My experience with the clinic and staff was beyond my expectations. The OR staff helped me to reduce my anxiety level, I was very scared since my family was not allowed to give me support due to COVID.
Even my post-op f/u was very informative and the PA listened to my questions and my needs were met. I felt comfortable and supported by the staff. Thank you for your care and attention.

Recently I was diagnosed with a Thyroglossal Duct Cyst on my neck. My long term family physician highly recommended Dr. Steven Battaglia . It was not an easy decision to commit to having surgery on my neck area, not to mention during this pandemic period while hospital procedures are highly impacted.
However, upon the first appointment with Dr. Battaglia, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. The office, organized and well run. During the consultation, Dr. Battaglia came across extremely professional as well as personable. He patiently and articulately laid out the diagnosis and treatment plan. He answered my list of questions and it helped put my mind at ease.
I had my cyst removed and the surgery went well. No complications and minimum discomfort post surgery. I had my post op follow up appointments with Dr. Battaglia and his PA (Paul).
Thank you Dr. Battaglia and your staff. I feel grateful and blessed for your excellent care .

My husband and I both had first time appointments with Huntington ENT. Well, first off, there was free parking. That started us off happy. I was a little worried because there were a lot of people in the waiting room, but they called our names immediately. (there are many doctors). We saw Dr. Delancey and were so delighted with him. So kind and courteous and professional and really knew what he was doing. Also, the building and the patio is restful and delightful and the waiting room is filled with delightful paintings by one of the doctors. Fortunately, we only go back in a year, but it's too bad because it was such a lovely experience.
From the moment I entered the facility, I was treated with care and timelines. Reception was very professional, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Steve Battaglia and PA. Fruhner took excellent care of me! Would definitely recommend visiting!
Dr Reiber has been wonderful as my surgeon and for office visits. The other doctors and staff are also warm and caring. I do like their current location although they are moving near by soon.

Couldn't ask for a better ENT than Dr. Steve Battaglia - he and his PA Paul Fruhner along with their team are super knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Recently had a sinus surgery to remove polyps and a growth in the sinus cavity and it was very successful. Pre and post care were outstanding and I'm grateful for the personal attention that I received. Highly recommend Huntington Ear Nose and Throat.
I just got my septo rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Sean Delaney and he is just outstanding. He will make you feel comfortable and explain everything calmly. I had a severe case of deviated septum and had trouble breathing, just after two weeks not only he made my nose look better but also I can breathe normally. Plus the post op follow ups are great too. I personally would highly recommend him.
I became very concerned when I had a sudden health issue that required medical attention and surgery. Although it was just two days before Christmas AND with a planned family vacation for Dr. Steven Battaglia I was initially concerned that the medical attention would have to wait. I was concerned that the condition might be cancer as I have had cancer twice before. This placed more urgency on the situation. Thankfully, Dr. Battaglia did the surgery and after testing was able to determine It was not cancer and he completed a successful surgery. The pre surgery and after surgery care has been excellent. His staff, and especially P.A. Paul Fruhner, have exemplified the type of care provided, outstanding all around. I truly appreciate that this matter was handled so quickly and with care and compassion.

I called in a panic. I realized the laryngitis I had been fighting for weeks might be something more serious. The office staff was understanding and helpful and got me in with Paul Fruhner, PA, the same day. He was helpful and warm and knowledgeable. He scoped my throat right there and figured out exactly what was wrong. We drove all the way from Ventura because we had such a good experience with Dr Steven Bataglia years ago.
It was such a relief to see Paul and get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The office staff was also helpful and kind. And social distancing measures and sanitizing made the whole experience feel safe. I m so glad they got us in. Highly recommend.
The Drs. Battaglia are by far the most sensitive and understanding I ve run into, I m 67 yrs old. I have entrusted my ENT issues to Dr. Steve and Dr. Charles for 15 years and I m always treated well and recovered (otherwise why would seek a doctor) well. My total trust is with Dr. Battaglia. The staff is likewise sensitive to time, feelings and the work flow. You ll not spend your day waiting.
Dr. Delaney is an excellent physician! He is thorough, kind and extremely knowledgeable. All the physicians in this practice are right on point with quality of care given. Dr. Delaney's surgical skills are amazing. He has great bedside manner and instills confidence in his patients. He is very approachable and includes patient in plan of care. My hat is off to you Dr. Delaney!

