I liked the service and the room BUT the hotel is divided in two and if your room is in the other building you must take two elevators and it's very long. I was very annoyed with that.

Great Location!
I stayed here for a weekend, the hotel is situated conveniently opposite the train station. You can hear the tram line at night however its not too loud. The staff are friendly and the rooms are decorated to a high standard. On the negative side the room service did not run all night as advertised and the swimming pool is much smaller than appears in the pictures, and its luke warm/cold, not hot. Also considering the hotel is 5* i would expect the bed sheets to be changed every day however this was not the case.

Otherwise the hotel makes up for the negatives due to the location, as being in Amsterdam you are not spending a lot of time in the hotel either way.

Really bad 4 star hotel!
He made me pay 300 because I smoke in my room I don't think I was allowed.
I pay myself I leave the hotel 1500 per week in the end I could have gone to the Caribbean with all the costs that my bill !!!

Dear, tiny and dated room. You can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is fantastic, the spacious rooms with all the amenities, and a good bed. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of products from hot to cold. The hotel staff are very friendly and always have a smile. Our stay has been perfect, also is in the center which allows you to walk to all sites of interest.

So close to air port .but so far from amstrdam central..it is really nice and beautiful environment feeling relaxed when I stayed at park plaza hotel. Very respectful staff.

Great bar area great staff me and the wife had coffee there.

Excellent location of the Hotel, near the station and the city center. Good soundproofing, fantastic breakfast.
Only small improvement ... the pool water should be a little warmer.

The comfort and calm in front of the CS is perfect.

It's the starting point - whether you want to grab a bite, visit an attraction, enjoy a coffee on the stairs or simply have a break after strolling the town for a few hours. You can see the diversity of cultures in AMS - everyone passes this point.
It's a bit messy after the weekend but it gets straightened out during the first couple of weekdays.

Very clean and far from traffic so there was no noise even with the windows open. Very close to vondelpark which is definitely worth a visit!

I came on my spouse's birthday! The room was decorated as requested. I asked for balloons but since I only got 1 and I asked at reception, I was not charged for it. The staff is very nice and welcoming and very responsive to our requests! The sauna and the swimming pool are perfect, excellent snacks at the bar. The breakfast is quite varied and the fruits are very fresh. We had a great stay. We will come back!

Very nice hotel and the location is great. Room service and the staff are really nice and courteous. Unfortunately the SPA area was not cleaned and despite appointments these are not kept.

We had to swap rooms twice due to bad smells in the rooms, but the staff were great.

The location of the hotel is great, very ideal, and the reception and welcome from the master at the door is wonderful. The room is perfect for me in terms of heating and arrangement, and the view of the water channel. The employee of the check-in procedure is dry to deal with his job .. Also I was shocked by the presence of a woman's underwear in the foldable sofa My admiration for the room turned into disgust

If to be honest, this hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. I have visited a few 5-star hotels in NL and this one is the best so far.
The staff: very friendly, professional, they react immediately. We had some misunderstanding with our booking and the staff did not make us waiting long to arrange everything. They are really customers-oriented. My big compliments to all of them (hosts, receptionists, breakfast team, in-room service and the cleaning team).
The cleanlinness: super clean. Smells good.
Comfort: very good. They improved the system: you have automated lightenings, opening-closing curtains by pressing a button, etc. When you enter the room, you see your name on the screen and a welcoming note. If you need anything, you send a message online and you get a response within 3 minutes. Also, you can order meals 24/7 into your room. We ordered ceasar and burger with fries and cola. It has been delivered in 15 mins. And it was delicious! Regarding corona, all the measurements have been implemented. The staff have masks as well.
Price-quality: a very good deal, especially taking into consideration that we had some discounts due to corona.
To pay attention to: if you see a bottle of champagne in your room and it is not mentioned anywere, most likely you might pay for it. Check with the staff.
I will recommend this hotel and will come back!

Suitable for families and for those who wish to move to the neighboring villages because it is opposite the central station. And next to you are all the famous places and stores, Dam and the mini market. In a crowded and noisy area, day and night, for those who like the youthful atmosphere, the hotel is old, but it is distinguished by its location and there is an indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Bit anonymous. Not as good as the advertising makes out. Can't comment on the rooms but first impressions of the lobby have changed my opinion. Your choice.

Have stayed here many times since 2015. Very well located hotel which in the heart of the City and right opposite to the central railway station. Is an old hotel but has been renovated recently. Excellent and a nicely reasonable place to stay. Highly recommended.

Very well located this hotel is the best choice for those who want to stay close to the main attractions of Amsterdam. Opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. Outside it has an old architecture but inside it is all renovated, the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is good but without much variety, but enough is enough. The service is good with only a few employees who show or want to help. I forgot the room in the room after checking out, a receptionist barely checked and said that I could only know the next day (I would already be in another country). I left 10min, came back and talked to another receptionist who called the government department and found out that the housekeeper had already found and left the coat in the proper sector.

Love this place for meetings. Good restaurants and perfect conf. Rooms

Very comfortable and spacious hotel room, well lit, with intelligent control for the handling of lights and curtains. The hotel restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet they offer is complete. The hotel's excellent location a few meters from the train station, and you easily reach the tourist spots, as well as restaurants and shops. The only thing to note is that in this area where the hotel is not reached by the Ubers, so you have to ask for a taxi with the concierge, I recommend agreeing the transfer fee before boarding it.

Extremely well placed hotel. Pleasant, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, decent bathroom.
Only downside, they told us that a valet could take care of our car when we arrived, but when we arrived they told us they didn't offer this service. The day before they had confirmed to us that this service existed.
Otherwise for everything else it was very good.

Because the location of the hotel is directly at the centraal train station. Which leads you to and off the Airport.
The morning Buffet has multiple offers. Also freshly baked bread.
The employees are very kind and will help you with information how to reach your flight or any other question you have.

Once I got used to the elevator situation...it was fine. The location was outstanding! The staff was very helpful.

Great location directly opposite the Central Station, enables you to walk the downtown neighborhoods or take any tram that stops at the Centraal station to get to almost anywhere in Amsterdam. They have a reasonably priced restaurant and bar as well and a well equipped gym, pool & sauna. Staff is very helpful. Would recommend 10/10.
