Paramount Kia Review

I want to thank Eli and the rest of the team for making my first purchase of a brand new vehicle a pleasant experience!! Never once did I feel pressured into anything but felt as though my I was being treated kindness and respect. They all took their time answering my questions and were compassionate about my concerns. I purchased this vehicle while visiting my mother out of state and the team went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. I can t say enough good things about Eli and the rest of the team!

I was driving by on my way to church, and I was in need of a vehicle, I saw the truck and liked it, my brother is johnny and he is a driver for paramount and he referred me , I came down and donavan Maddox spoke with me , he was very nice and professional. I came into Paramount Kia to get out of a vehicle that was costing me a lot in fuel and about to cost me a lot in maintenance. I was not sure what to do and was feeling stuck. Brian Carter and the crew took great care of me and I don't have to worry about fuel or maintenance anymore!! Thanks guys!

My overall experience with Paramount Kia of Hickory was absolutely amazing. I did not feel pressured at any time during the visit to buy a new or used car. I simply chose Kia because I was referred by a family member. Although I am a strong supporter of Chevrolet, I could not be any happier with my Kia Rio LX. The majority of the reason that I loved the service so much was my sales representative, Phil Philyaw. It was a very windy day and when we went for the test drive and walked over to the service center to run my payment card, he made jokes and really helped me feel comfortable. I even got to charge my iPhone while waiting on the papers to process. The fact that I have just turned 19 with no credit to my name and was able to finance a car by myself through the First Time Buyer's program made me ecstatic. Words cannot begin to express how much I love the Paramount Kia of Hickory crew and all that they have done for me thus far. I have recommended three people to go try to get a car with Phil and will continue to do so.

Nick Thomas, and the entire sales team at Paramount Kia did a wonderful job helping me with the purchase of a Kia Niro. They were courteous, efficient and very helpful. 5stars.

I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride from Chris Gallegos! My husband and I are in love with our new vehicle. Chris was super helpful and his product knowledge was on point. He showed us all the amazing features and walked us throught set up, etc. Paramount Kia has the best customer service!!

My sister recommended Paramount Kia to me and my daughter after she purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. Her car is sexy and just right for her and the family. She purchased her car from Jason, who is a single salesman, and wanted me to talk to him. I did and he was awesome. I would like to thank Jason for working with my daughter and I on the purchase of her 2012 Kia Forte. Jason is geniune and really wanted to help my daughter get the best deal for her money. He made several recommendations based on her college budget, and most importantly found her a car with good mileage and a clean interior. Getting a car was a big deal for my daughter because she needed one to do her internships before graduating from Lenoir-Rhyne University. As a result, my sister received a $100 check for referring my daughter to the dealership and her purchasing the Kia Forte. If you have a need a car or just want a great fuel and cost-efficient vehicle, then I recommend that you look up Jason at Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC. Tell them that Rhonda Norris referred you because I want a check for $100 too.

In the end, it all worked out and was pleased with the service. However we live a distance off, and were told a price prior to heading up there, and when we got within 15mins of reaching them we were called and told the price we were quoted was wrong.

Had a very good car buying experience. Chris Gallegos,our salesman, was very helpful. He even helped us connect phones the Kia. Especially liked the fact that owner plays encouraging christian music throughout the store. Overall, the associates and staff were very helpful.
After about a week later, Chris calls and asks about personal questions about info on out payroll recap and bank account. (We let them make copies of those docs, just to get approved for the loan.)
When we asked why they're sticking their noses into our personal business, Chris said our car loan was STILL PENDING.(What?) How can they do that to us? We agreed to the upgrade, because they couldn't fix our car. How can they say we were approved last week, then change their mind the next week?
At first we felt good about everything, including the fact that Chris is a Christian man.
We are now having second thoughts about Chris's integrity & character.

Ana worked with me to help me buy my first car. She was exceptional when it came to negotiation and making sure my experience was a good one! I highly recommend Paramount for your all your car buying needs. Also another thanks to Catherine Stevens for following up after my purchase and making sure all my needs were met!
