You guys & gals are the greatest . Thanks for allowing me to to not only rent but buy great products like my washer & dryer set. My queen size mattress and frame both which are now mines to keep. Plus a one year warranty on on all my items for penny's on the dollar. Keep up the furnishings and service.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! EXTREMELY DECEITFUL, AND RUDE ESPECIALLY MIKE THE MANAGER. I PURCHASED A WASHER AND DRYER FROM THIS LOCATION. NO ISSUES, PAID IT OFF EARLY. WAS OFFERED A $100 OFF AN ITEM. I PICKED 2 ITEMS. EVERYTHING WAS DONE INCORRECTLY FROM THE BEGINNING. FOR INSTANCE I NEVER GET THEIR INSURANCE, ITS A WASTE OF TIME IF YOU PLAN ON A SPEEDY PAYOFF, THEY COULD NOT GET THIS REMOVED AND TRIED TO FORCE ME TO PAY IT! LIKE NO WAY! I HAVE ALWAYS PAID ONLINE, BUT SINCE THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME THE CORRECT PRICE FOR MY ITEMS. THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. NO WAY, AGAIN! MIKE THE MANAGER THREATENED ME STATING, "WHAT ABOUT WHAT I JUST SAID DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?" I STOPPED ALL DEALINGS WITH THIS LOCATION AND REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM HERE. YOU HAVE A CHOICE WHERE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY, AND THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. BY THE WAY, I PAID OFF THE ITEM TO AVOID ANY FURTHER DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY.

First time I went in Manager had a rude attitude. They finally got rid of her but I find the people to be those that are not happy at their job and it comes across the counter. I almost dread going in to pay a bill. I rather pay the extra couple dollars to do it over the phone. I hate that this company and others like them charge double or triple what the items are worth. They are taking advantage of people with little to no credit. I am getting my washer and dryer and then that's it. I quit giving them funds
I went in to the store on June 22nd... I wasn't greeted by anyone in the store. I spent well over 45 minutes there, even spending the time filling out the application! Eventually I just decided to keep my money not to mention I won't be sending anyone else here!!! It's unfortunate because I had plans for bringing atleast 10 others... Oh well
Very bad communication and listening to customers needs
Went to Rent-A-Center yesterday got approved for $2,000 only needed $750 worth of credit for what I needed left got in touch with them a couple hours later and got told I need a cosigner for $750 I was amazed and instantly irritated I've touch $750 so many times this year it ain't even funny I didn't even need half of the credit I was approved for and I had already put my first two weeks down these people have my address my social everything but my blood type to say I need a cosigner for $750 is an insult I feel disrespected Rent-A-Center will never have my business they're basically saying I can't afford $100 a month if I didn't go out of the state this week I could have paid them in full but they will never get my business they don't even have enough options to be bougie like that, I see why they only got one lol anywho the ladies at the front were descent ppl only go here if you would like them to sell you a dream because you wont leave with nothing else
Horrible customer service period I've never waited so long to give money for merchandise will not go back there all rude....
Customer service was very aloof and distant. Yesterday afternoon I walked in and asked if they had a certain bed type frame. Sales two said nope sorry without getting up from a couch on the display floor. Maybe he just knew the inventory w/o looking and what was coming in or refer me to another store that might have it.
Complete waste of time & upon calling in to check on my application the sales person was rude & they lost my paper work
