The worst company inside the airport, read everything they give you to sign, because this company left me without a job when I was pregnant and supposedly until I gave birth I could go back and it turns out that they told me that I had to deliver the id because that was federal and if I did not deliver it they would have a case in the city, and I handed it in and they gave me a paper to sign how I was delivering the id until I started working and now it turns out that they replaced that paper and says I signed the Waiver of work, they are shameless, be very careful with these thieves and see well what they sign, not for pleasure they have had more than 15 demands, because they violate the rights of employees and only come for the enrichment of the company , the worst of the worst these people.

I need an email to report an employee who mistreated us along more passengers. She was very unprofessional and rude during a checkpoint and she left her post to contact a TSA supervisor who ended up apologizing to us after she heard both versions. She needs to be professional, instead of exercising excessive use of authority over things she is not responsible. Please contact me for further details.

The worst company ever! They stole your money from your paycheck. If you don't keep track of your hours you loose them. Insurance suck, communications between employees and supervisors are the worst. Don't waste your time here.

The company gives off a sense of "favoritism" amongst it's employees, offering hours to those willing to deal with the harsh conditions, over those needing the hours. Under harsh work conditions, ex. summer heat, they didn't offer their Ramp Agents water to hydrate. We were notified by the pilots NOT to load planes past a specific baggage line, due to fire codes, but Management had us do so regardless. They were willing to cut corners, no matter which regulations they broke, just to make money and save money

I just went to travel and the guy that help you with the bags outside, he took 10 bags for me in his car and i was handing 5 dollars, he told me, not you have to give 2 for each bag .. i had to hang 20 dollars ... I was traveling and a Cuban from Ultra who comes in the suitcase helped me with 10 suitcase, he was giving him 5 dollars and he said it is not 20 dollars, xk is 2 dollars for each suitcase, they earn $ 15.52 the hour, they should not be forcing the people who give them money, they heard and they also took a liking to me .. that is ugly, they damaged my trip, I am calling ultra but it is closed because it is saturday. 7/15/2017 ... 11:10 am door F ... is a big man of about 35-40 years white

Terrible experience. Whoever is working in Terminal J. Your employee is very rude & disrespectful. When we asked how much to take the bags. He would not give us a clear answer. He would only leave it open ended. Said yki have to pay for my services. I have to weigh the bag and so on. Which is fine but how much. He would not give us an answer said just load them we will figure it out. Would not tell us. Then he just grabbed the cart & walked away with with a crazy attitude & would not respond back to us. Just left my aunt & cousins standing there with their bags.very unprofessional & rude. This was not a matter of communication. Everyone speaks Spanish. It was a matter of him taking the bags & then wanting to make up his price after which most definitely was going to be inflated once he had the bags as he refused to tell us a price. So he made no money.

Employees went into my bag and stole my new airpods. Stole someone else s Oakley sunglasses.
