Do not stay here.

Do not stay here.

Unauthorized charges debited 2 weeks after we checked out.

This is a review i did not want to create. i overlooked a terrible check out experience, but this confirmed that they are truly unprofessional. with both experiences i was treated rudely by eli and spoken down to. Who thinks its ok to charge a daily resort fee when everything is closed? Who thinks its ok to charge a guest card 2 weeks after they leave, without permission!?

We will never stay here again, but we will be back to beaver creek.

Very nice hotel in an incredibly beautiful location. I visited in summer time for a conference. The conference facilities were good, catering was really really good, and the sleeping rooms were very nice.

Ah, the Hyatt. I like all the Hyatts I've stayed at. I give this one 4 stars instead of 5 because of subtle things. They do the "upscale ski resort" thing rather well. Nice place. Nice people. Its the reservation that wasn't 5 star. The room wasn't what I paid for, queen bed instead of king. May not seem like a big deal but I reserved a king room for a reason. And paid for it. I'm not a fan of having my car in valet. I like self parking. But thats a personal thing. And the town of Beaver Creek, or Avon, or whatever they call it is confusing for such a small place. All in all, the Hyatt was good, albeit overpriced. And the overall experience of the town was 4 stars.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt. Someone sent me a text asking my ETA. When I arrived, they said, you must be Rachel. The staff were very personable. I was impressed with the lighting and relaxing music playing when I entered the room. The room was clean, the espresso machine was amazing, the soft water was a luxury, and I felt at home in this place.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at the Park H...

My wife and I had an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. I am a Hyatt loyalist but this was my first stay at a Park Hyatt and I can see why this is Hyatt's top brand. The hotel was extremely luxurious and we loved how nice our room was. I want to thank the general manager, Herb Rackliff, for upgrading us to a room with a beautiful view and a balcony due to celebrating a special occasion. The service was top notch and Jeff at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional with helping us get checked in and he even gave us a bottle of wine. All the staff was excellent including Eli and the valet staff who were very helpful with taking care of our luggage while we explored Beaver Creek.

We ate breakfast at 8100 Mountainside Bar and Grill and it was delicious. They had a buffet but the food was behind a glass barrier and the staff on the other side filled your plate for you to prevent unnecessary contact with the food, which was delicious. My wife loved her omelette and I highly recommend the chia pudding!

We also got massages at the spa and we both agreed that they were the best massages either of us had ever had! They were truly phenomenal and we want to give a big thanks to Justin and Shawna for giving us such an incredible experience. The locker rooms at the spa were also very nice and they had plenty of amazing products to use after your services. Unfortunately due to covid, the Aqua Sanitas rooms were closed (which are supposed to be incredible) but the staff and the facility was great.

Overall the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek was an amazing experience and we are looking forward to returning again in the summer and also in the winter to experience their skiing.

Great experience with attentive staff. Visited in September 19 and the location has a ski lift very close by. We will be visiting again in the winter. The place is beautiful and caters to families.

Ski in and ski out material. Great property in the heart of Beaver Creek Ski resort. Ski valet is nice and comes with free slippers! Food is definitely pricey at the restaurant but its a great location. Will definitely be back.

It pains me to write this review, but I don't think this hotel lives up to the Park Hyatt brand. This is our 5th Park Hyatt hotel on this trip alone, and it doesn't even come close to the level of the other hotels. Here are the biggest issues.

1. The front desk assured us that our car and bags would be waiting for us at 8:30 pm when we asked for them. Apparently this was not communicated to the bell desk, because they had no record of this. We are currently late for our flight out of Denver because of this oversight.

4. I was disappointed by the room service. First off, there was no menu in the room so we had to play telephone with the operator to figure out what we could order. Secondly the menu was incredibly limited.

5. The attention to detail was terrible. The Le Labo amenities were all different, some of them saying "for: Park Hyatt Chicago".

This said, the food at 8100 continues to be amazing.

All in all, I am sad to say that this is by far the worst Park Hyatt we have ever stayed at, and we will never return.

As Event and Wedding Planners at Eventique Productions here in town The Park Hyatt is the one of Beaver Creek's best Venues in town. Their staff is so accommodating, makes the experience so fun and easy. A great atmosphere and highly recommended!

This entity only cares about make money, people do not matter and customer service is non- existent. I personally have family that works for this corporation so i know that the costumer is always right but this hotel seemed to only care about the bottom line which was MONEY!!!

Was there for a excellent lunch at 8100. Food was fantastic and we sat outside watching the happy skiers. Been coming to the resort for sometime and the outside dining is truly a wonderful experience for a quick lunch between laps on the mountian.

Beautiful grounds and an endless variety of activities to choose from. We loved the hike up to beaver lake and sitting by the fire in the lobby. The rooms seemed a little tired, but the hotel itself was very nice.

The Park Hyatt is the best Beaver Creek hotel for families with children, especially if they're in ski school. The staff from the valet to the concierge couldn't be better and make you feel as if you are their only customer. This year they've discontinued their homemade Smores which is disappointing but is a minor concern overall.

We love staying a the Hyatt Beaver Creek! We probably stay 3 times a year here with our pooch. They are dog friendly and very accommodating to special needs. The S'mores at night are always something to look forward to. The location of the hotel is in the center of the town which makes it very accessible to shopping and restaurants.

