Very comfortable, modern hotel with lovely facilities

Good location. Near pizzahut ,kfc , metro and bus station as i guess. The opposite side theres a mall . But it took time to reach the hotel as the roads are crowded. Pool is in roof nice place but small. With strong clorine smell. I like the jacuzzi and sauna ( private for female. ) and there s also for men. Rooms are clean but some furniture are old. Good smell of linen and room. The things i hated is the towels. They were clean but there are some spots. Looks old or used I wasn t sure and i asked the housekeeper to change them. Also we were waiting too long at check in and check out. 3 or 4 staff but busy .

The best place to stay in Dubai...as it is located in the centre and makes it easy to commute to maximum tourist attractions....very neat n clean rooms...hygienic...courteous & friendly staff...

This place is right in the center of old Dubai with a picturesque view of old and new Dubai. If you're fond of Asian/indian cuisines then this is the place to be. Hotel is super clean with very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast offers a wide range of Indian, continental and asian options. Metro station is 3 minutes walk and numerous food joints on either side of the hotel.

Location and surroundings
The immediate area there are 2 metro stations from which you can easily reach everything in Dubai. As far as resturants / fast food restaurant is concerned, you are really in good hands here. Several malls incl. Cinema are just a few minutes walk away.

room
In our room (at 12 noon) the two beds, which were currently screwed together to form a double bed, had to be separated from one employee. Here you can expect that this will be done in advance, if you explicitly book 2 single beds.

The room itself was very large and in the hall also several closets for storage. As in every hotel unfortunately the walls are very thin. In addition to a desk and chair, there is of course a TV with many channels and a minibar (this is however empty). There are 2 free bottles of water per person daily. As a small highlight you could also open the window in the room.

The bathroom is very large and offers a shower and a bathtub.

Worst service ever. No welcome drink ,no refreshments nothing... And It has been 2 hours than the promised check in time, and I am still waiting for the room. Worst part is there is no one who would listen to your issue.

I gave cloth for laundry they brought it the cash I had on me was not complete I told them to drop it and come back for balance or I pay the difference when checking out they refused and took the cloths away it is surprising to me they only deliver it bavk to my room when the money is completed so funny and ridiculous

Hotel is not worthy of 5 stars in the area inside the country and its prices are expensive to offer

Stayed at the hotel for Eid al adha 2018 with my whole family, I booked an extra bed and a baby cot via booking and it was confirmed by the hotel. Arrriving after a 5h drive from muscat we had to go through a whole bargaining discussion at check in. After saying that the extra beds were double the price we agreed on online, the concierge pushed in for an upgrade which was double the price of our booking. Love the commercial aspects!!!! We finally agreed on a price which was OK, slightly higher as included breakfast. We made sure that the amount was a total for 3nights, made him repeat several times... All of that to get a naughty surprise at Check out: price was per night!! He took advantage of our late arrival, kids running everywhere, us getting tired.... And made us sign the invoice as so!! We feel really disappointed as this was not our first stay at all with them, but as we told them we will never be coming back, that was our last!!
The room was then okay but we had only 2 towels for a family of four and we ended up begging all the time for additional bottles of water or additional commodities like soap. Despite being placed on a non smoking floor, the bathroom was smelling like it all the time... Oh and make sure you ask a room higher than the 4th or 5th floor since they have a nightclub on 1st running until 3:00am which is very noisy and become a nightmare especially with kids.
The breakfast morning is quite all right mainly thanks to the staff who is really friendly. They have a limited amount of baby chair and the first arrived first served policy applies . The food served is not top quality and it seems you are mainly paying for the view. They also have a valet parking where the staff is really nice, that make the overall experience slightly better.
Overall a huge space for improvement and certainly not a 5 stars Hotel.

Good hotel, big room, comfortable. Excellent bar and restaurant on the 19th floor. Good position, not far from the airport (30 dhiram taxi ride) and 10 mins walk to the excellent metro service that goes to the airport or downtown.

