The Rooms were clean and staff was good. Food was pathetic. Tasteless food. You can only eat eggs and omelets there which is delicious. Rest all dishes were sooo bad in taste and oily food. No option for vegetarian. We stayed there for 4 Days.

Muhammad Asim Kiyani is an amazing staff. His work was excellent and I really live d the effort he put into his work. He is a very cheerful guy and is very determined.

Have been going to Grandstand and Kris with a view for many years. Friendly staff and great deals at both. Food is not bad either.

This hotel deserves way more than 5 stars that I can give. From the very beginning, they can pick you up from the airport, give you some water to drink on the way to the hotel. Beautiful view from the restaurant at 19th floor. Swimming pool, sauna on the roof. It just so happened that I had my birthday during the stay and I came back to the room to be surprised by a cake. In the lobby there is a travel guide who will book attractions, like desert safari, for you.

Club Seven is amazing... Filipino club with live bands good food and great drinks. Reasonable priced. Average of about 45 AED a dish

The white people working as authorities treat Indians like beggers they just misbehave with them

Top hotel I can only recommend to all, the view from the pull up on the modern Dubai the Skyline & the Mega Burj Khalifa almost in the middle.

Visited club 7. Weekday so not that busy. Live band. Very loud!

Great place for meetings and functions. Tourists with families can stay here. Located in the heart of the city and 5 minutes from the metro.

Very nice Hotel rooms clean and worth the value. Amazing views from lounge and the restaurant as well as Rooftop pool terrace.

All is good but expect their representatives, all telephone operators are dumb. they are not answering your calls for long and sometime they are rejecting continuously . worst experience with park regis kris kin staff

A very centrally located hotel in the middle of Dubai. You can reach all attractions easily and quickly. The service is excellent! The view from the pool to the city is impressive.

This is a star hotel located centrally in karama, near to the metro station. They have a nice club with some good music called club 7 and the hotel is pretty neat and the service meets expectations.
They have restaurants which cater to the sea food lovers :)

Service is really not up to the standards and Sad to see pool bar staff wearing Mask and creating a false sense of insecurity for the guests..

It is one of the best hotels in Dubai. Spacious and comfortable rooms, large buffet spread and great hospitality with everyone having a smile on their face. In addition, it has high number of Indian and other restaurants adjacent to it at walkable distance. The metro station ADCB and Burjman are around just 300 metres away. Great location. Highly recommended. Do not miss having breakfast at the 19th floor with view of Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

Great hotel and very reasonable price. Staff and service are fantastic. Located close to Metro station for easy access to downtown and the airport. Close to restaurants, bars, Western fast food stores and convenience stores. I always stay here when I'm in Dubai.

Stayed here a few times. Consistently good hotel. Meeting rooms good, breakfast good, gym also good. Location is a bonus.

They reduced the food options. No longer represent good value. Compare the Arabic mixed grill. Same price but far less of it. Shame

Good hotel well placed in centre. Very to Burjuman shopping centre.
Although the hotel is 5 star rating but the facilities are equivalent to 4 star. No reception lobby like 5 star.
Morning breakfast is good but no variation day after day.

I'd never heard of this hotel before I stayed here. It's a big brand experience without the big brand name. I'm glad that my company pushed the boat out a little and booked me a room here.

The entrance isn't grand, but staff are nice and competent. Check in is reasonably quick.

My room is 'standard' and I have to say that I am impressed. It has everything I could possibly want at this price range.

The breakfast buffet on the top floor (19th) is very busy and window seats are booked in advance. The selection of breakfast foods is average unless you like breads/pastries.

There are lots of shops, restaurants, and outlets within walking range of the hotel which is less than 15mins from the airport by car.

Should have paid more and had a hotel nearer to everything.

