Just in front of Amsterdam Central Station. It's clean and clean, but the price is higher than before. Cospa is not good at 40,000 yen per night at the current exchange rate. There is no bathtub. Breakfast is the same food for three days.

We just stayed 3 days at the Viktoria Plaza Hotel in Amsterdam. The central location is ideal. No service in the hotel itself. The rooms were not cleaned despite multiple requests, no new towels. No refill e.g. of coffee. A registered wake up call was not carried out. We were very disappointed. For the other circumstances during the corona pandemic, the hotel can not help. The spa is closed, swimming with booked timeslot, 6 people are allowed in the bath for 30 minutes. Also book with timeslot for breakfast and the bar.

My boyfriend and I decided to go away for a weekend and we are very glad we ended up staying at Victoria hotel. The concierge and reception staff made us feel like home as soon as we walked in. It was very nice to see that they turned the hotel corona-proof, which directly made us not regret our little getaway during this pandemic. We got our room upgraded to an Executive with bath which made our stay more than romantic.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know! <3

Staff is very professional. My room was not ready upon arrival, and they apologized and provided free breakfast next morning and drinks at the bar while I waited for the room to be cleaned.

Room was a cool 2 floor set up. Never seen a hotel room like that. Rooms are a little old fashioned and cramped however. But no other complains. Breakfast was amazing, lot of variety.

The location is good. The hotel itself unfortunately not. The rooms are not cleaned well. Do not wash used glasses. The breakfast is well arranged. There are young and old Gouda, that's it with the cheese. No cream horseradish to salmon. Also, the air conditioning is very cold in the restaurant / breakfast room. The rooms are worn. The bathroom is ok. All in all way too expensive. The bar is not really able to make alcoholic cocktails. And I really enjoyed very good non-alcoholic cocktails in Amsterdam, just not in this bar.

A beautiful Hotel with a kind service. There's no noise from Traffic or anything else. The seaport is only a few meters away as well as the centraal station.

One of the best Locations you can get, it's the nearest hotel to Amsterdam Central. Iconic hotel, I love the movie based on the construction of this hotel. Canal tour operators are across Street and Dam square is 3-4 mins walk. Rooms are spacious with the best Iconic View of Amsterdam. Breakfast spread is quite big and worth the payment. Overall one of the best hotels in Amsterdam, have been to lot others in the central and most of them are facing space issues.

Convenient location. Meeting rooms are average : decoration, lighting, furnishing, staff support

Booked a executive room with a king size bed , got two singles instead .
Complained was told manager would be up !!! Nothing not even a bloody apology.
Plus room is cold and bathroom freezing heating takes aged .

Friendly service. Room wasn't ready, but I was early for check in. The floors are creeky and rooms are not very sound proof.

It's a nice hotel. Staff very helpful. Beds not particularly comfortable and they don't seem to replenish the coffee pods for the coffee machine once used.

Nice hotel of good standard. The rooms are well equipped and the beds good. Good breakfast but the breakfast case has poor acoustics and music runs continuously.

Brilliant location immediately opposite the main station (buses, trams, boats and bikes too). Busy, but this is part of its charm. Restaurant is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was checked into a room on the first floor and I asked to be moved up because of the street noise. This was absolutely no trouble and I was offered a choice of two on the 5th floor. I took the one at the front overlooking the station. Breakfast was included and it was a good buffet choice. It was very convenient for all the major sights and, of course, the transport links were just outside. Beautiful and big spa with a fitness center. Recommended.

The overall attitude towardss women is discusting !!! We will not be coming back to this hotel and we will inform as many people as possible about the service we received. We are ment to be living in 2018 not 1820 terrible

Stayed at this hotel twice so far. In 2017 when they were doing some remodeling, than again in 2018. This time I got to stay in one of the new rooms, it was amazing. Park Plaza is conveniently located across from Central Station we were able to comfortably get from and to the airport easily. I was near the trams and boat stops, where I could get anywhere I wanted to go. I had a couple drinks in the bar, there were never many people in it.

Very friendly staff, great location. Defo recommend to friends and would love to stay again.

It's a rather oldfashioned and dated hotel. But close to where one would want to be in Amsterdam so why not.

Just across from Central station, convenient access to the airport and other parts of the city / Holland.

Just checked in, we paid extra for a room with an iconic view. The main thing we can view is building works. Not iconic whatsoever, they did offer us a room half the size on the other side of the hotel which did have better views. But we didn t fancy an inferior room.

Hotel is nice and clean, location is really good and the breakfast is great but there are serious discrepancies between the images and the actual rooms since no room layout is like another. We paid a lot of extra money for one of their best rooms but didn't get what their website claimed this class of rooms should have. We got minimal compensation but we'd probably try a different place for our next visit.

Ideally located but benefits 2-speed attention their site shows that the renovated part and specials usually falls in the old part (old deco, air-conditioning, miniature sdb, misplaced). Breakfast not included at an exorbitant price.

Was absolutely lovely. Room was delightful. Staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to help you. Central location most places less than 20 mins away. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is high end, everyone is polite and so accommodating. The people of Amsterdam are so giving; I can't believe how good and welcoming they are. Nothing to say but, Wow Amsterdam; I love you. Hope to return soon.

This hotel is a disgrace. I was absolutely appalled by the service I received. I was staying two nights and on the first night The staff were rude and unreasonable.Being a female this left me feeling very vulnerable and my concerned for my safety.
People go to Amsterdam to have a good time and shouldn't have to be concerned about their safety at the end of night.
If you a female and are there to let your hair down don't stay at this hotel.

A good hotel of high standard. It is located very centrally. The staff are nice and service minded. However, the price is high.
