They do a warm welcome, even with 3pm check ins, they will try to provide you early options. Hotel is located in premium location with all attractions with reachable in 20/25 minutes. Burj khalifa(dubai mall) , meena bazar with 10 minutes drive.
You will be provided all amenities in hotel room. Rooms are spacious, view is great.
Buffet with indian or continental option.

Only thing I didn t liked in a 5 star hotel is jacuzzi is not for a couple to hangout. Men and women have different jacuzzi with shared basis. Roof top outside pool has a cool view.

Whenever you come to Bur Dubai, you should stay in this hotel because it has a really good service. The staff is also good. It provides many complementary services including pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Also, there are many nearby restaurants to have different kinds of foods

We booked through make my trip the junior suite room in park Regis. Room is very huge, spacious, comfortable, nice ambience, good city view.
Excellent location as it is in bur Dubai area and most indian hotels including famous MTR is walkable distance. Two metro stations are also throw away distance from here. Good choice.

Worst ever experience ever, a very small issue which could have been resolved very easily anywhere else by local staff took more than 24 hours of mental tease and headache and eventually not resolved. The guest kept waiting for 5 hours in lobby after 5-7 hours of journey because of their non cooperation

Nice hotel for business travellers. The location is good and mall and restuarant are at wakalble distance. They do have in house restaurant but other Indian restuarant are also close by

Great hotel, would be five star if I didn't have to be 21 to be allowed onto the roof past 6pm or even watch football in the sports bar, it also doesn't mention this anywhere on the website, two of these are the reasons I wanted to go this hotel in the first place so its slightly annoying that this wasn't mentioned on the website.

A to Z evrythng is wel designed and managed by this hotel....had wonderful stay over here....no disappointment at all...thanks to all staff for their hospitality nd spcl thanks to restaurant staff named Navjot Kaur her smile while helping guest was really appreciable and omelette guy wit specs (sry not recollecting name)....if you want decent clean hotel in Dubai then this one is the best.

Perfect hotel for everyone I would say, the food of the hotel I loved the most, specially the breakfast. it's very nearby to Bur Juman Metro and the World Trade Center. Many good options for food just outside the hotel and you can find all sort of Food there. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian lovers. Thanks :)

It's a nice hotel with nice views. The location is excellent. Close to the heart of Old Dubai. It is within walking distance of Karama, home of restaurants. You can even walk to Al Fahidi if you do not mind walking a bit longer. Overall a superb location
The staff are excellent. They are very accommodative and helpful and speak good English! A member of staff - I think his name is either Sachin or Suhan (or similar name) has been especially amazing.
On the negative side, housekeeping is not great. They forget replacing towels, etc. But again a phone call and they would sort it out. And it doesn't really feel a 5 star to be honest. The look and feel is more of a 3 or a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay with i would definitely class them as a hidden gem they have a amazing view of the city at the rooftop and their restaurant with panoramic view, very good Pool Jacuzzi and Steam room facilities.Hotel itself is very clean, id classify this as a family friendly hotel from the hotel staff to managers everyone is very friendly and helpful. a good location where it is surrounded by food shops. if you are in the mood for some pakistani food i will recommend a place called Ravi literally 3 minutes walk. Will be definitely coming back again.

Hotel was really nice and very spacious room. Great ambiance and Perfect location for family its one of the best in Bur Dubai. Would definitely go back again. Loved the rooftop pool and the morning breakfast was amazing. Staff were excellent.

Great place to stay. Very near to dubai frame and meena bazaar. Food is good. Lot of Indian restaurants around this place if you want to have Indian food.

More like a boot camp rather than a hotel. Discourteous and rude staff who do not wish to listen to any of your queries or suggestions. Queue-up outside the restaurant if you wish to have breakfast between 9-10 am. The lazy bums will not arrange another breakfast during "peak" hours and are least bothered if you miss your pickup for the day's excursions. Why do you accept bookings then ? Even for other sections like house-keeping are erratic and when requested to correct are irritated.
Great location though, but doubt if it is worth enduring ?

Possibly one of the decent hotels in Bur Dubai. Mainly Indian crowd.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning after a long flight, completely exhausted. The lady at the reception said the booked room was not available and we had to wait until 12 o'clock. That would have been a whole 4 hours waiting time! The lady said that the hotel was fully booked and only junior suites were available. Well, we didn't want to spoil our wonderful vacation and agreed to the junior suite. The room was really fantastic but left a bitter aftertaste from the whole thing at the front desk. A meal in the restaurant was included in the price. However, this had very little choice. But the food was always tasty. The service in the restaurant was always very helpful. Unfortunately, the reception could not answer any questions about the surrounding area.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach, which you have to book the day before.
The hotel pool is of course unique with the view of Dubai!
Conclusion: decent hotel but very unprofessional reception!

Good hotel with all services. You have a pool on the top floor terrace, so you have a panoramic view of much of the city. The large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant has a varied and complete menu. Relatively comfortable prices exceed the service delivered. We only had one inconvenience when arriving because the rooms were not arranged as we had requested, also in several beds they did not have the double sheet. For the rest it is highly recommended.

Worst hotel the did not let the guest relax they always make them stressed from my experience the last place I will go to.

Very good jaquzee, steam, suana and swimming pool. The staff is also very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are lavish. Bathrooms are amazing.
It's also walking distance close to several Indian restaurants from where you can get lunch or dinner for reasonable prices. Daily supplies from supermarkets and pharmacies is also very accessible.
You get an amazing view of the city and Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame from the terrace/swimming pool.
This hotel gets a lot of customers around the world and they do not wish to displease anyone.

Have stayed here many times this year (2019) was left with a bit of a sour taste on checkout this time though with too much confusion on costing and whats been charged by who, had no time to check on this so had to trust its been done right, other than that foods always great, my mothers room had so many issues though, personally working in the industry i dont know why they didnt change her room with leaks and faulty equipment, will be looking to stay elsewhere next year.
