Very good hotel and service. Neat and clean rooms. Located very near to beach and market.

Front desk staff was rude. Air conditioner did not work properly. Apart from the reception and restaurant area, rooms seemed quite old with outdated amenities.
Only resort in Thailand where we were asked to give a deposit if 2000 THB.
Only resort in Thailand which had wifi but asked us to pay for it. I understand if there is no wifi, but having wifi and asking guests to pay for it individually is just ridiculous.
WARNING: they will also make a copy of your credit card, only place in the whole wide world who does this.
On checkout we asked our luggage to be locked in the luggage room for around 2 or 3 hours till our taxi to the airport arrived. After 3 hours when we came back, our luggage was still in the lobby absolutely unattended.

The facilities are old but near the beach, there are also restaurants, shopping malls and massage shops around

I had a booking in this hotel and when i arrive to make check in they "didn't find" my booking and tried to book me a room much more expensive (4x). I think that was a scam...

I get out of Patong Resort Hotel and went to Sleepwithme Hotel and had no problem...

I celebrated my birthday here... overall experience was amazing nice staff good rooms.. you need to walk a bit for Patong Beach... location is apt near market area..

Very close to banglah rd. Roof top restaurant and sky bar with amazing views... you wont want to go anywhere else

Nice place. Close to beach and next to walking street. Downside you need to pay for WiFi.

Only thing I liked was their breakfast. The service is TERRIBLE. The reception ladies don't speak good english & treat you bad. One woman at the reception screamed at me. We've booked a deluxe room but was put in a smaller room and didnt get a refund... They were supposed to give us at least an extra bed but that lady at the reception wanted me to pay $1000 AND get a full fee of the deluxe room.
And btw, I'd say this is a 3-star hotel. It looks good on the outside but its ehh.

Room is big...city view...staff is good...room facilities "No Tooth Brush", "No slipper" for 4* Hotel???......

Even though it was a room with a bathtub, the hot water came out even if it was plugged, and it did not accumulate. It was nice to see the beach from the street in front of the hotel and there was a cat. The breakfast was abundant and delicious.

I got charged for something that was out of my control.Twice I've tried to shower and no warm water at 5pm.
Besides that the service was very good

We Stay There 3night every service is good but check in out time 2pm and 10am is very bad.
And 500ml Water per person per day is very bad

This is my favorite hotel in patong i always choose this hotel first time i booked deluxe room in 2016 now i booked superior room and they upgrade me to deluxe room for free the 2 swimming pool are very big and beautiful everything in this hotel is amazing

If you are going to phuket, please do not prefer to stay in this hotel. My issues as below..

1. While I m checking in the receptionist had informed about Do s and Don t s in the room. He mentioned that i should use the room kettle only for boiling water.. and they will provide only 2 half liter bottle of water a day free of charge., etc..

As I m traveling with a kid, i took a electric rice cooker to cook food for my kids, i had cooked rice for kid and took that for tour. I came back and saw a letter mentioned come to reception, Manger want to see you . I got surprised and went to meet him. He told me that cooking isn not allowed in the hotel room and I m charging you a fine of 100 THB, I replied that you had mentioned this while checking in the hotel about this, the manager said, its the rule either you pay the fine or i will call your tour agent and throw all your things. I really don t know who is my travel agent and this is not a packaged tour with accommodation. He is so arrogant, and said you need to pay the fine. I don t want to argue much with a person who doesn t know about customer relations and finally i paid 1000 THB.

2. The Aircon in the room is not working fine and it takes a lot of time to cool the room... means the whole night.

3. Stayed for 4 nights, No hot water for 2 days, complained several times, finally got hot water just a bath before my check out.

4. Rooms are very old and not maintained properly..

In total this is the worst hotel i had stayed...

Very well priced. Great location, great facilities and brilliant service.

Fairly decent hotel. Rooms are clean and the service is bland although not bad. Expect to pay extra for almost everything and while it has most of the amenities (on a very basic level and quality) it wins with the great location in Patong Beach, especially for families between the Beach and the Mall - Jungceylon.

Superb location. It's peaceful at the same time it's bang on the Bangala Street in Patong.

