I recently purchased a used 2017 Ford F150 from Paramount Kia. I had been looking for a truck for months and their pricing was very good compared to other dealers. My salesman, Alex Huff, was excellent. The purchase was quick and hassle free. I will be looking for a vehicle for my oldest son soon, Alex and Paramount Kia will be my first stop.

do i really have to pay 4995 for service coffee and wifi?

These people a crooked watch for extra warranty cost hidden in contact and false promises of interest rates not followed through on end contracts. Beware of false good reviews for this dealership. This dealership uses T D finance read reviews

When I visited Paramount Kia, they had just what I was looking for. They weren't pushy, not trying too hard to sell a car. When I walked into the place, Jason asked if anyone was helping me when I said "no", he was eager to help. We took the car for a test drive, he explained everything about the car, gave me his personal number and said if I had any questions not to hesitate to call him. That was above and beyond service. They were friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I love my new Kia Sorrento.

Thiis company put us in a vehicle and we're pleased.until my husband got sick and found out they didn't write up disability on the loan as they said.they blamed that it was against Alley's policy due to our credit rating that was a lie.so unfortunately they caused us to lose the vehicle and ruin our credit.so we're paying for what they didn't do on paper work.so read behind their writing closely!!!

I'm very disappointed in Kia Services.. I had new tires installed on my 2018 Stinger (rear) they never asked me if I wanted to get an alignment. They never offer to give me a rear alignment either. If you knew it needed one you should of told me I would of done it while it was in service there. Instead I was told on the phone it was an extra expense. So if the car needs an alignment do it. It's better to have one than my car pulling to the left for 3 weeks and wearing out my brand new tires.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product they sale. Answered every question I had with no problem. the financial department explained all my options and completed everything with no hassle.

Two stars is pushing it! I worked with Cathy. It took her forever to get back to me with information as I was willing to trade my car. I submitted my credit application and asked if I could here back if approved it not before making the long trip from Rock Hill SC to Hickory. Took her 2 days to respond and then she blamed it on too busy with walk in customers, Guess they are priority over online customers? That's what I felt like for sure! She finally answered with saying I need $5500 down before they even appraised my car in person saying I was that much negative equity which I am not as my car was actually appraised for 12k which only leaves $1500 negative and I was planning on putting down $2500 which would have worked out perfectly but she never even asked me that
Question but rather told me my vehicle isn't worth that and they wouldn't even consider that and just said owe well good luck?? You just lost a deal and I would recommend anyone else if your planning on giving this place your business, spare your time and your hard earned money and go elsewhere who wants to take the time to earn your business

I just bought a 2018 Hyundai elantra from Chris G. at Paramount Kia and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. He helped me find a car by communicating with me and my difficult schedule. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Paramount KIA within the last two years. On both occasions we were blessed to work with Mr. Randy Rosenbaum. We have always felt unencumbered and Randy always answered our questions very sagaciously and salubriously with paramount patience. (Pun intended)!! My limited income can make it rather arduous to make two vehicle payments simultaneously but the constituents at KIA have always patiently ameliorated the procedure seamlessly. I highly recommend giving Paramount KIA a chance to fulfill vehicle necessities.

I was wanting to purchace. New vehicle and Justi Roepel and staff kept in contact with me for 8-9 months. I finally was able to go paramount Kia and met Justin, he was very helpfull and professional the transition into purchasing a 2018 Kia Forte was an easy one. Paramount KIA is the place to do business! David Hoover is AWESOME! I looked on Paramount's web site and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I went in to the dealership and David knew right away which vehicle I was talking about. Of course, I had a trade in, but David gave me more trade in allowance than I expected. A year from now..

I purchased my car last year from Chris G and just wanted to thank him again for the amazing customer service and doing things that no other car salesman wanted to do. He got me in the car I wanted no questions asked! I've had my car for a year this month and have had no issues with it! I am truly thankful for this team. And will be going back when I need a newer car!

