We received outstanding service from the people at Park Place Lexus in Plano. We demoed 2 RX350, 2016 before making our decision. There was never any rush. All appointments have been on time. Every department has been courteous. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Park Place and the experience has always been outstanding.
