Great place, very good service. Nice breakfast spread and live counter. Great view from top floor restaurant. Spacious rooms. Located near BurJuman mall and metro station. Lot of food places and choices around this hotel.

A decent hotel - clean and offering the basics (for Dubai). If you are after a resort like hotel, this is not the one.
If you are after however a basic hotel with comfortable rooms, this is the one for you!

Went clubbing here. Good atmosphere. Haven't a clue about the rooms

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions and most recently spent 11 nights on 2 stays in the span of 3 weeks. I am a Staywell Rewards Gold and Marriott/SPG Platinum member and have stayed in 10 hotels in Dubai. There is a paucity of good hotels around Burjuman and this became a default option. Needless to say I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it.
This is a good hotel if you like large rooms and nothing else. There are issues around poor management, poor service, badly maintained swimming pool and overcrowding and mania at breakfast. This hotel has the worst service among all hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and globally.

The GM and front desk manager at check-in are not helpful. On both of my recent check-ins, the rooms were not ready despite my checking in after 5pm. On most occasions the front desk staff have not been helpful with the exception of Rommel. They fail to create order.

The rooms are large and spacious, however, some of the appointments are off kilter. The toilet seat was not properly fixed, the shower door leaked water because it did not close properly and two of the lights had blown out. On my most recent stay of 6 nights, I had overbooked by 1 night and asked to check out a day early. But I was charged for the extra day despite having spent 11 nights in the previous weeks. There is no flexbility nor reward for loyalty. This is absolutely inexcusable. If you are a business traveler, this is not the hotel for you. The lobby is noisy and business center facilities are mediocre. At breakfast, its like being in a zoo with a bunch of wild animals. Its hard to blame the understaffed folks at the restaurant but there need to be more people added.

For the rooms that face north, there is major construction noise, although this is an issue in many parts of Dubai so am willing to forgive that. The rooftop swimming pool is not cleaned properly. On several occasions I had white gunk in my ears and nose and have no idea where that came from. The locker room is small and filthy, completely unhygienic. The gym closes early and often one of the treadmills does not work. The rooms are large and are cleaned well. This is the one good aspect.

This hotel is for tourists that want large rooms and can fill them with people. The hotel is completely lacking in class and quality service. If you are a frequent guest, there is no reward for loyalty. I strongly would not recommend this hotel. This property is not deserving of classification of 5-star status.

A great hotel with a fantastic view. Stay was very comfortable and the people working were super helpful. Loved every bit of it. Was quite a walking distance away from metro.

Very good hotel I can only recommend !! The location is also metro stops nearby and the rooms were very big and clean !!! Restaurant was also great and delicious every evening was something else !!!!

Breakfast need to improve, smoking floors need more ventilation.

The sports bar is a very attractive option for weekend parades. A game or two of 8-ball pool with a couple pitchers of Hoegarden beer sets the mood real nice.

Best location for anyone who want to live in a 5 star hotel been there in january rooms are very clean and the staff is very fast in helping. I wanted a room on the upper portion as I got the 4th floor and the lady on the reception changed it right away and gave me 10th floor without any extra charge. There is nearby metro station and opposite to it is a big mall as well. Very ideal location

Very convenient location. Two metro stations at walking distance. Burjuman mall across the road. Lots of restaurants around. Good working free internet. Decent breakfast. Amazing view of Dubai from the roof.

A beautiful hotel located in the Dubai location close to restaurants and the Bergamo Mall

Every thing is absuletly good. The staff , the rooms , the reception . But the only things which hurted me is the higher authorities which are there in the restraunt things and treats indians as beggars .

The area it is in isn't quite appealing. The room and hotel in itself is very much close to a 5* property. They also have a pool at the roof which is more like a puddle if you keep the size in mind.

Lobby isn't attractive at all. Gives you a feel of a really old hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and quite spacious.

The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room aren't well updated.

Check in is late and staff at lobby aren't courteous with your check in.

It is really a wonderful hotel and I wish to re-experience it

A nice hotel with wonderful views of the city and greater Dubai. The rooms are spacious, with modern amenities and facilities but all that glitter ain't gold.
If you are staying for two weeks or less great. This is the hotel for you, more than two weeks is where the gold standard starts to fade. I rate hotels on their room service, fine dinning and door services. The key to every customer heart, is treat them like a King and Queen. If you see a hotel guest, treat them with respect. Asked how are you today. May I help with anything.

Perfect fr guests frm any race n financial standard. Breakfast menu is excellent. I went to visit some guests there, although would go regularly few years bck specially when British Air crews would stay. I found hotel people whom ever I would love encounter, nice to me even offered free juice at the compliment breakfast Restuarant at the ground floor fr hotel guests, when I went there to say hi to my cousin . Very unusual in Dubai based hotels. I m impressed!!
I always recommanded this hotel when ever any body would ask me fr a hotel which is cost effective, decent, 'IN' the city, Easy access to all sort of transport n 24/7 n cost effective Eateries at the neighborhood.

Very nice hospitality.... Location too gud... Mac donalds and KFC are opposite to hotel... Close to Metro station....breakfast is nice....and if u want to eat indian food just go to left side of the hotel... There u will find chhapan bhog, punjabi and more restaurant..... Burger king also in thee left side of the hotel..... On the right side 7 eleven, dominos are there... For shoping go to right side of the hotel towards burjuman metro station.. There u will find Centro , Day to Day...

Two nights lovely stay over before cruise. Made better by the staffs nice and friendly manner.
Comfortable (Simmons) mattress made sleeping really easy.
Restaraunt with great views and food.
Metro link to downtown Dubai really easy, but can be busy most times.
Would recommend here but not quite 5 stars ....more 4+.

Stayed for 4 nights. Good location, friendly staff and nice rooms. The queue at reception at times is too long and hotel can make arrangements to make it convenient for guests. Breakfast was good and could add more variety. Overall good experience.

Loved Park Regis. There hospitality is top notch .Every member of the staff we encountered were courteous and always ready to help. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. We were three people staying in the one room we didn't ask for an extra bed but they still provided it which left a good impression on us. Thank you for your service Park Regis hotel.

Beware of the fraudulent. Some people are doing fraud in the building and management don't bother.

Valet parking available only for porch cars!! Discrimination is clearly visible

Stayed here last Dec (2016). Nice food and services. Wished to stay here for my next visit to Dubai.

If you are going to Dubai from India, then this hotel is perfect for you and your family. Perfect Location, Taxis available 24x7, two metro stations near hotel. Pure vegetarian restaurants near hotel, Just at walking distance. Rooms are awesome, staffs is good and we had a very nice stay at this hotel. Would love to thank for the room upgrade, loved the stay in premium suite room.

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities....Deck view is absolutely amazing during evening.

Cons - Hotel is of 19 floor and only 4 lifts are there, u need to wait a lot for your turn.

Breakfast is average, I can say nearby restaurants are far far better than it.

Tip for Indian travellers, don't buy extra water bottles from hotels restaurant , nearby it you 'll find couple of supermarkets. And believe me it's huge price difference.

A good hotel with decent pricing for a 4 star. has a good sports bar and a top level restaurant offering amazing views.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Park Regis. Although we did come across some initial issues, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite and were continually helped by pleasant staff at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is of high standard for a hotel, and you can enjoy this with an amazing top-floor panoramic view of Dubai. It is also not too far or expensive to reach any main attractions/malls in the city from the hotel via taxi. Would certainly recommend.

Amaar in the reception is the best. Far from metro but near to indian restaurants.

The receptionist Laisa was very helpful. Big rooms, enjoyed my stay.
