Recently I was diagnosed with a Thyroglossal Duct Cyst on my neck. My long term family physician highly recommended Dr. Steven Battaglia . It was not an easy decision to commit to having surgery on my neck area, not to mention during this pandemic period while hospital procedures are highly impacted.
However, upon the first appointment with Dr. Battaglia, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. The office, organized and well run. During the consultation, Dr. Battaglia came across extremely professional as well as personable. He patiently and articulately laid out the diagnosis and treatment plan. He answered my list of questions and it helped put my mind at ease.
I had my cyst removed and the surgery went well. No complications and minimum discomfort post surgery. I had my post op follow up appointments with Dr. Battaglia and his PA (Paul).
