I was seen by Dr. Delaney. He was amazing. Knowledgeable and thorough. My complaint is not about him. He discovered that I need surgery to fix what's going on with my ear. Next step was to see Dr. Battaglia. They called me, scheduled an appointment, or at least I thought they did. Day of the appointment, I find out that no appointment was made. I was anxious to see Dr Battaglia as I had a lot of questions about the surgery. I of course took time off work to make this appointment. When I asked if they can write a note so I can show my boss saying they made a scheduling mistake, they said they couldn't do that. On top of that I now have to wait another month to get details about the surgery. Safe to say I will be looking for another doctor to take a look at my ear.
