Received awesome Customer Service from Mr.Gallegos. Made car buying easy.

I just leased a new Cadenza with Jason Auman, and 1 week later I'm still a happy camper. Prior to my Cadenza I had leased a Buick Regal, and an Acura TL before that. Kia has really improved their game in the mid-size luxury sedan category, and my Cadenza feels like I'm driving around in an Acura or a BMW. And if you don't believe me then go test drive one for yourself, plus all the standard extras in the Cadenza make it a deal you can't beat. The "no haggle" lease deal was the icing on the cake. No hidden fees, no deposit or money due at signing (just as they promised), and I drove away with nothing out of pocket and the exact deal that we discussed. Thanks Jason and Paramount Kia for making this a great experience, and I will definitely recommend you to any family members or friends looking to lease or purchase a new car.

I love my car and my experience of buying the car was amazing. The service department has been wonderful up until recently. I have never had a service more stressful than I have had today. I don t blame the technicians for not passing my car for inspection and I knew I needed new tires. The service writer told me that my car would pass inspection with the tires currently, so I went and did a lot of other stuff today instead. I tried to get my inspection only to get told that no technician will pass it after all the other work was done. So now I paid almost $400 on things that my car didn t absolutely need and no new tires because the $400 in my budget this month is for new tires. I hope no one else has this experience and I hope that I can get new tires by the end of the month without breaking the bank for inspection. Honesty and respect is something I value and these qualities were sorely missed today.

Buying a car at Paramount was stress free. I told my husband that it was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. They have taken all the work out of it. As soon as we pulled in, Carlton was outside waiting on customers and walked up to the car to meet us. He was funny and kept the mood light. This was my first time buying a new car and he made the experience really great. He helped me get into something I love and I m so thankful for everyone involved. I didn t get a Kia, but I ended up getting a Volkswagen Jetta and I m so in love with it.

Alan Schoonover was a gracious and very helpful sales rep. He took his time with me and made the experience the best possible. He even assisted me in returning my rental by taking time out if his work day to assist in the vehicle shuffle. The service department manager took time to explain my service package as well as help me with an issue the following day. you all so much.

I have bought two cars from them now and have to say they are a great team to work with.

Nick Thomas was a pleasure to work with when I purchased my new 2018 Kia Soul. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous would be the best way to describe Nick's customer service. Also, I have difficulty walking and Nick was kind and attentive to my needs. I would purchase from Nick again.

I destroyed my 2018 Kia Optima in a crash last week. Nothing broken except my heart. David Hoover assisted with my first Kia Optima purchase and now two years later, my second. He is always there to help and knows what he's doing. Dude's got swagger and he knows it! LOL . Mr. Tannebaum in finance is efficient, friendly and kind. I have been treated so well at Paramount Kia by everyone.

Best experience ever. I arrived at the Kia Paramount dealership in Hickory where I was greeted by the sales team. The sales Manager Treudi was fantastic. He took me aside after speaking with my father and asked me where I wanted to be with my payments. He pulled a sales rep to help me test drive a vehicle and I swear he knew the car from inside and out. No user manual needed. Michael answered all of my questions and did not pressure me at all. Love the car, Very clean and up to date dealership with amazing attentive staff. Would refer my closest friends to them.

Gary Fesmire was very helpful. he was more interested in what I wanted rather than what he wanted to sell me. He asked me what I was looking for when I got there and that is what we worked on from start to finish. He didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. Gary worked very hard to get make sure everything was how I wanted it.

like most of us, buying a car can be a very exciting time however it can also be somewhat of a hassle due to aggressive sales people. When my wife and I arrived at Paramount Kia, we were greeted by Alan who listened to our needs and proceeded to help us find the right car for our family. he was not aggressive or pushy, but rather patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He showed us several options which helped us make our final decision on a brand new 2019 Sorento. Once we decided on the car,and having purchased several cars in the past, we settled in for the hours of paperwork we knew would follow. However, and to our surprise, we were pleasantly surprised when Andy, the finance manager, came out minutes later and helped us finalize the purchase. Overall, we were there for less than 2 hours which included test driving two different cars and filling out all the paperwork. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and recommend Paramount Kia to anyone thinking about buying a new car!

