I called in a panic. I realized the laryngitis I had been fighting for weeks might be something more serious. The office staff was understanding and helpful and got me in with Paul Fruhner, PA, the same day. He was helpful and warm and knowledgeable. He scoped my throat right there and figured out exactly what was wrong. We drove all the way from Ventura because we had such a good experience with Dr Steven Bataglia years ago.

It was such a relief to see Paul and get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The office staff was also helpful and kind. And social distancing measures and sanitizing made the whole experience feel safe. I m so glad they got us in. Highly recommend.