I made an appointment two months ago for Friday , December 7- I got a call from his office a night before confirming my appointment for 10: 30 am . On Friday it was pouring rain I called at 10am to reconfirm my appointment the office said I am all confirmed I arrived at 10:29 am . Five minutes in waiting I was informed by staff that Dr. was called in for an emergency surgery !!! I understand things can happen - they offered me 2.30 pm same day appointment I paid my co-payment and left the office . At 2:PM I called to make sure Dr. is back from his emergency surgery and I am ok with my time . They could not find my appointment I was on the phone for 20 minutes they could not figure out and could not find my appointment . At that point I said it is 2.:20 pm and you kept me on hold for a long time and you can not find my reservation , schadule another time Monday or next week . She placed me again on hold and came back and offered mid -January 2019 since they are fully committed in December . I was shocked that they messed up my appointment and now they are offering a month later appointment !!! I asked to speak to a Manager , after another long hold , Connie answered I asked her if she is the Manager and she said no I said I need to talk to a Manger , she insisted that she can help after repeating my story to her ,she put me on hold and came back and offered the same date in January , she could not find a solution for me they made me more angry and I insisted that I need to speak to a manger finally she gave me two names but informed me that both are not available , at this time I am so mad and in tears aggravated by bunch of employee that they should not be working at any Dr's office . I have a good insurance and I do not want to give my business to a Dr. that employees bunch individual's like Connie and her co workers in his office .

My Mom is 98 and has recently moved here from the East Coast. She was somewhat nervous about having the wax removed from her ears. Abby came to get her when it was her turn, and she even let me go back with my Mom. Abby had a lovely smile and disposition. She immediately put Mom at ease and gently removed the wax. My Mom did not flinch or seem uncomfortable during the process. The smile on Mom's face when she replaced her hearing aids and could actually hear us was priceless. She asked on the way home if she could always have Abby (which of course we hope she will) to clean her ears. We did not have to scream at Mom on the way home because she could hear us. Thanks Abby for making this dreaded experience such a pleasant one. Thank you all for being so helpful with scheduling Mom and for your kindness.

The facility was very nice. The staff was so friendly. The receptionist and all other staff were wearing their masks appropriately which is a huge plus for me. The doctor was very informative and reassuring. My only disappointment was the fact that they did not have my sons test results which is the reason why we were given an authorization to see the ENT specialist in the first place. So yes, I was there for my infants hearing loss and was given an appointment but how did no one check to see if they had any information about his hearing loss? Why did they not make sure they had all of his test results faxed over before appt date? The doctor said "I cant give you much information without that ABR but for now, I'm in no rush to get him any type of hearing aid." So I felt the visit was a little pointless, I was just told that he looks good for now and they'd have me sign a release form to get records faxed. But he never said if he was going to call me so we can discuss his issue further. I left with lots of unanswered questions because of that.

The entry is a clean and distanced seating area and check in. Everyone was masked. Check in was easy and the assistant was masked also.Friendly and helpful, being a first-time patient filling out all the paperwork. The person that called my name and walked me to the exam room was also a friendly greeter and took my temperature and said I have no fever. When Dr. Delaney walked in, he introduced himself and got to the point right away of my visit. He was knowledgeable about my problem. He wanted bloodwork for seven different tests to see if we could get to the bottom of my problem. It made me feel very confident that we will find an answer to my problem. Very professional but friendly. I had a very positive experience.
I was seen by Dr. Delaney. He was amazing. Knowledgeable and thorough. My complaint is not about him. He discovered that I need surgery to fix what's going on with my ear. Next step was to see Dr. Battaglia. They called me, scheduled an appointment, or at least I thought they did. Day of the appointment, I find out that no appointment was made. I was anxious to see Dr Battaglia as I had a lot of questions about the surgery. I of course took time off work to make this appointment. When I asked if they can write a note so I can show my boss saying they made a scheduling mistake, they said they couldn't do that. On top of that I now have to wait another month to get details about the surgery. Safe to say I will be looking for another doctor to take a look at my ear.