This area is one of the tallest buildings. Very nice view from the restaurant from the 19th floor. The hotel is very good. Rooms with excellent soundproofing, air conditioning works great: inaudible, effectively regulated directly from the panel next to the bed. Very clean, very comfortable. Especially when a manager-girl from Bashkiria is at check-in, and a guy from Uzbekistan works as a waiter in a restaurant. Whatever you say, although there are few compatriots at the hotel, it s more pleasant to communicate in your own language, and it s easier to agree

The hotel location is fantastic. The staff, food and the view from the 19th floor restaurant is amazing. The room service was great. Only one major disappointment that we were given the room on the 4th floor despite of our advance request to put us up on higher floors. The front desk was totally non cooperative.

Nice hotel and welcoming staff, clean rooms. It was my birthday and they gave me a little nice cake. The only thing about it is the location of the hotel since it is far from everything and the area is not as clean as your would think about Dubai! Lots of Indian restaurants and shops around.

I stayed at this establishment for ten nights with my wife. Our experience was nothing but amazing. Amazing concierge services, check in was seamless and quick. Staff members were polite, respectfully and knowledgable. Four elevators offered little wait time to get up to my room. Room was very spacious and clean. Came with a office desk and chair, multiple universal power outlets, ethernet cable connection for internet, TV with local channels, mini fridge, cups and wine/ champagne glasses and lots of bottled water all complimentary. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Seperate shower and bath tub. Room has central controller beside bed for all the lights, AC, make up room and do not disturb.
Rooms are cleaned daily with towels and water, etc getting refresh/ restocked.
Room service available, multiple phones in side room with direct line to front desk. A wide variety of items to choose from on room service menu and the prices are very conservative.
There's a restaurant on the 19th floor with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline. Friendly staff, always greet you with a smile. Buffet style breakfast (I only had breakfast there) with a wide variety of items to Choose from. There's a Gym, pool, steam room, hot tub and sauna on the roof. With an amazing view of the Dubai skyline and great view of the sunset. Free towels offered and staff members are always available to assist.
On the ground floor you'll find the grandstand sports bar. Prices for booze is a bit much IMHO. They do have happy hour and other deals throughout the night. Patrons are also allowed to smoke inside.
The hotel is also situated in between two metro stations (ADCB and Burjuman Mall). The Burjuman Mall has a food court, movie theater and lots of stores to get your shopping on. All in all my stay here was amazing, the location is terrific; if ever I find my self visiting Dubai again I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has the best staff and services. This felt like home. Staying here made my whole trip so much more wonderful.

Very Nice place for business meetings and seminars. was there to attend and really enjoyed the .. Plus point is free Basement Park in that crowded area.

Unfortunately, the nights were often noisy thanks to the construction site opposite, in 2 of 3 rooms it stank strongly of drain.
The service is good and the breakfast is well worth the price.

Overall a wonderful experience. Had opted for and got a quiet room for studies. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. The only issue was bird droppings on my car.

They claimed 5 star which I believe is not true. May be good for 3 star hotel.

The ONLY thing excellent about the hotel is the Housekeeping staff. They do such a fantastic job and leave nice touches in the room, even fold your clothes and place them out nicely! It was so nice coming back to a clean room every day that we could not fault. Also the complimentary water tops it!

Absolutely loved our stay here... a real home away from home with outstanding service and very pleasant staff.

This Hotel and alle the Membets or the Crew are so ** unfriendly! I can t give them many stars! If someone is so unfriendly and not in the position to help or to give any help to a Guest who bought this as his Hotel !! In this area it has many hotel s so at the next time i prefer another one but you will never see me again! I really hope all the other guest s who are buying this Hotel will see how they are and i hope they are thinking the same as me and like i just wrote !!

This place is in the heart of bur dubai. Decent rooms , good food in and around the property. Staff is courteous and we stayed for 5 nights. It was a great experience. Buffet ws good could hv been more large in terms of spread.

That white person of your restaurant higher authority he don't know how to treat his guest especially who are Indians. He is rude,arrogant and pathetic I don't know how he is still working with you.Teach him how to treat hi guests. We are paying you for your service it doesn't mean that you owe us.You just can't disrespect us.That person he treats Indian people like dogs,beggars.Every staff member was good except that white and now this hotel is unable to reply me.I seriously say don't stay here if you're Indian.

Nice restaurant with good range of budget offering. The view from the restaurant is simply breathtaking. Food quality was not that great.
