Excellent food, and you have a nice view of the mountains when you sit outside.
Good selection of beer and wine. You can make your own smores outside for free between 4 and 5 pm. Or you can buy a pack for making smores at other times.
I worked here in the early 90's. Decor was better back then. Not happy with the change in atmosphere.
Wife and I stayed here last March. Fantastic service. Hot chocolate near the ski lifts was a nice treat as well!
We have stayed at this Hyatt five times in the past, and each time has been amazing! This time felt a bit lacking, though. The hotel was 100% booked, and the electrical outlets in our room didn't work. Since the hotel was full, we couldn't get a new room. Our tv also wouldn't power on. We normally have a great time, but given how much they charge our experience this time was sub-par
Clean and professional. Great place to drop for haply hour after a ski day. Great drinks and food. Loved the shishito peppers! Come every year for ski season. Will definitely be back again
A wonderful place. And seeing nature makes me very happy on my vacation.
I would be very weary of the Beaver Creek Hyatt. My family and I planned this trip well in advance and were very excited. We heard a lot of great things and were really looking forward to our ski trip with them. Unfortunately, this is when the Corna Virus pandemic started to occur. We ended up having to cancel our entire trip. Our airline was very understanding because of the unexpected nature of this virus, as was our transportation company. Yet, the Park Hyatt was not. We were told that they will not cancel our reservations (even though it was 72 hours in advance) and that they did not care about the pandemic as it was their policy to not issue cancellations for any reason. We were in disbelief.
We heard such great things about this Hyatt and could not believe a category 7 Hyatt of this caliber would treat its patrons this way. Where the rest of our trip saw human beings, this hotel saw a bottom line, and were very unwilling to let us cancel amid a dangerous virus endangering lives. The staff we spoke with are very unaccommodating and often downright rude. Very unfortunate and we are extremely disappointed, to say the least. Please beware of this hotel and don't make the same mistake we made of booking with them and losing all our money. It tells you a lot about their establishment when they are willing to put money above health and safety. There are many other hotels to choose from, don't let this be one of yours.
I did not stay over night but I have to say it is a lovley hotel, well situated, and has excellent design and art.
What a spectacular hotel! So beautiful and the spacious rooms enchant the restaurant. More than everything has a beautiful spa. the service was the best and the truth Where it is located is so perfect and I want to return to ski in the winter. Enjoy domes also from outside and also had tables to play ping-pong.
luxury resort, only bummer is their bar in the lobby doesn't open until 4pm and closes around 10pm.
Eonderful combination of comfort, friendliness, and efficiency. I stayed here at the beginning of the season, when they are staffed up, but when the hotel is still relatively empty, so just because I loved it doesn't mean that it will necessarily be this smooth and luxe at Christmas time. Very nice Park Hyatt right at the lifts. Easy access to the village. Multiple food and dining options.Architecture is a bit of a combination of Austrian and the Canadian Pacific hotels- not the typical Park highlight sleek dark wood motif. It's not cheap. I have been here several times under similar circumstances and it's always been lovely.
They did a great job organizing a last minute conference change. Beautiful conference rooms and great service!
Just a gorgeous place that goes out of its way to make things feel private. An abundance of spaces for people to visit, and just relax outdoors. The entire Village is a sweet place to walk through morning noon or night! Lots of neat stuff to see. Great hiking too.
Great location with an amazing staff. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the rooms next to you, including when your neighbors are making coffee in the morning.
Great place. Wondermus first class spa! Loving it! Thanx.
Service and amenities have declined in the past five or six years. This used to be a stunning place. It is still gorgeous, but some staff members, especially in the restaurant, were not well-trained.
Great location right next to ski lifts. Rooms are very nice, nothing super special though. Customer service is top notch. Bottom line, loved our stay. Be prepared to spend a good chunk of change.
Came for a wedding and it was exceptionally well done. The best wedding food I've ever had aside from my own.
We've been coming here for many years now and it's a family favorite. This will be our first time for Thanksgiving and we're really looking forward to it. Initially we came here because they accepted pets and we kept coming back with or without our lab because of how great our experiences have been.
Super posh. I feel like I don't belong here too fancy
Horrid! I can t even describe our disappointment! We traveled all day from Oregon and had a King Deluxe room booked for 4 nights. We had read about the views and service. We have been planning this stay for months. Well, here is our room and here is our view. The beds are double beds, it is not a deluxe room and our view is a wall. Can t even see the sky. Manager said, Sorry, they re all booked up- even when we showed them the reservation. I am beyon disappointed and have never had this type of experience at a Hyatt.
Delightful place to stay in a charming faux-Alpine village. Only 45% as haunted as I'd hoped, but you can't have everything.
Friendly staff, delicious smores, amazing location.
Very nice place. Clean, great amenities, excellent service. A must stay!
Great resort. The staff members are professionals who genuinely want to help. You will walk away feeling pampered and relaxed.
Later taking all precautions necessary during this very challenging time. Pleasant stay good food in the restaurant.
Amazing resort right on the slopes. Wonderful rooms, amenities and spa!
Been here many times. Love it
Bemoan Them getting rid of wood burning fireplace in lobby
Hands down one of the best Hyatt experiences I ve had. Really beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, and nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. I was also impressed that they had a conference taking place at the hotel but the conference rooms/events were so well placed that our stay/experience didn t feel impacted by that at all. Wonderful option for a Beaver Creek experience,
Very nice hotel. One bad thing is the walls are thin so some rooms are loud and disturb the other guests
I always have a fantastic time at the Park Hyatt, whether it's for just dinner and drinks, or to stay for a few nights. One of my favorite resorts in America!
