like most of us, buying a car can be a very exciting time however it can also be somewhat of a hassle due to aggressive sales people. When my wife and I arrived at Paramount Kia, we were greeted by Alan who listened to our needs and proceeded to help us find the right car for our family. he was not aggressive or pushy, but rather patient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He showed us several options which helped us make our final decision on a brand new 2019 Sorento. Once we decided on the car,and having purchased several cars in the past, we settled in for the hours of paperwork we knew would follow. However, and to our surprise, we were pleasantly surprised when Andy, the finance manager, came out minutes later and helped us finalize the purchase. Overall, we were there for less than 2 hours which included test driving two different cars and filling out all the paperwork. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and recommend Paramount Kia to anyone thinking about buying a new car!
