My flight was supposed to be in two hours but I just had to cancel my whole trip to China. I sent in my paperwork alongside my parents on the 4th of September for a travel time of October the 3rd. It took 20 days for me to call them to check on status for them to tell me it still wasn't ready and that they were having issues with their accounting office. They told me (after paying 764.00) to send three separate money orders directly to Houston a week out of our planned trip. After multiple emails phone calls and waiting on hold to have a busy tone just come up, I was told by our account manager Zuzy that this was out of her hands and not her problem anymore to just send an email to the owner. I sent an email to the owner the day before our trip and no response either...please please please do not go with this company. all they do is tell you to send more money with false promises of getting you your visas in time. I have spent so far $1,200 on them and I know that based on the previous reviews it's money I won't see back. I had to cancel my trip that was partially refundable so I just lost out on 4.2k and they just shrugged and told me it was out of their hands. I just want our passports back at this point. I did everything right on my side but they are so careless I wouldn't want the next person to go through what I just went through. Please stay away.
