Came to DCH to lease the car after seeing an ad for $130. After 3 hours they leased the car at $400 to my niece. I came to complain and they made me wait for a more than a hour. DcH said she signed and Honda financial has closed the lease and they can not do a thing for us.
It is not right for a dealer to sell/lease the car to those with startup credit. I don't know DCH and Hinda Financial operates but not having a grace period for people buying/leasing a car like other car makers is not good. Hopefully people should be aware of this situation and watch out for Honda and DCH in Paramus.
