I love my car and my experience of buying the car was amazing. The service department has been wonderful up until recently. I have never had a service more stressful than I have had today. I don t blame the technicians for not passing my car for inspection and I knew I needed new tires. The service writer told me that my car would pass inspection with the tires currently, so I went and did a lot of other stuff today instead. I tried to get my inspection only to get told that no technician will pass it after all the other work was done. So now I paid almost $400 on things that my car didn t absolutely need and no new tires because the $400 in my budget this month is for new tires. I hope no one else has this experience and I hope that I can get new tires by the end of the month without breaking the bank for inspection. Honesty and respect is something I value and these qualities were sorely missed today.