Car shopping has always been my least favorite thing to do because I've only had horrible experiences with pushy salesman. I went in to Paramount Kia of Hickory with the intention to trade in on a new van. As soon as I got out of my car and started looking around I was approached by as saleman. My first thought was great, here we go, another pushy salesman. That wasnt the case at all. Julian Rogers was the salesman that approached me that day and while I was expecting the worst, because of past experiences, it was actually the best experience I've ever had. Julian went out of his way to provide the most excellent service possible. I was more than just another sale to him. He genuinely wanted me to have the best experience and wanted me to leave there with exactly what I came to get and he went to the extreme to make this possible. Even weeks after buying if I had any issues, I could call and speak to him and he directed straight to whoever could take care of my problem if it wasn't something he could do himself. I have since recommended him specifically to others looking to purchase a vehicle and I will continue to recommend him in the future. The dealership needs more honest, friendly, understanding salesmen LIKE Julian, he is a rarity for sure but a blessing non the less when the stress of buying a car is too much in itself it's great to not have to deal with the stress of having a pushy salesman. I was very pleased with my experience at the dealership mainly because of Julian and his efforts to make sure everything went smoothly and the process was as painless as possible. The only issue I had was with the finance office, when I specifically asked to have my information sent to members credit union for financing and instead it was sent to several other financial institutions which all had horrible interest rates and I had to take matters into my own hands and take the purchase agreement to members credit union where I was given a much better interest rate and payments I could afford. That part of the process would have been much less painful had they listened in the finance office to begin with and it wouldnt have taken so long to make the purchase.

They put me and husband in a 2017 Kia soul. They was very helpful and respectable. Thank you Carlton for all you did.

I recently bought my 2016 Kia Soul from Paramount Kia. I love it! My experience was great. Nick Thomas was my salesman. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had throughout the buying process. If you are thinking of buying a car, go see Nick.

I bought a 2019 Kia Optima the service was great the following year my girlfriend bought a 2020 Kia Forte it was going to be on both of our names I had Just starting my new job so they said to get a cosigner and then in five months I could go in and the cosigner will go out the cosigner could only to do it for five months They promised me that in five months I could do it the only reason they promised me was so they could do the sale I went back and they said they can t do it they went back on their word Only to do the sale I will not buy another car there I am not going to recommend this place the only reason is because they lied to me just to make a sale the sales person lied to me in the finance department lie to me just to make the sale I am very dissatisfied my cosigner can t be on the contract anymore and I m about to lose that car I ll because Paramount Kia Lied to me like I said this was the second car be careful when you buy a vehicle there make sure this doesn t happen to you

I sent a vehicle inquiry via the website and was skeptical based on other dealer website inquiry experiences. Couldn't have had a better experience, the sales person I emailed with is who we dealt with. Nick provided me with great information so we drive to Hickory from Greensboro and purchased a Telluride. Nick (salesman) and Evan (finance) were great to work with, the entire process hasselfree and no slight of hand like most car buying experiences. I highly recommend Paramount Kia of Hickory and Nick Thomas our sales person.

Salesmen David Hoover and Chris were very nice, were not pushy, and treated me with respect. (No talking down to me cause I am female) After getting my car home, I noticed a couple of problems. There were some scratches on the body and a crack in the windshield. I texted David and I took my car back a couple of days later. David delivered my car back to me at my work place, with windshield repaired and scratches buffed out. It looked great. My only negative would be I thought the price was a little high for the car I purchased. I could have gotten a comparable car for about about $4,000 less at a side road lot but was afraid to buy from a small lot.

Probably best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Elijah Reese and the finance people got us the numbers we wanted after going back and forth. Hoping to buy a second car from them this week. Highly recommend them. Elijah was great. No pressure at all.

My husband and I drove almost an hour to Paramount Kia of Hickory and it was totally worth it. The entire staff was awesome! From our sales rep, Matt Elliott, the customer service gals, Holly & Donna, all the way to finance with Evan Payne, and everybody in between. They all went above and beyond to find us the right car and put together a great deal. Unlike most other dealerships, it was actually a very pleasant experience and not once did we ever feel pressured to buy something.

Very professional company we went in just to get our tire plugged because we couldn't locate the nail or screw in the tire and since they found out I was a volunteer fireman they gave us the best service we have ever had from a car dealership.

Just visited Kia for the first time today. Wanted to see if a Kia was right for me. The salesman did not seem interested in earning my business. He was condescending and critical of my plans for my next vehicle. He made me feel that my desire to know more about the differences between the different Soul models was stupid and that safety was unimportant! When I brought this to his attention he just continued repeating himself and refused to apologize or try to help me as a customer. I might still buy a Kia, but definitely not from Jason. And probably not from Paramount Kia.

