My wife and I purchased of 2009 VW Routan from ELI REESE SALSMAN, AND ANDI A SALES MANAGER. We were sold what was said to be a "SOLID" vehicle. Oh the lies we weave when first we try to deceive. The part that hurts the worse is that they put my grandchildren, my wife and my life in danger.Statistic have shown that an accident where wheel bearings have went out was proven to be fatal. After driving the van home we began to feel a shake in the front in to find out it needed a wheel bearing on the front left side, furthermore they know about it. We requested to see the 12 point inspection and what we found was the right one was repaired but the left one they refused to fix at the time they took it in and continued to refuse until I showed them on there own paperwork the knew about it.. Next it needed a cowl panel , the rear tail light looked like a fish bowl, and both floors were filling with water. I would not ever buy another vehicle from them EVER!!! If it were possible I would give them maybe a 1/4 of a star because a Brad in the service department hes a hard working man of whom you can trust. Last but not least we were promised 2 keys PROMISED by Eli Reese and Andy. Eli made the promise the said when it was time to get them that he only promised one key. He is such a horrible lier!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP!!!
