To say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience is an understatement. I definitely will be looking elsewhere to purchase a car.

I was interested in a certified, pre-owned car on your lot. I visited Monday to see the car in person, and was put into contact with your employee, Sunil Patel. Yesterday, I asked Sunil to run my credit for interest rates, but was told I needed to physically come in to DCH Honda Paramus to sign a form that could not be faxed to my job. This was a lie. I could very easily have submitted a credit application online. It was not easy to leave my place of work to do this, but nevertheless, I came to DCH Honda Paramus to sign the paperwork. Then, Sunil, and his financial advisor, REFUSED to run my credit and provide interest rates without a commitment to the car. I requested to work with another sales person, but my request was met by deaf ears. In the end, I had no choice but to leave and return to my work, with Sunil and his financial advisor threating to shred my signed paperwork, retracting a previous quoted interest rate. I was patronized, ignored and bullied.

To have had my time wasted and my work held up was an aggravation. What is more, it was clear to me that there was an attempt to intimidate me into making a verbal commitment I did not need to make. Had I been a man or walked in with one, that situation would have ended very differently. At this moment, I feel that DCH Honda Paramus has treated me unfairly not only as a potential customer, but as a young, single woman.

I would think long and hard before stepping into DCH Paramus Honda again.
