Worst car shopping experience to date. I've been waiting 2 days just get a price quote and mileage of a vehicle advertised on their website. After taking my info I never heard back from this dealer and they never called me back. Had to call them several times for them to give me the info I ask them for in the first place (the mileage on the car they were selling and the price) I mean shouldn't a dealer know that? How disorganized is this place? Then today I called in early in the morning to negotiate the price on the vehicle after finally calling and getting someone who took the time to find out for me and I haven't heard back from them since. I'm not wasting my time again calling this place and therefore have no reason to step foot in this dealership to purchase anything. Aside from the fact they want $5,000 above market value for their 2016 Honda Accord Coupe with 2 years of depreciated value and with 1,500 used car miles on it currently being used as the dealership managers knock around car for the past two years I'd say this place is rather delusional. I was ready to buy a new car from here before the weekend. However, this experience really turned me off from them. They really wasted my time with their disorganization. It's like they don't know how to sell a car to someone. I wonder how much money this place must lose because of this dealer not having it's stuff together. AVOID! Take your money and invest your time in a dealership that actually considers your needs as a customer. Not one that gives people the run around and can't answer basic questions about a car they are selling. Also who in their right mind would pay $30,000 for a USED 2016 HONDA Accord with 1,500 miles? It's a Honda not a BMW.
