I knew I was disabling a debit card, so I switched the card over to my credit card ahead of time. They double charged me for multiple months, then hit me with a $25 return fee when my old card was turned off.

I called the customer service line on 9/14 to discuss my payment schedule. I don t have the name of the man that I spoke to, but I wish I did because he was so helpful, patient and kind. He represented Paramount very well and I would tell anyone that their CSR s are inowlegable and helpful.

Honestly had the easiest time getting everything I needed done. I chose the option for them to call me back instead of waiting on the line and it was a matter of seconds before I got a call back. The women I spoke to, who's name elludes me was sweet and understanding and helped me fix an issue I had with my account quickly and without any issue.

Card replaced by the bank due to compromised merchant. I get a new card, payment gets missed. I try to rectify with Vasa. They botch it. Paramount fixes the situation and puts things back in order. They were the only bright (and logical) spot in the whole debacle.

I just talked with "Mike" who was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful representatives I have ever worked with to resolve an issue. Our bank has just been bought and changed names with a new routing and transit number. My monthly draft needed new banking information and Mike took care of doing all updates to assure a smooth payment process for my membership. Mike is quite an asset to your company and defines "Customer Service" for "ALL" to follow. . . Such a PLEASURE, Mike! Thank you the "Beyond Exceptional" work you do!

There was fraud on my credit card so, the next day, when my auto-pay went through for my gym membership I was charged about a $35 fee. When I called Paramount they were very understanding. Since the fee was due to fraud and I have never had any issues before or missed payments, they were able to waive the fee for me. The reps are very friendly and resolve your issues quickly. Thank you!!

Had a billing issue today and got them on the phone pretty quickly and the rep (Tommy) was super easy to deal with. Got the issue fixed right away and helped me with a fee that was charged due to forgetting to update my cc. I get that fees are part of the business but the one time courtesy waive is appreciated! Thanks again!

Issue with credit card number changing and unaware...

Issue with credit card number changing and unaware of a semi-annual fee charge. This resulted in a lock on my account (which was paid up for 4 months into future). The first customer rep at Paramount would be able to fix the problem, and waive the late fee, but would charge a small unwaveable fee to reinstate the account. Asked for supervisor, got a generic voice mail box which was a little disconcerting. Bo, the supervisor, called me about 6 hours later and was able to waive all fees to re instate the account. He also explained mechanisms and details for cancellation if I needed this in the future. Bo did great, but my pre-Bo dealings were less than idea.

This has to be ONE OF THE WORST companies to do business with, period. I have two autopays with them, and about a month ago, they tried to draft a payment, but it was declined because I had gotten a new card. Instead of calling for correct information, which seems like the normal thing to do, they admittedly GUESSED my card information (expiration date and cvv). This is practically fraud!! I spoke with the bank and made them aware, and they agreed that this is ethical practice. After the incident, they charged me a late fee because the payment did not go through until the next day on the GUESSED information. I called livid and asked to speak with a manager, but was transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I then decided to email their customer service. I emailed FOUR TIMES without a response. Two weeks later, I got a response back from someone saying that they now had the correct information and it wasn't an issue. I responded with saying I was very unhappy, still haven't heard from a manager, and I still have questions. I have not heard back on that email and then today, about 4 weeks later, they tried to debit my account for the second autopay, and guess what?? It was declined because they don't have the correct account information. This company is incompetent to say the VERY least, and they are corrupt. It is not okay to "guess" a customer's credit card information, ever, and they should be responding to customer complaint and inquiries in a much faster manner. I have literally been on hold the entire time it has taken me to write this review, and I have not spoken to one single real life person. It is amazing to me that the state of Utah allows them to continue business with as many complaints and bad reviews as they get.

Wayne one of the employees there was extremely helpful and outstanding. He helped me out and actually talked to me which was incredible because usually when I have talked to service reps it s plain jane ,but Wayne really showed customer service and so much more ! Once again thank you good sir!

After reading this review another customer service rep called and rectified the situation, like any good business should. I was credited the amount and they made it whole again. Restored my faith in people doing the right thing. I changed my rating to 4 stars from the initial 1 star I gave.

Wow. Robert is a genuine badass. I just found out that I had been getting charged an additional $33/ month for nearly 4 years - (Literally over $1,450) because someone had screwed something up at one of the stores. He was BEYOND helpful, resolved ALL of my issues and issued a refund for me.

If you need any help with any issues that this company is in charge of- contact them and ask for Robert. Best customer service I ve had in a long time, extremely kind and patient with my (sour) feel. He was great.

Complete garbage. I don't even have to explain why they are so bad, just read the 100 + comments and complaints on their website. Everytime we called they told us something different each time. In the end we got screwed over because they had already told us wrong 2 previous times. And the company they are billing for is no different (World Gym). Utter waste of my time and loss of quite a bit of money.

I haven't ever had such great customer service over the phone because I always felt like they were not being very helpful and just didn't want to be on a call but I hung up with confidence that my issues were resolved and was asked about anything else I needed as well. It is people like this that make customer service great to work with when it is needed.

I love Vasa Gym. I wish there were more locations everywhere. When I lived in NM, it was impossible to find a gym that had everything that Vasa had for a great price. The Vasa members are so kind and caring.

I was having the worst experience with talking for hours with a couple of your supervisors which were of no help whatsoever. Finally I was transferred to Beau (Bo) who was very nice and solved my problem within minutes by approaching it with logic, as opposed to the others i talked to who were repeating the same bullsh. If you want good customer service just ask at the beginning to be transferred to Beau and save yourself some time and frustration.

I have been trying to close a VASA account that should never have been transferred from 24 Hour Fitness. After having the 24 Hour Fitness account for 1 yr it was closed & confirmed by 24 Hour May 4, 2020. VASA sent an email the end of June welcoming me as a member. I replied immediately to the email that I was not a member & provided documentation. There was no reply to multiple emails. I tried calling but did not have 90+ minutes to sit on the phone holding for Paramount Acceptance. Early July $31.09 was deducted from my checking account for monthly dues! July 6th I tried calling Paramount Acceptance again and was able to speak with Doris. She was very helpful & canceled the VASA account but could not refund the dues. She explained she had not seen this situation before but would get it resolved. Friday I was contacted by Dawn who now wants more documents. I referred her to Doris.

I just want my money back and this nightmare to end.

If I had ever considered joining VASA this experience has changed my mind.
