and even 1 star is much for this dealership. I want to share my experience with Park Park Lexus Plano. First I have 868 credit score and a repeat Park Place customer. I was seeking to trade in my Lexus for a newer Lexus should be pretty easy transaction, right? Wrong! I couldn't understand why the dealership was offering me a interest rate of 6.34 with Suntrust. I let the salesman know I wanted to keep my loan with Lexus. I was told Lexus required $3K down. Well after being told I was a high risk because I had negative equity in my car and carrying the balance over along with a loan term of 72 months. All of this was a lie, I was profiled by 2 white men who were trying to intimidate a Hispanic female into a horrible deal for their profit. Shame shame on you and for what the dealership is suppose to stand for. I went over to Sewell Lexus of Dallas and bought a Lexus 3.99% interest rate, kept my loan with Lexus no out of pocket cost and Sewell gave me more money for my trade! Park Place Lexus of Plano was sexiest/raciest and lied to my face. To use immoral tactics for financial gain at my cost is just deplorable behavior.
