The facility was very nice. The staff was so friendly. The receptionist and all other staff were wearing their masks appropriately which is a huge plus for me. The doctor was very informative and reassuring. My only disappointment was the fact that they did not have my sons test results which is the reason why we were given an authorization to see the ENT specialist in the first place. So yes, I was there for my infants hearing loss and was given an appointment but how did no one check to see if they had any information about his hearing loss? Why did they not make sure they had all of his test results faxed over before appt date? The doctor said "I cant give you much information without that ABR but for now, I'm in no rush to get him any type of hearing aid." So I felt the visit was a little pointless, I was just told that he looks good for now and they'd have me sign a release form to get records faxed. But he never said if he was going to call me so we can discuss his issue further. I left with lots of unanswered questions because of that.
