Really good place, and good location to take visit in the city. Nearby all Indian restaurants.

Very good service, except that something unusual happened to me at dinner, I asked for one more scoop of ice cream and they were so ridiculous that they told me I had to pay for it, when the hotel was already paid for 6 days with breakfast and dinner or even lunch Desicion of the client. It was somewhat uncomfortable and embarrassing because we were me and my wife. And it was just a little more ice cream but otherwise good attention. We recommend it

It is nice place and easy to excess for all kind of Transportation to travel anywhere in Dubai.

My family and I went here in August and we stayed for 5 days, The hotel was very clean and organised. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The pool at the top gives you a stunning view of Dubai city, the pool is very well kept. I loved this holiday, and Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel made it a dream come true. Thank you!!

It was a great time to spend the vacation in this hotel. We enjoyed the view on 19th floor during breakfast. It's possible to enjoy the swimming pool on the next floor with a view also. The room and room service is great. Japanese receptionist is very polite.

Hotel is lovely but very restrictive with their culture. Pool small but cosy. Breakfast lovely and good value for money

Nice hotel, good service and best breakfast. Has a great view of the city specially the Burj Khalifa. But Lighting system is dime inside the rooms which is a bite unpleasant.

Excellent hotel,staff,and services. I ve been there for work ..the only comment is the elevator two crowd and slow.

Hotel was good but their food was extremely bad sply. indian breakfast was pathetic in 7 days we only had bread nd omelet.. no taste, nor properly cooked/ prepared food thts wht all they hv to serve ..

About room cleaning I never seen anything such bad level poor service..they don't clean used glasses don't add fresh toiletries, don't clen thr room carpets at all..

Nice hotel, very professional staff, the room is clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool has really nice views, the bar on the nineteen floor has good views too, singer was good but no one was paying attention to her, restaurant in the same floor as the bar. Breakfast is way overpriced. The internet not very fast but works. Seems there is a limit on the internet so don't plan to stream movies. Only four elevators so lots of waiting for them

Conveniently located near the metro Burjuman center and metro station, this is a classic business hotel with all the frills.

The check in prcess was a breeze. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The room is well appointed with clean linen and plenty of complimentry water supply. I was upgraded to the top level as this was my 4th stay with them. At 17th floor, you overlook the Dubai skyline. They have two restaurants to serve the guests: one at the entrance and the other one at the top.

They also have a decent sized fitness centre, sauna, jacquzi and a rooftop swimming pool.

Nice 5 star property. Clean rooms , bed sheet and bathroom. Breakfast is good.need to improve on Indian breakfast. More Indian restaurants nearby. Nearby karama mall ,lulu market. Day to day shop is 15 min walk and cheaper. All staffs are nice and courteous except one , shafresh or shameen in reception I forget his name.he is arrogant don't know hospitality. Because while checking in to hotel he spoiled the mood and was arrogant.hotel should consider keeping like those people.

I reserved on booking a non smoking room. Upon arrival receptionist told that they have only one non smoking room available. And guess what? Located in 1st floor and it's a handicapped room. So no bathtub. It was either this one or a better one on the 10th floor but a bad smell of cigarette. I took the 10th floor one. Manager only answer was we are sorry. No compensation nor upgrade to try to erase the bad experience. So I share my bad experience with you. Usually in Dubai people correct rapidly their mistakes. Here the only proposal was to change room the day after. A hassle knowing I am staying 48h. Booking customers seem not to be given high priority in this hotel. Too bad location and room size and equipment are nice.

A rather worn city hotel, the decor is quite run down. Room and bathroom large, design and decor very out of time. Cleanliness not perfect. The panoramic restaurant offers really delicious food. Typical s group hotel. No recommendation.

Have stayed earlier too at park Regis and had liked it for its facilities, courtious staff and it's 'everything in easy reach' location. Except the location ofcourse everything else has changed. And my stay this time was a disappointment. The staff doesn't seem to care and so the facilities are suffering.

The hotel is clean and spacious, the rooms are spacious and quiet, the service is excellent, the location is excellent and all the services are on the same street and close to BurJuman Mall.

The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and offer you a view of the city. If you want you may take a room offering you view of Burj Khalifa. The place has BnB option and offers Indian and continental Breakfast. The hotel offers gym jacuzzi and sauna. Has a restaurant n bar on the 19th floor. And restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Located in the heart of Dubai with walking distance to burjuman.
