My husband and I decided to buy a Lexus after not owning one for 4 or 5 years.
Kenneth Adkins, our salesman, was wonderful. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and made the experience probably one of the most enjoyable car purchasing experiences we'd ever had (and that's saying a great deal). To top it off,
2 days after we purchased the car, we were driving and realized that we had a low tire. We were close to Park Place so we pulled it and they couldn't have been more
helpful. In no time, the tire was repaired and we were back on the road.
Park Place provided us an incredible customer service experience from beginning
to end.