Room is quite spacious and nice. It's situated in the Bangla Road. Paton Beach is a 10 mins walk from this hotel. They have 3 buildings in this hotel. Additionally they have ATM, tour booking, salon, laundry etc inside the resort compound. Also not to miss they have 2 swimming pools and the morning buffet breakfast is also good with lots of options to choose from. Overall a nice hotel. However they do not have a good in house restaurant but from 18.00 hrs to 23.00 hours in room dining is available with very limited options.

place was good but housekeeping was very bad. whenever you ask for something they will behave like we are staying here for free

The service is very poor, the waiters have their own opinions, the one is correct, the shower is not hot enough, and the flushing water is weak.

Close to everything in Patong. Great pools, good service and nice clean rooms.

Must visit, one of the best resort and direct exit to most happening place Bangla road of Patong. Good food and best facility.

Excellent , if i have to go back to Patong , i will definitely go to Patong Beach Hotel . It is clean , friendly staff and very well situated , close to all activities.

Our upgraded room was fantastic. The manager was very pleasant. With my mother inlaw who was on a walking stick and couldnt walk to far the manager did every thing in his power to make our stay very memorable. Job well done.

Bad review. I booked the room on the place where I went, and it took me more than 10 minutes to tell me that there was no room. Say to us to change the hotel, pull to a hotel below Samsung

One of the best resorts in phuket..located very close the patong beach and the buzzling areas of patong..

Clean and big room. Perfect for two people. Even had a balcony perfect for drying clothes.
Bathroom is fine too. Unfortunately, the shower doesn't make any sense, because the curtain is really stupid and there is always water in the bathroom afterwards.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great with a good selection, there was even one or the other dish that you normally eat for lunch. There is also a separate kitchen for dishes with eggs.
Pool area is clean and right near the room. The beach is only 200m away (just down the street)

Old Patong Hotel But the hotel is not old by name. Looks very new. Here, he made the braised butter.

Perfect centrally located. Didn't do any local transfers as Bangla walking street and many malls and Indian restaurants were at walking distance so Patong Resort was the perfect centrally located place required to stay.
Very decently priced and good stay. Hygienic, good service.

OK type of hotel. Location is a big advantage. Superior room I stayed is just average. Not a 4 star grade. Indian restaurants in a walkable distance compensated for the poor variety of Indian food available in hotel's restaurant.

Hotel also insisted on Thai baht 2000 deposit which was not communicated earlier when I made full advance payment for 3 days.

We stayed at this hotel from 21st to 23rd September 2017 for our annual company trip due to changes by our thai agent last minute from another four star hotel.

We were greeted warmly by nice coconut drink as welcome drink and the lobby is full with colourful furniture which give a vibrant and cheerful environment.

Breakfast spread was great too. A variety food were offered and the foods were refilled all the time. It has a great huge swimming pool with depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.8m.

Overall the stay was great except we were greeted badly by the housekeeping lady (Level 6) at our room when we were about to check-out. The lady staff was very rude and don't even respond when we are trying to talk to her but she just ignored us. It was such a shame to have a nice and beautiful resort manned by rude staff.

I was asked for a drink in the fridge that I didn't drink, and I told him I wasn't drinking, but I didn't hear it and I didn't have time, so I paid. Salt-friendly, unfortunate hotel.

This is a well situated Resort within walking distance from Bangla Town and Patong beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice. However there is no free wireless broadband in the rooms but have to pay if require wifi access.

Very friendly and honest staffs......the rooms were neat and clean...twin rooms with attachment were the best part ...in case of family

They habe thete own girls, if you bring any other girl from bangla street they charge 1000tbh for that guest, then if your any lady friend come they treet as another hore like normal street. I seen with my own eyes, look cheep

The rooms are ok. Check in time was more the staff are ok. Centrally located and breakfast was very good changing menu every day.

Good property near to Bangla walking Street. Hotel has two options resort and hotel. No Indian food available in hotel.

Premium price but Wi-Fi still isn't included. And you can't Torrent here if you're into it. Many power outlets are broken. Good selection of TV channels.