Good for Asian Family, Allow only one friend for whole stay

The worst ever five star hotel in Dubai with worst front desk staff. I had booking for my guests during the check in the reception staff ask the guest for additional payments for extra bed and breakfast though the booking was made for 4 adult and two child with one extra bed abd breakfast.
It was 1AM midnight the guest was keep calling me that they are asking for payment and 1AM i have to go to hotel myself to resolve the issue.
When i reached there one of the concern person at the front desk says that we just checked and indeed it was mentioned in the email.
It is such a shame that the front desk staff directly ask for additional payments instead of contacting the concern person who made the reservation.
On 12th August my guest need some assistance i call to the hotel around 7:40PM and a guy pick the call didn't transfer the call and he hang up. I keep calling no one picking the call or either the same person pick the call and then hang up without sharing his name.
I will take the same complaint to TripAdvisor and other places as well.
Not recommended at all better to go for 4 star option if you are not finding any other five star hotel but avoid park regis kris kin worst ever service.

The customer service, music food and it's composure, this place is an ideal of a hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in 2014, that time hotel was a decent hotel with good services. This hotel is situated at very good place, comfortable to all, so I chose again the samd hotel for my Dubai stay but this time when I stayed in this property, I repent my decision. They have actually decreased their level. Hotel rooms are not at all upgraded. I had to wait 2 hours to get the check in process. Their waiting area is too small with air condition not working properly. The staff is not at all professional & neither are they polite. I had to call 3/4 times for the same thing at room service. I think this property is now not worth to consider again.

4. Hotel is Near to lot of Indian Restaurants if you want to try for lunch and dinner.
5 Near to ADCB and Burjman Metro station.
6.Two restaurants in hotel which serve Breakfast.. Ground Floor with lot of Indian dishes...19th Floor with continental breakfast along with Indian dishes.
If you are staying for more than two days then try both restaurants.
7. Very co-operative Staff and always helpful.
8. Complimentary Jacuzzi, Steam and Suana.
Cons.
1. Very congested Reception area.
2. Small pool on 20th Floor.
3. Check-in process is very very slow... They will give you room only at 4pm local time.
4. Check-out is on time... They won't let us to stay ten minutes Extra...

Me and my family arrived to Dubai first time and stayed at the amazing hotel in Park Regis. We had an welcoming and amazing service by the breakfast staff members. The room was very clean, and the view from balcony was amazing. There were many restaurants surrounding and the mall was close by and walking distance to the station.

A really nice place to stay in Dubai. Stay here and enjoy the surroundings.

It is recommended for families. The hotel has a night club, a lot of drunkards at night, and the view in the lobby is very shameful

A very nice hotel with a roof top pool with great views. The rooms are nice and the staff very attentive. There are several restaurants and a dance bar with show and food. Nearby there are many eating options as well as a shopping center and a large supermarket. Shuttles from hotel to beach and Dubai Mall are offered for free. The shuttle goes to both destinations twice a day. There is a seperate sauna, steam room, whirlpool for women and men. A very nice hotel for a Dubai vacation. We had no problems. There is a star deduction because the rooms have to be painted again, there is currently a quiet construction site in front of the hotel (it is a high rise built) and there could be more towels in the room, but you get on request in the room.

The view from the rooftop pool was absolutely stunning and the staff was super helpful, especially the Sameh at the front desk. Was upgraded to a room at the top at no extra cost. Will definitely stay here again if I come back.
Just took 5 minutes to Dubai Downtown without traffic.
The food was okay but there are eateries everywhere nearby so it didn't bother me that much.

Nice looking hotel, reception seems a bit small for a hotel of that standing.
Swimming pool (also steam room,sauna etc)on top floor with view on the building in the city, there is no view once inside the pool though.
The bar/restaurant on 19th floor is pretty good with amazing view.
Most of the employees are excelent but a few are above.
The location is great with shopping center at walking distance and metro..

Rated 5. But more 4star in pricing. Good decent location. Lots of shopping and food options as you step out. 3mi walk to the metro too
