A good hotel at a happening place, but bit over occupied in the morning at buffet, and a very small pool for 5 star, looks very odd...

Attended a birthday party here. The food was delicious, especially the cold salads. Nice place to visit again.

Rated 5 star but service as good as a 7 star hotel. The swimming pool at the top of 24th floor, with the Dubai city view is insanely amazing. Must stay, when at Dubai.

Good rooms , but very uncomfortable stay. Do not allow my man to deliver the post to me and ask me to come down to collect. If even security wise, they did not even accept take his ID and allow. Very restricted , only if one from their club will be no issue anyone from outside they make it so complicated and improbable. Never again.

Service is very good. One of the few places where you do get what you pay for (value for money). It's not a place that's going to wow anyone. Everything is good - food, service, decor, location - but they're not great. Pretty much the only reason I'd go back is if someone I know is staying at the hotel and wants to meet there.

Great place to stay esp travellers from India and Philippines. Heart of Karama and food lovers will love this location. Kris with view restaurant on top is great with majestic views. Club7 and Sports bar adds to the entertainment part of your stay here.

One of the best properties located at the heart of Dubai. It is near to Burujman metro station and has all facilities in it. Swimming pool, spa , jacuzzi, gym etc. you name it and you will find it inside. The place has many indian restaurants near by and at walking distance only. Well connected to all other tourist attractions.

f you are travelling with kid then don t stay in this hotel... I am staying in this hotel from last 4 days and today my son is not feeling well and he wanted to eat cereal food only.. so requested hotel reception, room service and even hote manager also to provide bowl to make baby food.. and you know what rediculous answer I received sorry as per our hotel policy we can not provide bowl without food order.. in any city of world kids are priority and for these hotel guys they want to sell their food first.... and very arrogant hotel manager who don t know how to speak with guest....

One of the on Budget better hotels. If you are Indian and deciding to stay here i recommend buying the package that doesn't include the breakfast, you will find bunch of indian restaurants and burger king down the road. You can also find mcDonald's and subway across the road. The pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is clean and well maintained with some pretty sweet staff. The pool and stuff opens at 6am and would recommend visiting in early morning hours that would give you the perfect view of Dubai and pool will be empty too adding to fun (it would be like private pools ) . If you are visiting Dubai and can't decide where to stay, this is a good place to stay

It's a 4 star hotel with some 5 star features you can have a lovely stay in here if you pass the reception scam , when i got to the hotel they told me to upgrade to deluxe instead of superior for only 60 per night because i want twin beds i said what is the difference he told me some room accessories ! I told him no so i stayed in queen room until the next day and switched the room because they knew i will not pay other than that scam you got a lovely and friendly housekeeping crew and valet this is my second stay and the last unfortunately they changed something in the hotel but i can't know what basically it's not a 5 star anymore .

Nice place, rooms with amazing view and good room service. Staff is friendly and nice. It's located in a central location and best for Indian nationals or whomever likes Indian food as it's surrounded by Indian food joints. Regarding parking, valet parking service is also provided by the hotel which is good as there is often crunch of parking space even for visitors. Overall, nice one.

From the day one I have reached this hotel the receptionist ( Abigali ) welcomed me and they have served me with canned juice especially in this hot summer

They have given me proper room as per my request where they have given me a non smoker room

The room is wide a clean. In room the light , AC and sound are automated with a one touch near to your bedroom

Honestly there service is amazing I have never seen this service in any other hotel on my experience

Give you an example

I have requested for toothbrush and within 3 minutes they brought to my room

I have requested for a technician to let me know how I can make the room more brighter and he reached my room within 4 minutes

I also got amazed when I have requested the first day for a newspaper and they provided me however on the next day I didn t expect that they have put a newspaper on my door . This is really outstanding

The swimming pool , gym are excellent

I liked there Jacuzzi where really big and clean

Breakfast is international buffet which is a good food

Hotel is near to Burjuman mall where by walk you can reach and a lot of restaurants are very nearby

Some area for important ( to management )

I recommend to have the egg preparations area to be on a place that a smell doesn t stuck on your clothes which is been obvious for me for the last two days

Secondly the valet parking takes very long time to deliver the car where I request to have some sort of solution for that

Third some staff require more focus on customer service etiquette however they service is excellent with no doubt

It's located at convenient location, walking distance from Bur Juman metro station and opposite to Bur Juman mall. It has a rooftop restaurant that offers a great breakfast spread and on top of it a panoramic view of Burj Khalifa. It has spacious rooms, 24 hours in room dining, rooftop gym and swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel, really close to downtown, even because really close to an underground station. The rooms are really big and from the swimming pool on the roof you can get one of the best view on the Dubai skyline

The room and the bathroom and it is very clean and clean .. Do not care about the shape of the lobby and you are inside .. I lived in the second round .. There is a bar or a disco in the last roles