We had dreaded to shop for a new car because of the "pressure tactics" we have experienced in the past. But shopping at Paramount Kia in Asheville was a brand new experience. We found the perfect car for us and the perfect sales person in Vicky Sherlin. She let us know she was there for us, but did not pressure us in any way. She had a thorough knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot and answered every question that we had. She was very gracious during the test drive, and very helpful in our questions about financing.

We were also impressed with the process of Kia financing our purchase: much to our surprise we didn't have to pay any money down. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the shopping experience and with our Kia Optima!

We went in with a lot of negative equity in our trade and explained that to Tim from the start and he was more than willing to help us find a car that fit our needs even under this circumstance. We ended up purchasing a new Kia Sorento and my wife loves it! Tim was very helpful and easy going. There was absolutely no pressure at any point and that made for a very good experience. This is our third Paramount Kia. After seeing the Cadenza on the lot on a Sunday, I contacted Ethan online on Monday. I had seen the internet pricing and had a high interest in the vehicle. He answered all my questions and I made an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. He had it washed and sitting in the garage for my wife and I to look at. Ethan explained all the features and benefits of the car and we took a test drive. That's when we were totally sold. The finance process was just as quick and easy with Chris. Being we have had great experiences with Preston in the service department for scheduled maintenance, I knew that we were going to be well taken care of there, also. Absolutely no pressure. Keep up the great work.

New K900
After doing some online research on the K900, I decided to go to Paramount Kia Hickory and see if I would like the K900. Wow, was I impressed. My salesman, Tim Whitener, treated me exceptionally well. He took me out for a test drive and explained all of the features and benefits of the car. There was no pressure at all from Tim for me to get the car. This is my 4th Kia that I have gotten thru Paramount Kia Hickory, so I felt very comfortable using their dealership. Also, I go to Preston, one of the service advisors, whenever I need service work on any of my vehicles. Chris Williams was easy to work with on the finance side, as well. I'll be returning to Paramount Kia of Hickory for my next vehicle. By the way, the 2013 Optima SXL I traded was an awesome vehicle, too.

My husband took my key fobs this morning to have the batteries changed . The guys couldn't figure out how to get the fobs open so they rudely start talking behind the desk assuming that something was spilled in them. No there's never been anything spilled on them I take very good care of them. Just because you can't figure something out doesn't mean the customer done anything to them. Rest assure we won't be bringing the car back to your store . I'll drive to Charlotte to have any other work done. Damage to both key fobs after their work

I went to Paramount Kia because of the television advertisement stating that they had lenders to qualify any buyer. I was expecting to be turned down because of my financial situation. Sandra, in a most courteous manner, made an appointment for me. I was greeted professionally and sincerely when I arrived. Sandra introduced me to Steven who inquired about my price range and showed me what vehicles were available. My teenage daughter spotted a Hyundai Tucson, and Steven suggested we take it for a test drive. We liked the way the vehicle looked, drove, and handled. Back at the dealership, Steven suggested that I fill out the paperwork for a loan. I was given privacy to speak to my husband about the purchase. I felt more encouraged than I did pressured. Steven took the papers to Daryl who go me approved with no money down!!! Plus, I received a fabulous interest rate!! Again I was encouraged to discuss the payments with my husband and given the privacy to do so. Not only are my daughter and I happy with our purchase, but my husband was very happy when he saw the Tucson and took it for a spin. I have already begun encouraging people to shop Paramount Kia if they are in the business for another vehicle.

The staff is amazing and so friendly! I had the pleasure of working with Randy and had an awesome experience. I was paying way too much in interest for my old car and they was able to work with me and get my interest down for a car that is 3 years newer and for a lower monthly payment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be going back!

After reviewing the Kia brand, we were determined we wanted to purchase a 2014 Kia Sorrento. We went to several dealerships to talk about the options and pricing but didn't feel comfortable until we came to Paramount. We drove a little over an hour to talk to Tom Ellis and Patrick Butler at Paramount and we had what we wanted within a very short time. They bent over backwards to make sure that we got the vehicle WE wanted and not neccessarily just the vehicle they wanted to sell. They found the color, the style and the options that made our purchase perfect. The entire Paramount team really made the car purchasing process very painless. We hope our Sorrento will last for many years, but at some point we will return to Paramount. Thanks.
