle and bustle. There's a secluded restaurant strip just off the lane to the beach that has a terrific variety so really a great bonus. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Location and amenities are good but the reception ladies are most rude, with 0 values for their customer. No sympathy if anyone falls illor needs medical attention.

Very nice hotel, great food, great helpful and friendly staff.

This resort is huge and have lot of options in terms of rooms and restaurants. They have two nice proper swimming pool. It has 3 bars with happy hours and staff is very friendly. Only one drawback is that they don t provide free wifi in all rooms and only hotspots near restaurant lobby.

It was mixed experience. Staff is not that friendly. They sound rude may be due to language.

Breakfast has almost no vegeterian options. Tea served is not good.

Location is nice. Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach and 5 minutes to Bangla street. Lightning is not good in villas.

Nice hotel, altough staff was a bit stuborn. We noticed in advance for an arrival in the early morning but the staff was not reasonable to get a room so we had to look for another hotel when we arrived at 4:30 am.

Was told by the recepcionist lady, that all rooms were booked, and gave no further instructions. Suprising thoug: Just as we left another couple came without a reservation and requested a room and got one. Well I guess if customers pay with cash money, its more worth it than a online reservation/payment.

The location is pretty good as its very close to night life of Phuket which is basically the Bangla street.
The people were very professional, easy checkin and checkout
Make sure to take 2000 baht security deposit per room.
It has its own jacuzzi 2 pools and massage place.
The breakfast is to die for
Multiple choices i had so much that i skipped lunch.
All and all had fun!
Will i go again? Hell yeah

Good resort at the heart of city. Beach , market all near by...just 5 mts walk only.

Large size hotel stay in Patong around 20 years ago. Grand lobby and two grand size swimming pool are the big selling point, if you like grand decoration and old fashion, it will suitable for you.

Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, staff is friendly and ready to help. Morning breakfast menu is enough but please do get rid of the flies. Its annoying and this is my 3rd visit and still the same problems.

No complaints so far. Either way, we were hardly sitting in the room since we had to travel a lot.

Hotel is good. But care to be taken while using the kettle. They charge Rs 1500 Thai bhat if used for other than water.
