We were guests for a weekend in July. The hotel and its staff were excellent. However, we used the valet parking and noticed as soon as we came home that the front corner of our car was scraped. I called immediately and asked management to check their cameras ,giving the exact time of arrival and departure. After a somewhat lengthy time I was told the hotel would not reimburse me for the damages. True,I cannot prove that the valet service caused the damages, but a guest staying at a Park Hyatt should have some credibility.

We were staying at a friends condo but wanted to enjoy a day at the spa. My husband and I came and enjoyed the spas, hot tubs, steam rooms for over 3 hours the first day we decided to come. A few days later we decided to go back again and enjoy ourselves and relax. Today the experience was not the best. There were several groups of people talking in all the hot tubs and hot stone bed rooms (one group specifically talking about how she just had a bad massage.....) Needless to say we were not able to relax so we left very quickly today.

Wonderful experience with plenty of activities for the family. The slopes were fantastic, and it s not a highly trafficked mountain. I primarily stay to the blacks or double blacks, and I usually had the route to myself. There s something to do for everyone, even those who don t enjoy skiing or snowboarding. They have a ice skating rink in their little downtown area and lots of shops. The rooms could use an upgrade, but otherwise fantastic vacation destination. Quaint town and not as busy as a Vail or Breckenridge, which I enjoyed but may not be for everyone. Me and the wife got a massage at their spa, and it was amazing. Would highly recommend a couples massage.

The Hotel is nice, but we went during off season so there was not a lot to do. We went to check out one day early, and they would not approve a one night refund because we booked through a third party. My wife and I had to leave for a family emergency abruptly. Would not recommend.

The valet team not only had my car ready to go ASAP when I was in a rush to leave, but they cleaned up pieces of broken glass from a cup I had broken inside the vehicle accidentally on the drive up. Wish I remembered the gentleman's name who helped me. Thank you!

The valet (David) was helpful and courteous, the front desk (Matthew) was efficient and welcoming, and the concierge (Stephanie) made us feel like royalty, going above and beyond to arrange day trips, transportation, and whatever else we might need.

Our room was spotless and up-to-date. Our view of Beaver Creek village was wonderful. And, we can walk to anywhere in the village. I can t imagine what more you might want from a hotel. I have stayed at a lot of places around the country, and Park Hyatt is hands-down the best hotel value I ve experienced. The room and concierge treatment warrant twice what I paid.

Fantastic customer service. A very willing and capable staff to accommodate all the needs of their consumers. The rooms were fairly large and very well kept. They also had a very nice lounge, spa, restaurant, and gym.

Service at this hotel was terrible, other than a great location at the base of the mountain this hotel was awful. Restaurants were slow and not very friendly or accomadating. The world class spa was mediocre at best. The boot and ski Valet was slow and discorganized. Stayed here 5 years ago and it was great, something has changed

Amazing hotel! Fitness center has everything, outdoor heated lap pool, 5 hot tubs, spa services, restaurants, cafe, dog friendly, ski lifts right off the hotel, ice skating rink, outdoor games like cornhole, 18 hole disc golf course, ski lessons offered, hiking trails everywhere, shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel, and s mores outside at night! If you are complaining about peeling wall paper you are spending too much time in your room. This place has so much to offer get outside and explore!!

Great service by all staff except restaurant, which rates 0. Kurt and Stan specifically get 5 stars for their quick resolution of the minor issues we encountered. Hire more restaurant/bar staff (think flow efficiency not resource efficiency) and train them and you'll hit 5 stars and NPS 10.

This place is really beautiful. I had a lovely manicure at the spa followed by a fantastic drink while sitting by the fire pit. It's in the heart of Beaver Creek Village and you really cannot go wrong. It's a beautiful property and well worth the price tag.

Heaven on earth. Beautiful and luxurious while still feeling like home. Staff is the friendliest and most helpful in the world. World-class spa (Alegria) and nice hot tubs too. Perfect ski-in ski-out location. Don't miss the fantastic 8100 restaurant breakfast as well.

I did not stay in the rooms, but joined for drinks in the bar and brunch.

Ask for Miss. Wendy when you are in the bar as she makes the best old fashioned. She was super friendly and very helpful!

Brunch was incredible, everything you could want and then some.