Decided to stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek for a few days following a friend's wedding in Morrison, CO. We were very, very please with the experience. The Park Hyatt is located with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to downtown Beaver Creek. It is a quick drive to Vail and is close to many great restaurants. We were very happy with the level of service by all the staff we interacted with.

$55 "good night" phone call to my wife in DENVER!!! Unbelievable...room was okay, but wouldn't be worth the winter rates, peeling wall paper with bludges underneath. Well places mirrors to make the room feel bigger than the limited square footage. Bed was overly firm and not comfortable.

Got here last night. No hot water had to wait for plumber. Coffee machine in room didn't work. Power outlets didn't work. Room service food was terrible. Generally not up to Park Hyatt standards. Very disappointed.

A five star experience! We stayed in the residence wing. It was a two bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff greeted us regularly and checked to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The valet attendants gave us great recommendations for off-roading. We had a blast!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt beaver creek. We went up to the mountains for a nice get away from the city and to see all the beautiful fall colors. Our room was very comfortable and included our own balcony and fireplace. We had a great soak in one many hot tubs. We will definitely be back for future stays. Rome (bellman) was very welcoming and made sure we had eveything we needed for our visit.

Truly the best ski in ski out, especially for families. Although in the next few years the rooms need a renovation. And while I've gone every year for five years now, 2018 was a little disappointing. They're cutting costs. Far worse service and the restaurant menus have been cut. Ski valet was dysfunctional at best. Feedback to management went unanswered. In the past, it was truly five stars. But still despite some penny pinching it's an outstanding place. They did expand s'mores so you can have them anytime now, although you have to ask for the ingredients at the front desk.

Horror at the Hyatt! I am very sad to give this property one star, but I feel it necessary to warn others.

The property is truly amazing, however the staff needs to get their s*** together.

I should feel rejuvenated after my vacation, but i still have to deal with the Hyatt's imcimpetencies. I need a real vacation after staying at the Hyatt.

Issue #1

I recieved an email prior to my stay about "enhancing my trip" with information about spa packages, excursions, etc. The link to purchase the spa credits was not working. After spending 30+ minutes on the phone and being transferred multiple times, I was told to check with the front desk at my arrival to get the issue resolved. When I went to the front desk, staff told me that I needed to purchase the spa package prior to my arrival, and they couldn't help me. This contradicted the advice I had received.

Issue #2

We brought our two poodles with us. I called two weeks before my arrival to ensure the staff was aware that I would be bringing my dogs. I was told that there would be special treats and other amenities. Upon entering the hotel room there were no special treats and only one dog bed. If I'm going to spend $150, I expect the hotel to fully deliver the stated services.

Issue #3

I was double charged for my spa services, and a dinner. My card had also been manually entered for a $151 charge that I did not make. When I called the hotel to sort out this issue they couldn't tell me what the $151 charge was for, and said I need to call the bank. Between calling the hotel and the bank, I've spent 2 hours dealing with the incompentencies of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek staff.

Bottom line if you are going to be a 5 star hotel, act like a 5 star hotel!

I did a 7 day vacation from Florida to Colorado and stayed at hyatts in breckenridge and beaver creek. This hotel was the one I was most excited to stay at and to my dissapointment was actually not the nicest one of my vacation :(. Beaver creek itself was beautiful but the feel of this hotel is not a good one. 1 thing I can't stand the most in this world is rich snobby people, and this hotel is full of that. I will explain that it is the guests at this hotel that I did not like having interactions with. Mostly the staff was nice but still they literally delivered room service items on a platter while doing a curtsy, it was over the top in my opinion but I can imagine they are like that because all the other hoity toity guests.
I'm 23 and I feel like I am better mannered than most of these guests.
Now on to why it gets a 3 star instead of 5:

Rich snobby people(people learn to be humble with your money)

No jetted tub(the hyatt across the street hyatt residence club, had a jetted tub and same with the hyatt in breckenridge)

No fireplace in room(both hyatt residence club in beaver creek and breckenridge had fireplace)

Spa ammenties(shower went cold after about 7 minutes in the middle of my shower and wouldn't go hot again)

Room(for the money we spent I have stayed at tons of hyatt regency 4 star hotels that had nicer rooms)

Conflicting information on parking situation was given to me(50$ a day for valet parking and they told me there was NO other parking in beaver creek. There actually IS other parking options, you can do a google search :)

This hotel was nice and extremely close to the slopes but when I come back I am just going to do my full time at the hyatt residence club across the street which gets 5 stars!

The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is a true gem among hotel properties. My husband and I recently stayed here for our annual ski trip, and we are already planning on returning next year. We had a late flight coming in and arrived to the property at 4am! We were both shocked to see the front desk smiling and happy to welcome us. They valet parked our car and were very cheerful. The staff here will exceed your expectations for sure. The restaurant manager there, Lindsey was such a cheerful woman, and she made our special evening amazing. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend get-a-way a trip to remember!

We really liked this place! It's a higher end Hyatt hotel and it's right at the base of the mountain. Walk out, get your skis from the Ski Valet and you're on the slopes in 10 minutes. Perfect location, Beaver Creek is really a good place to bring your family and ski for the week!
