My husband and I purchased vehicles at the same time - he purchased an Audi and I a Lexus. While we both are very pleased with our vehicles; only I am extremely happy with my dealership, Park Place Lexus. Jeff Hauptstueck made my purchase efficient and pleasant. He took time to go over the vehicle with me and then personally introduced my technical advisor who went over the navigation, bluetooth, paired my phone and explained features to me. He made sure I knew that I could come in for free vehicle washes and refreshments any time I wish. We live in Dallas, but made the drive to Plano for Park Place and I'm happy we did.