We have never been treated more professionally or kindly. This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had and I can not recommend Phil enough!! Daryl the finance manager was top notch as well, working hard to make sure we got the best deal we could get.We drove from Concord to Paramount to purchase our new car because we began looking at this online and Phil impressed us so much with this patients and knowledge about the cars and financing options even before we ever met. Paramount KIA has the best Service Department in North Carolina!

I love my new Kia SoulThis is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Paramount Kia-Hickory, NC. You ask me why I always go to this dealership. Let me tell you about them. Randy Rosenbalm took the time to find out what I wanted, how much I wanted my payments to be and then helped me find that special car that fit my every need and then some. He made the whole process from choosing my car to explaining each paper I signed after I chose my Forte. If you need a new car, ask for Randy Rosenbalm, you will be happy you chose him as your saleman (no high pressure).
Another reason I chose a Kia, is their excellent service department. Aaron Bisesti is a very professional and trustworthy part of the service department. Always just a phone call away with advice and/or help when I had past care problems. He will make sure you get the best service available.
I have to also include, Evan, of the financial office for all you help in getting the payments affordable and making sure I was satisfied with the offer.

Nick Thomas and Colton Tannenbaum were excellent. Nick was honest and straight forward about the car condition and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and me. He met us after hours and let us look at the car and he had it freshly detailed and full of gas. The transaction was simple and quick too.

My wife and I purchased of 2009 VW Routan from ELI REESE SALSMAN, AND ANDI A SALES MANAGER. We were sold what was said to be a "SOLID" vehicle. Oh the lies we weave when first we try to deceive. The part that hurts the worse is that they put my grandchildren, my wife and my life in danger.Statistic have shown that an accident where wheel bearings have went out was proven to be fatal. After driving the van home we began to feel a shake in the front in to find out it needed a wheel bearing on the front left side, furthermore they know about it. We requested to see the 12 point inspection and what we found was the right one was repaired but the left one they refused to fix at the time they took it in and continued to refuse until I showed them on there own paperwork the knew about it.. Next it needed a cowl panel , the rear tail light looked like a fish bowl, and both floors were filling with water. I would not ever buy another vehicle from them EVER!!! If it were possible I would give them maybe a 1/4 of a star because a Brad in the service department hes a hard working man of whom you can trust. Last but not least we were promised 2 keys PROMISED by Eli Reese and Andy. Eli made the promise the said when it was time to get them that he only promised one key. He is such a horrible lier!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP!!!

Cathy Rivas is great. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. She answered everyone of our questions before we even thought to ask it. She showed us how to operate all the new gadgets on my brand new Kia Soul. We drove off hte parking lot feeling that we knew what we were doing with bluetooth and all the little extras we never had in a car before. Tim Whitener was a very helpful sales consultant. He was recommended to us and was able to put my baby sister in a car that night. We had many challenges including my bad credit and her not having credit at all and we only had a small amount down and at the end of the day my sister walked out thrilled with her (very ugly, but in a good way) kia soul.

Great dealership. Not pushy. They were very upfront and fair with me. Randy, Tim & the finance team were super and very easy and down to earth. It was nice to have that hometown feel. This was my first experience with Paramount Kia I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have it for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live a hour away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Eric Ortiz who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Eric he was outstanding. He also kept my 5 year old son busy making airplanes while I filled out paper work.. Eric definitely went above & beyond. Just great, accomodating service.I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with thank you again Eric

Researched my car on line, applied for my loan online and then Phil came picked me up in the car. I test drove it and back to the dealer ship and within 30 minutes I was driving away in my 2011 Chrysler 200, under blue book. Thanks