Great location wonderful people and excellent service
Beautiful place to see and stay with your friends and family
Family friendly ski resort that was a lot of fun to visit in the summer. Close to shopping and lots of things to do.
Went for the fireworks show on July 4th and also watched one of the concerts. The entertainment was excellent. Everything was clean and inviting. When it was time to leave staff helped if navigate to find our way out and the bus system did an excellent job of moving people to the parking lots quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Beaver Creek and their events.
Really cozy, ski/boot situation is pretty awesome, just overall nice
I was there as a student for a business event invitational, and the experience was amazing.
Wonderful hotel with a great staff. I highly recommend the off season.
Good staff, great location. It's right next to the slopes.
The Park Hyatt at Beaver Creek is a beautiful hotel with fantastic food and great amenities
Luxurious but way less value and space than staying in Avon.
I was a bit surprised this is a Park Hyatt. The service level and hotel doesn't feel like the level of a Park Hyatt. It was just ok. Valet/bellman were amazing and a few front desk folks but everyone else seemed like they didn't care to help so much. Rooms were ok. I had a double room and it was two double beds with a slope view- which was actually pretty noisy.
Went in for a few drinks and the staff was very friendly and quick to serve you.
We had the opportunity to stay here this past Christmas 2019. The staff was simply amazing. Every one es came in contact with was extremely kind and unlike previous places we have spent Christmas. Everyone the worked there seemed proud to be there. It made this Christmas our vest experience yet.Facility was amazing, great rooms. Rooms cleaned twice daily. Very exceptional place to spend a ski trip.
The Beat place to stay in Beaver Creek, love the Spa, one of the Best!! The location of the hotel is so unique, the town is build around it, you don't need a car to know it all. Is ideal for families with small kids, the sky school is great and the instructors are very friendly and we'll qualified. The resort manager should be aware of the increasing cost of Beaver Creek in comparison with other greatbskybreaorts in USA.
Very nice place the rooms were clean very professionally done five star resort would come back again and again.
The Park Hyatt at Beaver Creek is the best hotel on the resort. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is great and you're at the heart of everything. Perfect for winter or summer visits.
The wedding reception we attended was fantastic. Helpful service, great food and a wonderful view.
Amazing location and great accomodations. Walk out to the hill. Lots of activities inside and outside. Multiple outside hot tubs allowing privacy. Service levels were very quick and prompt. A+
Location and rooms can not be beat. Immediate access to ski lifts, able to be skied up to. Service from the staff was remarkable. Unfortunately had to come here during the off-season when restaurants and activities were practically non-existent, but even lounging in the room and outside were great due to the surrounding views.
The hotel was gifted with a prime location in Beaver Creek. Amenities are well thought out and are designed with the vacationer/skier in mind. For example, we didn t have to share a hot tub (there were five) the entire week of our stay; their ski and boot valets were also helpful and well located. Restaurant and cafe food and service were also well above average in my opinion.
Two thumbs up to their concierge service. There were some hints that the responses may not always be coming from a local expert and yet the service was always proactive, friendly and accommodating. They did (well) what concierges are supposed to do, and that s to make things easier for guests when they can.
Where I echo more recent reviewers is the lack of consistency throughout the service offerings. Housekeeping was certainly the weakest point. You cannot expect to get the same number of water bottles per day, or whether they would replace toiletries or leave chocolates at night. Small things we realize, but that s why I suggest to manage your expectations. If you re thinking this is a hotel that will fold your clothes and move your slippers to your bedside, you d be left wanting. Having said that, they do have a hyatt app that you can use to send requests for items, etc.
Overall a lovely place to stay. Smores after skiing, good drinks, grand but welcoming design, and a unique spa experience (water baths plus sauna for ~$21/person) will certainly get us to return after this first time. We ve stayed at other BC hotels and I still think this the best even though (as others have said) it may not be as good as it was before. Also, dogs are allowed for a minimal cleaning fee!
I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. Been going here and the in-house spa for years. The hotel is wonderful. Prime location. We always go in fall around our anniversary and the colors are spectacular. Rooms are nice and staff is great. The Allegra spa is in my opinion easily best in the state and one of the best in the country. Great massages and they gave amazing facilities including ribs, sauna, and heated stone chairs. Highly recommend you try hotel and spa for a get away.
The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is a lovely hotel. The views in the summer and winter are striking, the views in the autumn are breathtaking. The Park Hyatt is showing some signs of age, especially the spa which stays humid with running water all day, and leaves a bit of a mildew smell.
Although this is true for all hotels in Beaver Creek in the summer, the staff was lacking on my last visit. The front desk didn't communicate to the valet that my car was supposed to be brought around, a visit to the valet uncovered the fact that they had misplaced my keys, resulting in an almost hour delay. All of this was exacerbated by the fact that there are not many people on staff to begin with.
Didn't stay as guest. Just stopped by an office there. Looked nice in guest areas but a maze outside to get there :(
Old outdated rooms. Hotel is not up to PH standards. You are paying for location, and an upgraded lobby. When we stayed pool, hot tub etc where closed (this was pre-COVID). Lots of hidden fees as well.
Always a pleasant place to stay at in Beaver Creek. The service is exceptional and you can't beat there location right on top of the mountain and made it so easy for us to pick up our kids skiis and boots and take them to skiis school. We've stayed in many other spots on the lower part of Beaver Creek and it's a pain having to lug around all the ski equipment. The skii valet is such a plus. We can't wait to stay there again.
This was the second stop of our honeymoon, and it was spectacular.
