My Mom is 98 and has recently moved here from the East Coast. She was somewhat nervous about having the wax removed from her ears. Abby came to get her when it was her turn, and she even let me go back with my Mom. Abby had a lovely smile and disposition. She immediately put Mom at ease and gently removed the wax. My Mom did not flinch or seem uncomfortable during the process. The smile on Mom's face when she replaced her hearing aids and could actually hear us was priceless. She asked on the way home if she could always have Abby (which of course we hope she will) to clean her ears. We did not have to scream at Mom on the way home because she could hear us. Thanks Abby for making this dreaded experience such a pleasant one. Thank you all for being so helpful with scheduling Mom and for your kindness.
