No Star for this Dr. Even One Star that I placed should not be there but that is the only way you can continue with your post .
I made an appointment two months ago for Friday , December 7- I got a call from his office a night before confirming my appointment for 10: 30 am . On Friday it was pouring rain I called at 10am to reconfirm my appointment the office said I am all confirmed I arrived at 10:29 am . Five minutes in waiting I was informed by staff that Dr. was called in for an emergency surgery !!! I understand things can happen - they offered me 2.30 pm same day appointment I paid my co-payment and left the office . At 2:PM I called to make sure Dr. is back from his emergency surgery and I am ok with my time . They could not find my appointment I was on the phone for 20 minutes they could not figure out and could not find my appointment . At that point I said it is 2.:20 pm and you kept me on hold for a long time and you can not find my reservation , schadule another time Monday or next week . She placed me again on hold and came back and offered mid -January 2019 since they are fully committed in December . I was shocked that they messed up my appointment and now they are offering a month later appointment !!! I asked to speak to a Manager , after another long hold , Connie answered I asked her if she is the Manager and she said no I said I need to talk to a Manger , she insisted that she can help after repeating my story to her ,she put me on hold and came back and offered the same date in January , she could not find a solution for me they made me more angry and I insisted that I need to speak to a manger finally she gave me two names but informed me that both are not available , at this time I am so mad and in tears aggravated by bunch of employee that they should not be working at any Dr's office . I have a good insurance and I do not want to give my business to a Dr. that employees bunch individual's like Connie and her co workers in his office .
