Paramount Honda Review

New Dealership & Workshop of Honda Cars in Guwahati. Centrally located.

I'm not happy with Paramount Honda, because they open a branch in Silchar, Assam. Then I buyed a Honda Amaze after my first servicing the showroom has been closed. Then we call Guwahati paramount Honda they give us excuse that sir the showroom has open very shortly if you're servicing was not done then come in Guwahati we will service youre car. This is not possible going to Guwahati for servicing in every 6th months. Then my car parts was not available in Guwahati my servicing was not done it's around 1 year. Please Honda India solve my problems open showroom in my city Silchar as soon as possible.

First of all thank you for opening Honda car showroom in Agartala. We bought a Honda Amaze car in Feb, 2019 from the Agartala showroom. But the service quality needs much improvement in Agartala. Our car was not taking start suddenly on 18th of May!
It's unbelievable how a brand new car from Honda's most trusted model can have this sort of problem!!
And then when we tried to contact the service center in Agartala, nothing convincing was there in the response and we finally had to leave the car in the town for the whole night.
Next day we only had to tow the car at our own expenses to the service station though the car is in its service warranty period!
It has been 3-4 days now since we sought Honda's help but the car could not be fixed yet. The Agartala servicing guys are still clueless about what's going wrong with our car!!

Tripura is an emerging market for Honda and such an unprofessional service quality is never expected from the renowned car maker!

Please ensure a complete upgradation in the level of the service quality here, ASAP.

Car Servicing cell is not ok...Needs improvement and dedication to work...Bad experience in last free servicing of my car...

This is one of the most friendly and fast service centers along with a showcase center. I really loved the people here and the fact that they will provide you with all the aid you'd need. If you need your car serviced, this is a great place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Nice..but needs more sincere staff .. servicing of our honda amaze was average some scratches still remain didn't work on them also they didn't have change the horn as didn't had in their stock

Nice place, very clean and heginic place. Staffs gives you a freindly feeling. Repairs and paint jobs are done very professionaly. You wont find a single flaw in their paint job. Ample parking space.. Best honda dealer in the city.

Car servicing was very convincing It was clean and also it smelled fresh! And they also gave it within time. And also good hospitality by the staff

Grabbed Amaze from here dealing with Mr. Rupanjan das..... Had very cool experience with Das dada ....only discounting is not easy from the dealership. Rest ok

Good range is available and staff is very friendly.

If you take a test drive and don't buy a car they will keep calling you again and again . I had taken a test last may may they have called me 15 times since then and 1 year after I took the test drive . It's harrassment
